Day 30:Death Mountain

They walked in a direction that was not explained in the map given by the Knights in the city of Altair.

Muve had time to ask Lia if the road they passed was correct and Lia only replied “Already follow.” because like that Muve then decided to follow them.

But only a few hours of walking the day had begun to darken and made them forced to find a place to rest and unfortunately their place now was just empty land that there was nothing around, there was not even the slightest sign of monster life.

They were forced to lie on the ground using grass to cushion them and unfortunately they could not fall asleep because of the cold night wind that passed through the cracks of their clothes.

Luckily Lia was able to use fire magic to get them some warmth and at the same time Muve wondered why Lia had not previously attacked her with fire magic?

After that they can also fall asleep with peace.

Next morning

Muve's clothes smell more and more because the smell of sweat and dry blood mixed with his clothes “Clean.” immediately Muve's clothes became clean and did not smell again after Lia used the magic.

Lia was also using that to Lucy and herself, actually a little strange because the demons could use such cleansing magic but they did not think too much about it.

They continued their journey while chewing a loaf of bread in hand, about 3 hours walking they finally reached the residence of the Dark Elves.

Their home is called Death Mountain. Named like that maybe because of the many bones and skulls scattered in the mountains and if carefully considered the bones are not from humans but from Elves hm or Dark Elves?

“How to get up there?” point out the Muve Kegua mentioned by Lia if it is the entrance.

“Certainly climb.”

“Lia's sister doesn't have wings? Why not fly?” ask Lucy.

“Oh yes!”

Lia took out her wings then carried Lucy and flew towards the cave earlier.

“Hm? What is Succubus doing in the Dark elves?” area asked the Dark elf guard who was standing in front of the cave.

“I brought a gift for you.” replied Lia pointing towards Lucy.

“High-Elf?! Shouldn't they be extinct?!” the guard looked quite surprised.

The guard then turned to tell him it was High-Elf at the door of the cave but Lia took advantage of the situation and pierced through the guard's chest using her hands.

“Ukh... W-what does he mean in..i.” the guard died because his heart was destroyed by Lia.

“Let me down.” said Lucy with a cynical look.

“Ah sorry.” said Lia directly decreased Lucy slowly.

“He-hey... You cheat..” said Muve who gasps when he gets pulled up for climbing the mountain.

“Ja-don't tell me you actually climbed the mountain!” said Lia looked surprised to see Muve who was in front of the cave quickly.

“Bu-didn't you say that before.” replied Muve.

“I'm just kidding! Where might I want to climb this high mountain.”

Muve looked annoyed at hearing that and because he was still tired of climbing the mountain quickly made them have to rest for a moment.

After they finished resting and then entered the cave and sure enough while at the end of the cave, Muve saw a city that was almost the same size as the city of Ocean.

Who could have thought that there was a city within that high mountain moreover it was quite beautiful for Dark elves to live in.

“How many times have I come here still this amazes me.” said Lia.

“Hey who are you!!” snapped some of the Dark elves who were patrolling in that place.

Seeing that Lia was preparing to fight but Muve held her back while whispering “Wait a minute! I want to know what it's like to be captured by the Devil Race.” hearing that Lia can only follow him.

Muve was just silent and motionless seeing the Dark elf approaching him while aiming his neck weapon.

“Bring him to jail! I will tell this to His Majesty the king.” said one of the Dark elves.

“Uh... You're the worst.” muttered Lia.

Muve only smiled casually when he had been caught so easily.

“Sana log in!” they said they pushed Muve, Lia and Lucy into the cell on the wall of the mountain.

“See now! We are over.” said Lia staring at Muve who kept smiling.

“What a good thing from being caught by Dark elf.”.

“Y-ya already then.” replied Lia.

The chains that bound Muve's hands were not difficult things that could limit his movement because ordinary iron was not enough to lock Muve's hands.

The chain was easily broken when Muve forced him to take it out of his hands.

“Hei son! What are you doing in this place? Though looking around is not difficult for you to flatten all Dark elves here.” said an old man who was beside Muve.

“You have good eyes sir. Yes it is true that it is not difficult to escape here but I just want to feel the sensation of being arrested.’’ Muve replied.

“You're so weird kid, people here must always want the Dark elves treasure and change his life with it but you're asking to be arrested.” continued the old man.

“Hahah but I did not expect to see someone who is almost my equivalent to being in the cell and by chance also the cell right next to me.” said Muve.

“Almost equivalent? How strong is this man.” Inner Lia while listening to Muve's words.

“Maybe the same as you, I'm here to be arrested.”

“Hahahah” their laughter together.

“Hah... His behavior instead became even stranger because the old man.” murmured Lucy complained.

The two of them began to talk a little and soon a Dark elf with skin that looks more brown and shiny while using a crown on his head.

“Man! What are you doing in my place? Plus there is a Succubus with you.” asked the Dark elf who used the crown.

“Your place? Means you're the King here, right?” muve asked back.

“Yes I am the king of the Dark elves, Venus.” he replied.

“Well then how do we fight!” take Muve with spirit.

“Hei! Dare you talk like that in-”

“Nothing, what he said was real.” cut Venus.

“Give me a reason why I should fight you.” Venus said.

“Because if it wasn't you who fought with me maybe your people died.” Muve replied.

“But if you want to fight with me then your people will be safe.”.

“You are brave enough to threaten me, but still I will refuse because if for example I die my people will lose their leader.” Venus said.

“H... How about we fight until one of us can't stand up again?” ask Muve.

Venus smiled faintly upon hearing that “Maybe but there should be no prize for the winner.” she replied.

“Gift? I have absolutely no good stuff to bet on.” replied Muve.

Venus points at Muve, confuses her “You are the prize, if I win then you become my man.” Venus said.

“Tu-wait for Your Majesty! You want to make a human into your man?” reprimand the soldier who was with Venus.

“Of course do not want to but himself an exception.” replied Venus.

“Then if I win?” ask Muve.

“I'll give you.” he said pulled out a blue sword.

“Hm? What sword is this? I have never seen a blue sword.” Muve said.

“This is a sword made from Mythril.” he replied.

“Mythril?! Isn't that a rare material that is very hard to come by?!” lia said surprised upon hearing that.

“So it is a good sword?” ask Muve.

“Of course! A sword with a material like Mythril could not possibly be broken and blunt!” answer Lia.

“Interesting! I agree.” said Muve stood up and pointed his hand at Venus to take a handshake.

Venus replied to Muve's hand post while smiling “Then we should go to a large place.” he said.
