The Ferobeast Forest

early in the morning, Zhen woke up from his sleep and stepped out of the old hut.

Upon arrival outside, Zhen breathed in the fresh, cool morning air.

"Huh..., beautiful morning." said Zhen with a carefree smile.

"What should I do today?" he thought.

After thinking for a moment, Zhen decided to train in the forest to test his strength.

"Well, I've decided, I'll train in the woods. I will look for the Elemental Beast to test my strength." Zhen said with determination.

Zhen then walked towards the forest, the location of the forest is not far from the village. So, it did not take long Zhen had been on the edge of the forest. The forest is also known as the 'Ferobeast Forest'.

The Ferobeast forest is divided into three regions, namely the outer region, the inner region, and of course the core region.

Zhen just entered the forest, and arrived at the outer region of the forest.

Just as Zhen entered the forest, a ball of fire shot towards him from behind the thickets. Reflexively, Zhen dodged the fireball and drew his sword.

From behind the thickets, a fire lizard appeared that directly threw a fireball from its mouth towards Zhen. Zhen spun to the side avoiding the fireball.

Zhen then raised the sword up, then flowed the mana on the sword.

"The sword slash of the wind lord." cried Zhen.

yes, the book that Zhen studied was the 'Wind Sovereign Sword Technique'.

Zhen then swung his sword towards the fire lizard. The bright blue light split the wind, darting towards the fire lizard making it split into two halves.

Zhen stared at the body of the fire lizard that split into two halves with a surprised expression.

"Well, this sword technique is very powerful.." said Zhen.

Zhen then continued on his way into the forest, he continued walking until a leaf snake blocked his path.

The leaf snake floated its tail towards Zhen while throwing its sharp leaf scales. Zhen dodged the leaf scales and swung his sword to fend off the snake tail.

When the leaf snake's tail came into contact with his sword, Zhen bounced to the ground.

Seeing that, the snake leaves did not stay still. The leaf snake threw the scales of its leaves towards Zhen. Zhen rolled around on the ground to avoid the scales of the leaves.

Zhen then rose to his feet and poured out the mana on his sword. He drew his sword and thrust it forward.

"Piercing the sword of the wind lord." Zhen shouted loudly.

a bright blue light shot towards the snake leaves creating a puncture wound on his body. Instantly green blood came out from the stab wound profusely.

'Shhhh.h.....'

The snake leaves groaning in pain. The leaf snake looked at Zhen with a sharp gaze, then darted, then swung its tail towards Zhen.

Zhen jumped to the side and swung his sword towards the leaf snake creating a scratch wound on the snake's body.

'Scrshhhh....'

Once again, the groan of the leaf snake sounded.he turned to look at Zhen with his sharp gaze.

As the leaf snake had just turned around, Zhen swung his sword while spinning in place.

"Circular slash of the wind lord." cried Zhen.

A bright blue light shot out cutting the snake's body of leaves into pieces. Green blood spurted out from the snake's body as the leaves spread out in all directions.

Zhen jumped backwards avoiding the splash of snake leaf blood.

"Hah. hah... hah..., it was so tiring, I needed to restore my strength and then continue my journey." said Zhen weakly, his face looked exhausted.

Zhen then put back his sword, then walked towards the tree not far from where he fought with the leaf snake.

Slowly, Zhen's energy began to recover. His tired-looking face was now refreshed. Zhen opened his eyes and then stood up.

"I feel like my body is refreshed, it's time to move on" Zhen said with a bright smile.

Zhen continued his journey through the forest. During the journey, he met many elemental beasts, yet all of them could be overcome easily. Using his sword techniques, he could kill them and split them into pieces.

For a while, Zhen stopped his steps. He heard the sound of fighting not far from where it stopped.

Zhen then ran towards the sound of the battle. Arriving there, he saw the girl he had seen before, being pressed by the attack of a mountain lion.

The mountain lion swung its claws towards the girl.A dark brown light shot towards the girl and hit her, making her bounce.

Zhen jumped towards the girl, then caught her. Zhen landed on the ground smoothly while carrying the girl.

The gazes of their eyes met for a moment before Zhen lowered the girl from his carrier.

Zhen turned around and shot towards the mountain lion. He swung his sword twice making a cross move.

"Double slash of the wind lord." Zhen said with a sharp look.

A bright blue light shot towards the mountain lion. The mountain lion that realized it was swinging its two claws formed a cross movement.

The darting dark brown light met with a bright blue light creating a cataclysmic explosion. A thick fog filled the place.

Zhen swung his sword expelling the thick fog. When the thick fog had disappeared, the mountain lion was already in front of him then swung its two claws.

A dark brown light hit Zhen's body, creating a deep cross-cut wound on his chest. Zhen bounced backwards with a mouthful of blood coming out from his mouth, condensed blood flowing out from the scraping wound on his chest.

Seeing Zhen's state, the girl he saved earlier was intending to approach Zhen. Zhen who saw the girl was intending to approach her shouted loudly.

"Don't come any closer, I can still fight it." cried Zhen.

Hearing Zhen's cry, the girl undoes her intention of approaching Zhen. Tears began to drip from her beautiful eyes.

Zhen then got up to his feet, then raised his sword then jumped up and spun in the air.

"The wind lord's sword dance." Zhen shouted out very loudly.

Zhen swung his sword as he danced in the air, a bright blue light continuously darting from each swing of his sword darting towards the mountain lion.

The mountain lion who realized that, gathered mana in its mouth. A dark brown energy ball was created before him.

The moon lion shot the energy ball towards the bright blue light. The bright blue light split the energy ball creating a fierce explosion following the thick fog.

The bright blue light, continued to streak through the body of the mountain lion. Instantly, the body of the mountain lion split into two pieces neatly.

Another bright blue light continued to come crashing into the body of the moon lion making his body cut into pieces until no venomous.

Zhen stopped his movements, he fell down from the air and then sprawled on the ground. He raised his hand up and smiled at the girl declaring his victory.

Zhen then fainted, his hand that was lifted up fell to the ground. The girl he saved ran towards him and tried to resuscitate him.

Because Zhen never realized, the girl held Zhen's body, then brought him into a cave not far from the place of battle.

The cave is home to a mountain lion that has vanished unnoticed by the Zhen attack.

Arriving inside the cave, he placed Zhen on the floor of the cave and sat down beside him. He then placed his hand on the chest of the injured Zhen.

A bright green light illuminated his hand then slowly spread throughout Zhen's body. The wound on Zhen's chest closed again until it closed completely.

Seeing that Zhen's wound had been covered, the girl raised her hand from Zhen's chest. He then grabbed Zhen's body, brought him near the cave wall.

The girl then placed Zhen on the floor of the cave then sat down cross-legged. He then raised Zhen's head and placed it on his lap.

He leaned against the cave wall and closed his eyes.
