My babysitter Maduku

My babysitter Maduku
Chapter 88

Hendra arrived at his residence. After parking the car, the man immediately checked Bu Nining's residence. The house looked quiet, like it was uninhabited.

Despite his doubts, Hendra still stepped foot toward the residence of Bu Nining and Dodi. Slowly Hendra knocked on the door of the house while calling the name of Bu Nining.

Tok tok! ... "Mom Nining?"

Long enough Hendra stood there peeking out from behind the glass. Until finally the door was opened and now Bu Nining with her eyes puffy standing in front of him with a body that is still hidden behind the door.

"Son Hendra, what's up, son?" asked Bu Nining in a hoarse-sounding voice. It seemed like the middle-aged woman had just finished crying.

"Ehm, may I come in, Miss Nining?" asked Hendra who looked hesitant.

"Of course, son. Come inside." Bu Nining opened the door wider so Hendra could enter.

Slowly Hendra entered and followed Bu Nining who now led him to the sofa in the front room.

"Please come in, Son Hendra."

Hendra sat down then followed by the middle-aged woman. Hendra watched the gloomy face of Bu Nining closely. He knew what Bu Nining was feeling at that moment. Sad and disappointed for sure, after knowing that Azkia who had been considered as his own grandson, was not his grandson.

"Bu .. actually I came here to deliver Mas Dodi's message to Bu Nining. However, I'm really sorry if my words this time will make Ms. Nining sad" Hendra said very carefully.

"Dodi's? Where is Dodi? He said he was looking for Anissa's whereabouts, but until now he had not returned," said Bu Nining, who began to worry because he felt a bad feeling for Dodi, his son.

Hendra was silent for a moment while lowering his head. He was confused on how to tell Dodi's problem to Bu Nining. Hendra raised his head again and said.

"Bu .. You better come with me to Mas Dodi's place. Let me talk to him directly," said Hendra.

"Where is Dodi? Doesn't he want to go home?" said Bu Nining stammeringly.

Hendra did not answer. He just kept silent while looking at Bu Nining with a sad look. Seeing Hendra's expression like that, Bu Nining was even more convinced that something was going on with his son.

"Alright, now take Mom to Dodi's place! I want to see her," said Ms. Nining again. Bu Nining got up from his position and then invited Hendra to immediately deliver him to Dodi's place.

Ms. Nining was confused when Hendra parked her car right in front of a police station. He began to wonder what had happened to his son.

"Why did you bring Mom here, Son Hendra?" asked Bu Nining with an anxious face.

"Follow me, Miss Nining."

Instead of answering the middle-aged woman's question, Hendra instead invited Bu Nining to follow her. Ms. Nining also complied, although she was actually very curious. Bu Nining followed Hendra's footsteps from behind while watching the surroundings of the place. A place he never imagined before.

Hendra approached an officer who was standing guard at the spot and asked for permission to see Dodi. After a serious conversation for a while, the officer finally allowed it.

Hendra and Bu Nining were sitting in a chair that had been provided then not long ago, the Officer came with Dodi beside him.

"Mother," shrieked Dodi with teary eyes looking at Bu Nining.

"Geez, kid! You why? What exactly happened to you?!" pekik Bu Nining while approaching Dodi in a hurry.

The old body trembled and both of his legs seemed unable to withstand the weight of his body at that time. "What happened to you, son?" ask Bu Nining once more.

"Mom should sit down first" said Hendra, who was worried about Ms. Nining's condition.

Dodi immediately led Bu Nining to return to his original seat. After that he immediately followed sitting there with Hendra.

"It's a long story, Mom. And I hope you'll listen to my story" said Dodi.

Bu Nining nodded slowly and Dodi immediately told him all the fateful events that had happened to him. "... that's the story, ma'am. I'm sorry" said Dodi, wiping away her tears.

Bu Nining's body was getting weaker. The middle-aged woman was at a loss for her words. Dodi's story just left Bu Nining completely shocked. In the next few seconds, Ms. Nining fell unconscious.
