I entered the portal with Albert.
Unlike the portal created by Doctor Minerva, it feels like our bodies are scattered and then reshaped during our process of being transferred to the portal.
It was not as usual where our view only suddenly darkened for a moment before we felt our bodies being attracted by a powerful magnet before we finally got to our destination.
Dr. Minerva has thoroughly perfected his research to pay more attention to the convenience of the user than just the function of the portal itself.
But nothing for the Demon King.
Since he had no obligation, desire, let alone the need for it.
To him, his soldiers were just tools.
So obviously the origin of everything can survive until the goal, the Demon King does not pay too much attention to the comfort factor in making the portal.
Albert and I immediately threw out a prolonged puking as soon as we arrived at the other end of the portal.
It felt like our stomachs were being shuffled, no, even worse than that, we felt our own bodies being shuffled.
Thankfully when we got to the end of the portal, there was not a single demon present so we did not have to fight drunk.
But as soon as my feelings began to improve and pay attention to the surroundings, the appearance of the demon continent actually worsened from what I saw in Rizard's memory.
Some of my familiar had reached the end of this continent before it was finally finished off by the army of demons on guard, but this was the first time I could look directly into it, even now I can climb deeper into the area.
I don't know why, but if I use my familiar in a separate place with the ocean, then the connection will also decrease.
That was true for the Ifrak Continent and the Asium Continent which were already quite far away. What's more about the demon continent of Armpemis that is separated by the ocean with even more distance.
Albert and I immediately walked down the dark land with the sky still dark due to the solar eclipse.
The ground that was completely jet-black as it was polluted by mana died so that plants other than the dark magic plant could no longer be able to grow on it.
Water has been polluted to a level that can no longer be consumed.
However, I do not have to worry about the water supply since I can extract it from the water vapor in the air directly by first needing to separate the impurity where the dead are mixed in the air.
But not with food.
I cannot create food by my power.
And we are currently in the middle of the demon continent with poison for humans everywhere. We don't even know which ones we can and which ones we can't consume since they all look toxic.
I can get a little holy rune so maybe I can purify the food we found before we ate, but obviously it requires some energy.
I who try to eat to find energy even then have to expend energy to sterilize food.
I could if it was for myself, but with Albert with me, maybe it would be difficult.
I wouldn't be able to ignore Albert's food either.
So one thing we have to do.
We have to save as much energy as possible so that the food we bring can be enough before we can finally defeat the Demon King.
This is the Devil King.
He forced us to fight in his territory with the threat of the demons that would continue to spread to the surface of Gaia if we did not kill him immediately.
Well, but there's no way the Demon King would have thought that far.
Definitely the reason why he wasn't alone coming out looking for me was because he hadn't been able to completely escape the seal created by the first hero of Aries.
However, as soon as we peeked out from behind the hill.
We can watch it.
At first, I thought it was just a bunch of ants.
But this hill is high enough to be able to see a collection of ants that are below.
As soon as I sharpen my sense of sight, I can witness it.
What clustered below surrounded the Demon King castle where the tower was also located were the loathsome demons of the Demon King's men.
“I'll break through and then grab their attention, Master. Take advantage of the opportunity I opened to break straight into the Demon King's castle.”
I nodded at Albert's statement.
Albert ran and began to face the demons who blocked his path with his great sword, the Toranium artifact.
It instantly blew away the demons around like they were struck by a floating mountain.
I also took advantage of the opportunity opened by Albert to immediately enter the Demon King's castle.
I accidentally looked back.
I see, the figure who is likely the last heavenly four to appear.
The demon had one horn with a creepy smile on its face which also had an outer shell but was green in color.
But I didn't stop my steps to help Albert.
That's because I trust him.
Albert was not weak.
He would definitely be able to overcome those demon lizards.
Moreover, as long as the Demon King is defeated, the demons will automatically lose their rationality so that they are no longer controlled and will be easily defeated.
What I'm worried about is the appearance of the last heavenly four.
I don't know to what degree their strength is.
But based on Leon's description, one of them could not even compare to the combined strength of the fifth witch.
I hope Albert survives.
I walked into a deeper room.
There was only one road that seemed to continue leading to a deeper room.
I opened the door deeper and ran again in a deeper direction.
Once I found the door again, I opened it again and continued on my way.
Unfortunately the doors are not located in a straight and flat direction, but it meanders horizontally and vertically so I must be careful not to be fooled by something resembling a labyrinthine trap that removes the survivor's awareness of direction.
I sharpened my senses so well that even though I was moving meandering, I made sure that I was still heading in one definite direction.
Until one day I realized that this was a labyrinth trap.
Then by utilizing the sharpness of my senses, I guessed in the right direction, a place I had never reached or a hidden place that was likely somewhere where its existence was deliberately hidden.
By building a map in my consciousness, I reconstructed the shape of the labyrinth so that I could ascertain which path I had not yet explored or which empty part was suspicious that there might be a secret path.
Right at a crossroads, I also found the strangeness.
A void on the map in my imaginary realm that should have a path there, but it doesn't exist.
I then focused my mind on finding a hidden mechanism in the area.
And bingo.
Found her.
A secret door that connects to a giant road.
And at the end of the giant road.
“Welcome, Hero! How's welcome? Enough to enliven the atmosphere, right?”
“I don't think the Demon King is a prankster apparently.”
I met him, the Demon King.
The existence of a pitch black that can no longer even be recognized the shape of his face because of the blackness of the body and the aura that surrounds it.
