Adventure In Another World Eclipteria

Adventure In Another World Eclipteria
Chapter 17: Very Close

Lily, Kira, Sera, Aiko, and the other members continue their journey on the 30th floor filled with mountains and valleys. They walked through quite a steep road, with deep valleys stretching next to them, creating a magnificent and beautiful scene.

However, the further they walked, the calmer the atmosphere around them was. Lily felt something strange. "Friends, don't you feel weird?" he asked, looking at the surrounding environment that was very calm.

Kira looked around carefully, feeling that something was amiss. "You're right, it feels very calm. It's been 18 minutes since we walked out the door, but not a single monster has come."

A feeling of worry began to envelop them. In these dungeons, silence was often a sign of danger. They continue on their journey alertly, ready to face whatever may lie ahead.

They found themselves in a rather large area. Unlike the valleys earlier, here they did not have to worry about falling off the cliff.

"Well, it can finally relieve the heart for a while," Lily said with a sigh, relieved that they were now in a safer area.

"You're right, now we can relax a little more" added Sera, who was finally able to let go of the fear of falling off a cliff.

However, their calm is disturbed when the condition of the area begins to improve from the fog that envelops. Slowly, the fog disappeared and revealed a shocking sight - many monster remnants.

Aiko could not hide her surprise. "What'sthis? Who can destroy these monsters?"

Kira approached the remains of the monsters, examining them closely. He saw many monster cores that did not seem to be taken.

"Are there any more powerful monsters attacking them?" lily asked, worried.

"It doesn't seem like it" Kira said as she crossed her arms. "Look, there's a slash." Kira shows the scars on the remains of the monsters.

Lily raised a fairly large monster core. However, Kira suddenly realized something that surprised her. He noticed the monster core Lily was holding.

‘It's not an ordinary monster core, it's an elite monster core! Who can fight them?" batin Kira in her astonishment.

Lily looked at Kira in confusion. "Hey, can we take this monster core?" ask Lily while lifting her up.

Sera immediately gave a warning, "Maybe we should not take it. Who knew the owner would come back to retrieve it."

"Maybe it's okay we take it," Kira said in a confident tone. "It was his fault for leaving something valuable in the middle of the road."

After hearing the approval from Kira, Aiko also agreed, and the other members who were there began to collect the valuable monster cores and bring them with them.

"Let's continue the journey!" lily said with a burning spirit.

They continued their journey downwards, and the surface of the lake began to be clearly visible. Their journey felt safe as they had cleared out all the monsters and collected valuable monster cores. Despite occasionally stopping to retrieve the monster cores, their bags were now full of their loot.

They continue the journey cheerfully, discussing various things from their adventures on the 30th floor to future plans. Some of them reminisced about the fierce battle against Sandscale Goliath, while others shared funny stories that happened on the previous floor.

Kira tries to break the tension by asking, "Someone has a funny guess? Often on this floor is so serious, it looks like we need a little humor."

Lily smiled, "Alright, I have one. Why did the monsters in this dungeon never cry?"

All the members of his group looked at him with curiosity. "Why?" ask Aiko.

Kira replied, "Because they are afraid of tears they turn sand into mud!"

Everyone laughed at the simple joke, helping to ease the tension after the fierce battle they had experienced.

Sera talked about their plans after finishing this floor. "Come, we will continue to search for the artifact that Sera is looking for. And if we're lucky, maybe we can meet him on the next floor."

Kira added, "We must remain vigilant, not knowing what we will encounter on the next floor. But one thing's for sure, we're ready to face it together."

As they sat by the lake, Sera commented, "This view is incredible. Who would have thought that a dungeon like this could have a place as beautiful as this?"

Lily agrees, "Right, sometimes our adventures take us to truly amazing places."

They sat together, enjoying the beauty and serenity of this 30th floor, while contemplating what might await them on the next floor.

As usual, this dungeon gave a surprise to those who were too relaxed. Suddenly, amidst their pleasantries, came the clinking of swords and a violent explosion that broke the silence.

"Trang, Duaaarr!" The sound made them instantly awake and tense.

"What's that sound?" lily asked with a watchful face, hands ready to hold her sword.

Aiko frowned, trying to understand the origin of the sound. "Something seems to be fighting ahead of there."

Lily immediately thought the worst. "Don't be the one who defeated those monsters! He can't take our loot!"

Kira calmed them down, although inwardly she also felt alert. "Calm down, we have to see who he is first. Come on, let's find out."

They agreed and felt tense. Carefully, they followed the sound of the fight towards its source.

They moved towards the source of the sharp sound, with a feeling of alertness. Every step they took was careful, ready to face whatever might await.

As they approached the source of the sound, the sight they were witnessing amazed them. In the middle of the flat area of the field, a white-haired youth in samurai-like clothes seemed to be standing with

gallantly. He swung his two black swords nimbly, facing off against the huge creature that resembled a stone dragon.

The monster was a 'Stone Wyrm, ' giant creature made of stone. His skin was hard and scaly, and his eyes shone fiercely. In a fierce fight, the white-haired young man managed to dodge the monster's attack and attack it quickly.

The young man was Haruki, who was trying to defeat this monster to obtain the artifact he was looking for. He is not aware of the presence of Lily, Kira, Sera, Aiko, and the rest of his group.

They all looked at the fight that went on in awe. Haruki was an extremely talented adventurer, and that was evident from his way of controlling his sword skillfully. But they also could not ignore the power of the extremely deadly Stone Wyrm.

"Haruki is truly amazing" whispered Sera in awe.

Kira nodded, "He's really strong. But this fight looks tough."

Lily added, "We have to give him some help."

The three of them were ready to jump into battle, their weapons ready. However, Kira suddenly stopped their steps. "Wait, look, there's someone not far from there."

Aiko pointed in the direction Kira pointed. Amidst the battle and the dust storm from the explosion, they saw a girl who stood gracefully in kimono attire. Yuki, that was how the girl was named, looked calm in the midst of the chaos, as if this great battle was just an ordinary routine for him.

Suddenly, the fox's ears move, realizing the presence and voices of Lily, Kira, Aiko, and her friends. With a subtle movement, Yuki turned her head towards them and smiled cunningly, her golden glittering eyes sweeping across them as if she knew exactly who had come.

Yuki calmly spoke softly, "You guys are very uninvited guests in this battle." His voice was calm and smooth, yet full of confidence.

Lily, Kira, Sera, Aiko, and their friends look at Yuki with shock and confusion. They did not know what to expect next, but one thing was certain, this figure was not a good person.
