Ch 27:The Devil's Forest

Her morning.

Muve built Lucy to get ready to take a shower and leave the inn that day, after everything was done they came out of the inn while being greeted by the receptionist who was at his desk.

The two of them took a leisurely walk towards the gate to get out of the city that they did not even know his name.

After that because they believed what Muve said, they allowed Muvr to pass by and gave him a large map.

The map says that the city where they were previously named Lionheart and of course it made Muve surprised because Lionheart was the capital of the kingdom of Altair.

The Altair Kingdom was an ordinary kingdom located so far away from other kingdoms and only this kingdom was located close enough to the Demon Forest.

The Demon Forest was a forest full of mist that never disappeared and one of the biggest residences for Devils, he said, because this is also a lot of rumors say that the people in the kingdom of Altair are actually Devils but no one has ever really been able to confirm it.

“How can we be in this place brother? Isn't the distance between the Calvary and Altair kingdoms very far? Even the fastest trip seems to take a week.” asked Lucy when she saw the contents of the map.

Because Muve had already decided Lucy followed him and they began to go towards Lotus village according to the road on the map.

Their journey is very peaceful and quiet this time plus the air in the morning is very refreshing.

They also arrived at Lotus village but they froze in silence to see the condition of the village was very bad.

The houses were almost collapsed and there were some damaged, many people in that place were injured no matter what happened in the village.

“What happened here??” ask Lucy.

“Entah.” replied Muve.

They walked around the village and found one house that looked a little better than the other houses.

Muve decided to knock on that door who knew anyone could tell him about the village.

“Ya?” a beautiful girl answered, opening the door.

“Who are you? Your face is very foreign in my eyes.” asked the girl.

“Ah! I'm Muve and this is Lucy we just came from the capital but when we got here we were surprised to see the condition of the village like this. What has happened.” replied Muve.

“Cih go! This village does not accept newcomers anymore especially if the person is like a demon!” replied the girl staring sinisterly at Lucy.

“Devil? Lucy is not a demon!” lucy snapped in disbelief with what the girl said.

“Seeing from wherever you look is the same as the Devil who uses the heat of this forest! Only different skin color only.” said the girl.

“That's Dark Elf! If Lucy is still an Elf so of course Lucy does not become black.” snapped Lucy.

“Have not been extended again Lucy.” scolded Muve directly in Lucy's hand and left the house.

“Why the hell are people in this village!” lucy looks upset.

“It looks like they were attacked by a demon who was in the devil's forest.” Muve replied.

“No idea where?” is from ask Lucy.

“From here.” said Muve pointed at his head.

“In addition it is just that which might make this village as it is now.” Muve continued.

“Then now what should we do? Go to another village?” ask Lucy.

“Lucy, you don't forget the reason we're here.” Muve replied.

“But this demon forest loh brother! Kaka sure?” ask Lucy.

Because it was like that Lucy just followed Muve who walked to enter the demon forest but when they were just about to enter the forest, there was the sound of someone calling them.

Hearing that Muve and Lucy turned around, it turned out that the voice came from a man who looked like a Hunter while carrying a shield in his left hand.

“Of course to go in there.” replied Muve pointing towards the demon forest with his leisure.

“Do you not know what forest it is?” tanyakanya.

“This is a demon forest isn't it?” replied Muve innocently.

“If you already know why you still want to go there?” ask again.

“Of course to fight.” replied Muve innocently.

“Hah? You think the forest is a regular place like anywhere else?”

“Then what do you want? Has there never been a ban on entering this forest?” answer Muve.

The man looks upset and wrinkled his forehead “Yes already if you do not love your life just leave but the Elf is staying here.” he said pointing to Lucy.

“What did you say just now?!” mue's asking was getting upset.

“I should say it again? I said just go but the Elf lives here.” he replied.

“She could have followed you to death for following you into the forest.”.

Muve clenched his hands when he heard the man's words but Lucy held Muve “Already brother, just let the freak out.” Lucy said.

“Any? Hey I was good to you not to follow this fool but you said I was weird?” the man said when he heard Lucy's words.

“Iya! You are a freak! Bweee.” replied Lucy mocking the man.

Muve smiled looking at Lucy like that and decided to ignore the person before then stay in the demonic forest.

“Basic don't know thank you! I hope you die there!!” screaming men.

In the forest it is very dark and foggy when viewed from the outside there is no fog at all but when entering it is suddenly foggy.

Of course it is a little troublesome as it makes it easier to get lost and go around in circles.

“Fog like this makes Lucy can not see the road clearly.” Lucy complained.

“Setter anyone want me to try.” said Muve forward a few steps.

Then in Muve's hands instantly appeared an iron sword he had taken from the Inventory.

“Slashing Wave!”

Sure enough the slash really made the fog disappear temporarily and made the path to be passed clearer.

“Woah!! The fog disappears.” said Lucy who looks amazed.

“Well now let's go.” take Muve to cuddle with Lucy's hand after straying back his sword.

They continued their journey through the Devil's forest.

Meanwhile deep within the Devil's forest.

There was a large castle where great demons lived.

“It looks like someone interesting entered this forest.” said a demon who was sitting on the throne in the big castle while smiling cunningly.

“Huhu is indeed an interesting person like what makes you smile like that Vampire king?” ask a demon girl who was standing next to the demon earlier.

“If you are curious you should just go look for him in the devil's forest.” he replied.

“It doesn't seem to be in the past because not necessarily he is my taste.” replied the demon girl.

“Blood Wizard! Go there to take care of that person.” said the devil who sits on the throne.

“Good king of Vampire.” replied a masked demon holding a stick in his hand.
