Chapter 20: Dwarf and Succubus

On the 40th floor, Haruki and Yuki stepped carefully, staring at the bustling cityscape from a height.

Yuki, with an alluring and spoiled voice, approached Haruki from behind, hugging him tightly. "Haru~" she said, her voice contained an erotic touch that made Haruki slightly stunned.

The city is very similar to the Kabukicho district (it can search on its own), but with a natural twist that makes it feel suitable in this fantasy world. The smell of alcohol absorbed their sense of smell as they approached the increasingly crowded city.

Yuki clenches her hand on Haruki's arm, worried that Haruki might be tempted by the charms of the succubi wandering there. "Haru, you should not be tempted by them," he said in a worried tone. Yuki's concern about Haruki's reaction to the succubi in this city is very reasonable, given their strong natural attraction.

The two of them continued walking, passing through the narrow and dark streets between the towering buildings. In the end, they arrived in front of a building with a logo indicating it was a place forging artifacts. The building looked old and majestic, creating a mysterious aura that made people feel hesitant to approach it.

They both entered the building and were greeted with bells ringing at the door, which told the store owner that a customer had entered. The interior of the building looks very different from its old facade. The interior of this building features magnificent and luxurious decorations. The walls were lined with maroon-red silk fabric, and the floor was made of clean, shiny black tiles.

Around the room, there were various types of artifacts and magical equipment displayed on luxurious wooden shelves. Each artifact looks unique and full of mystery. There was a glowing apparatus that underwent a process of forging and assembly by expert forgers, filling the room with fine sounds and the rustling of meticulously worked metal.

The store owner, a long-bearded dwarf, was talking to another customer behind the reception desk. He had a sharp gaze and his presence reflected his skill and knowledge in the art of forging artifacts. The atmosphere within this shop was warm and lively, but it still exuded an aura of caution and tranquility.

Haruki and Yuki proceeded to step towards the reception desk, waiting for their turn to talk to the store owner. That was where they would seek help to refine the precious artifacts they brought.

“Excuse me, we want to repair this artifact.” Haruki laid down the artifact he had obtained from the leviathan, this artifact was damaged from having been hit by Haruki's powerful attack earlier.

The shopkeeper, the long-bearded dwarf, raised his head as the two of them approached the reception table. He observed the artifact Haruki placed on the table with a serious look on his face. His sharp eyes probed the artifact, identifying the damage done.

With his raspy voice full of experience, the dwarf replied, "Ah, an artifact that is quite unique. It looks like you have used it in earnest. What happened to her?"

Haruki explained, "I just took the artifact that stuck on Leviathan's head. When I tried to retrieve it, there was an accident that made it unusable. We need help fixing it."

The dwarf continued to examine the artifact meticulously, running his bearded finger along the scratches and damage seen on the surface of the artifact. After a while, he looked back at Haruki and Yuki.

"Impressive," said the dwarf, "This artifact has a fairly high degree of damage. But I might be able to fix it. The price is not cheap, of course. But about the material-“

"What's the problem with those ingredients?" yuki asked worriedly.

The dwarf replied in a hoarse voice, "The materials needed to refine this artifact are rare materials. They appear in several places in territory controlled by succubi. These are ingredients that are very hard to come by, and the problem is that they were just bought by a succubi who came to this store a few months ago. He was a very difficult trader to deal with, and he bought all our stock."

Yuki asked, "Is there a way to get these ingredients now? We really need it."

Haruki and Yuki arrive at a building that looks like a brothel they are both silent for a while, but Haruki decides to enter without a second thought

Seeing this Yuki held Haruki's arm “Tu-wait, you want to just enter this building?!” Yuki said, her face turned red like a tomato.

Haruki looked at Yuki confusedly as Yuki held her arm with a red-hued face. It seems that Yuki was surprised by Haruki's actions that directly entered this building.

"Why indeed?" asked Haruki in a curious tone. "We have to meet Viametta, right?"

Haruki tried to convince Yuki with her soft voice. "There's not going to be anything strange, just calm down."

Despite still feeling worried, Yuki tightly embraces Haruki's arm, seeking comfort in his presence. Eventually, the two of them enter the building, ready to meet Viametta.

Inside, they saw many different types of races. However, the most dominant were the succubus. It is seen that succubus is a race that works hard to meet the needs of other races. The atmosphere inside the building feels unique, among a mosaic of cultures and diverse interracial interactions. Haruki and Yuki must remain cautious and try to find Viametta in this diverse crowd.

Haruki felt a little annoyed when a succubi approached him and tried to flirt. Although the woman is beautiful, Haruki remains loyal to Yuki. He replied politely, "I'm sorry, but I'm looking for someone."

Yuki, who was feeling worried, tightened himself up even more to Haruki, indicating that he was unhappy with the succubi offer.

“Yeah, what a pity if so.” Say the succubi before finally going out to find another prey.

Haruki and Yuki continue to search among the bustling succubi crowd, looking for signs of characters with the traits they need. After a while, Haruki's eyes finally caught on to something that made him stop.

"He's on the second floor" Haruki told Yuki, pointing towards someone who meets the description of the character they're looking for. They headed for the second floor carefully, still trying not to be too distracted by the temptations around them.

“Excuse me, are you Viametta Lovell?” Haruki asked a succubi with pink hair in her erotic attire.

The Succubi, known as Viametta Lovell, turned his head when he heard Haruki's resolute voice. She had dazzling pink hair and alluring eyes.

"Yes, I'm Viametta Lovell. Can I help you?" she replied in a soft voice and a little teasing.

Haruki replied politely, "We need your help. We have artifacts that need to be repaired, and we're told that you may have the necessary materials."

Viametta smiled sweetly. "Of course, I can help. But the materials to refine the artifact were hard to come by. They only show up once a few months, and I just sold them to a customer."

Haruki nodded seriously. "We'll pay whatever you ask. This artifact is very important to us."

Viametta looked with interest towards Haruki, giving him a very stimulating look. "Oh, I'm sure you'll pay the price." He moved a little closer to Haruki, touching her gently. "But our payments don't always have to be in the form of money, do they?"

“What do you want!” Yuki felt that this conversation was leading to something not good.

Viametta teased with a smile, looking at Yuki with a mischievous look. "Oh, little fox, instead you're not much different from me~"

Yuki, despite being jealous and angry, tries to keep his attitude. " W-what do you mean! Haru is mine, and I won't let anyone seduce her!"

Viametta laughed once again, teasing Yuki. "You're brave enough, huh? I like that." He then turned to Haruki. "However, the fun doesn't come for free, dear. We can give you the material, but~" Viametta smiled passionately “I'll give it free if you lend Haru that to me~” Viametta said bring her face closer to Haruki and look at Yuki

Yuki felt angry at Viametta's offer. His heart was filled with jealousy, but he did not want to show it in front of Viametta. In a cold voice, he replied, "No need. We only need those materials to repair our artifacts. We're not interested in your offer."

Viametta smiled casually. "Ah, what a pity. You missed a very pleasant opportunity." He gave them the materials they needed. "Sup to you. But remember, this offer will no longer apply in the future."

Haruki and Yuki picked up the material quickly, relieved that they would soon leave this place.

Viametta simply smiled and waved as they left. "See you next time, my dear-my-luck" Viametta said in a seductive tone before letting them go.

After Haruki and Yuki came out, Viametta went towards her room. There is a succubi who looks like his personal servant.

“Fast follow the man earlier, do not lose track.” Viametta's orders to his servant.

The succubi servant deftly nodded and immediately went following in the footsteps of Haruki and Yuki, planning to stalk them without their knowledge.
