Chapter 22 The Fertilizing Drug

‘’Adam, what are you saying?’’ ask Mr. Moriarty.

Adam kept staring at Eve, waiting for the answer from the woman. Eve's lips trembled. I don't know why he couldn't talk.

‘’Eve! I'm asking you!’’ adam for the first time.

Mr. Moriarty was equally shocked. This was the first time he had seen his son raise such a voice. Mr. Percy and his family just kept quiet without interfering.

‘’I-That,’’ says Eve with teary eyes.

‘’Adam, what are you saying? Of course, the baby Eve conceived was your son,’’ said Mr. Moriarty.

Adam looked at his father with furrowed brows. ‘’I've never even touched her, then how can she get pregnant?’’

Eve just kept quiet with her body shaking, until finally Mr. Percy spoke up.

‘’Eve?’’

The woman called up her head looked at her father. Everyone was stunned to see him cry.

Everyone stared straight at Cordelia who turned on her phone.

The woman showed a recording featuring a woman and a man performing indecent scenes. At that moment, they immediately found out that the woman on the tape was Eve.

‘’Cordelia, what does this mean?’’ ask Mr. Percy.

Eve shook her head seeing that Adam was already staring at her coldly. He looked at his father.

‘’Dad, that's not true. Trust me! What Cordelia said was not true,’’ Eve said.

Ms. Christa pushed him and calmed her husband. Eve then approached Mr. Moriarty.

‘’Big Master, you think of me like a real child yourself, just like I thought of you as my father. In that case, parents should have faith in their children,’’ Eve said in tears.

However, feeling disappointed and shocked, Mr. Moriarty let go of Eve's grasp.

The woman was crying. Now there is Adam to be sure.

Eve approached Adam who turned his head. ‘’Adam?’’

Without looking, Adam knew his wife was crying.

Eve called him repeatedly.

‘’No need to explain anything. I just want you to answer one of my questions,’’ said Adam.

Eve simply fell silent with the flowing tear grains. With trembling hands while closing his eyes, he took a deep breath. ‘’True ... That's me.‘’

Like being hit by a bolt of lightning, Adam's hand reflexively slapped Eve, sending the woman to the floor. At the same time, Mr. Percy immediately had a heart attack. Christa panicked.

Eve went straight to her father, but Christa pushed him, making him cry even more. Cordelia enjoyed the view.

‘’Secretary Rey! Quickly take Mr. Percy to the hospital!” lord Moriarty's orders.

‘’Hheh, I just gave you a fertility drug,’’ Cordelia said.

‘’Curement drugs? Since when?’’ ask Eve.

Eve's face instantly changed as soon as she realized something.
