Chapters 15. The World of Day and Night bag. 12
Kaito felt something move. At first he thought maybe it was a burst of water that previously appeared like yesterday night. The two brothers stayed close to each other and tried to walk to Kaito's place. But before that they did, something finally appeared. Things that felt moving from under their feet began to show themselves. It looked like a snaking passage that appeared from below, starting to spread all over the side and moving nonstop.
“Kaito!! Do you know what this thing is?”
“I don't know. But as much as possible you should be able to go where you are right now!! It would be very dangerous to keep quiet there!!”
Kaito yells at the two teenagers to get up and try as best as they can to run from there. Although it sounds easy, but in the middle of the earthquake tremors that still have not stopped and the unknown cause makes it very difficult to do.
Ryou was able to stand up even though he still could not balance his body due to the earthquake that was still felt. He tried to walk bit by bit towards Kaito. Kino still could not stand. But

He continued to look at the entire region of the place but gave no progress. Most of the buildings, roads, alleys and even other corners around the place were already destroyed and covered in vines.
“What else is this?! Kaito, where should we go now. If it continues like this we will also be destroyed by all the roots of this great tree!!” Ryou yells at Kaito who was still trying to find a way out
“I tried to look for it but couldn't find it!! It's like they continue to grow indefinitely and–!!!”

Suddenly the earthquake got stronger and a large tree trunk appeared. Not just one, this time the number of trees emerging from the underground reached tens, hundreds even hard to estimate the number. The trees appeared more and more and more shady to form a forest. Unwittingly by the three of them that the change in area in the region also changed their position. Little by little parts of the forest were created, closing many places and finally completely separating them.
“Ryou, Kaito-san!! Where're you guys?” Kino yelled as only she had not moved from her place

Kino wasn't there, but he saw many shady trees with some parts of the building destroyed and covered in vines. Slowly he began to stand up and look at the place around him. At a glance, Kino felt that he still recognized some of the buildings on his right and left side even though many were destroyed and surrounded by vines.

“Pis this change of place happened in just ten minutes, but it completely changed the circumstances of the three of us. In an instant we were separated and did not know where each other existed. It's really an unfavorable condition. Moreover, with a territory like this would only benefit the monsters that appeared”
Not wanting to waste any time, after he had saved back his pocket watch, he started walking forward. It was done because he remembered Ryou and Kaito when it was in front of them.
Logically it was indeed the most reasonable since he had not moved anywhere and saw the two people previously in front of him. ‘Why do I feel something is strange. We went through a detour as we exited the tavern and did not pass through a narrow alley. The road that we passed was also connected to the main road, but why now I like entering a familiar alley?. Why do I feel something...’.
Kino's complicated mind was suddenly startled by a sight that was indeed familiar to him.
Right in front of his eyes, he saw a sturdy stone bridge with some kind of water channel separating the two sides of the road. Even though the shape of the bridge began to be damaged by many tree roots on the wall
the bridge, but not to destroy the bridge so that it can still be crossed. The originally clear waterways are also now filled with rocks from the roads and bridges below as well as vines, making the water there less
“How can I now be on this bridge again?!” Kino was completely shocked
His shocked face and widened eyes could not hide his feelings. He was trembling and at a loss for words. Looking at what was before him now, he knew that this forest was a more serious matter than the goblin group.

Ryou ran away from his previous place to look for the two people who were separated from him. He seemed to be in such a hurry to worry about the two, especially the older brother.
“I'm sure Kino should be around here somewhere, but why did this place turn into something I no longer knew?! Its bad. His steps came to a halt in a large log that stuck in the road about one or two meters high. The large wood is surrounded by vines with sharp bottom ends.
“This... looks like a weapon. But it can't suddenly be here. Why is this big thing here?”
Ryou paused for a while and noticed the wood in more detail. After that, he started to stop running and chose to walk straight ahead while paying attention to the surroundings.
Ryou's eyes begin to sharpen and now it's not just his strange feelings, he seems to have a premonition of what's waiting in front of him.
‘There's a weird. I'm not sure but since it turned into a forest, somehow strange premonitions started to appear’
As he walked, he saw a large tree root as if it was wrapped around something. He could see there were legs there and the size was huge. When he realized that, he was shocked and could not imagine any other possibility.
“No, no, no, no... This is impossible?! How could something like this be right in front of me?!”
Ryou immediately ran away and got closer to him. The creature was so big and if estimated by him, he had a height of about four meters or so. Now that he had seen it for himself with both eyes, he finally knew that this was a monster corpse.

Realizing the big changes that occurred in just a short time made Ryou even more worried about the other two, especially the older brother.

The city had completely turned into a forest. Each of the three people were in a complicated situation. The moon in the sky was still bright and mist did not appear. At least it gives them a chance of luck even if it is only one percent.
Kaito continued running while shouting to call the two teenagers. All the roads were broken and the tree roots seemed no problem to him at all. He could smoothly adjust his speed to the terrain

“Kino!! Ryou!! If you hear answer me!!”
The scream produced a slight echo that spread because there were still walls of the building. Plus the only creatures that were there were only three humans who were none other than them. Kaito yelled many times to call them but it was all in vain.
“It's like they're not around here. I have to find them soon or luck will start joking again with our life”
Kaito really knows that luck in his life, as long as he is in the night‘ world ’ is always happy to ask him to joke and play with fate. Almost like the word luck it has the opposite meaning of its name.
He looked back at his pocket clock. Time showed at 02:20, it did not feel like fifteen minutes had passed since he just ran to and fro looking for two missing people but found nothing at all.
“Now I'm totally deadlocked. As long as my eyes looked, the more I ran the more I didn't recognize my path. This forest is like keep changing”
It was not said by Kaito because he was desperate because he had not found the two brothers, but there was something wrong with the location where he was now. At a glance all the elements in the forest were both trees, huge towering roots and vines that were like silence. But Kaito felt as he ran, all of it gradually moved slowly. They were really moving but like they weren't moving.
‘It's dangerous. The forest is alive. All of this seemed to deliberately split the three of us so as not to meet each other. I myself do not know what will appear other than the goblins and giant orcs. If one of them meets a monster that appears, I doubt they can survive unharmed with a terrain like this’
Even Kaito's words were uttered a little more cruelly than the thought.
“If they only have broken one to three bones, as long as they can still survive ‘world night’, all will be well again when in ‘world noon’. The problem is that if they have broken bones and are seriously injured to death it is fatal. Moreover, they had to return to their original place. I can't waste my time in this labyrinth”

The vines that are located in almost the entire city do not have flowers. All just leaves, along the way there are only tree roots with vines without flowers. But, the vines nearby had flowers of various shapes, there were even some plants that had colorful flowers.
Kaito took the two flowers and watched them more closely. It was like knowing the flower.
“This... [Black-Eyed Susan] and [White Vine Flowers]? I'm sure I know their kind because of the memories I've gotten. But, why did it appear here?”
He started walking following the end of the vines. He was sure it was no coincidence that flowers could appear in that place.
Up ahead there must be the source and to find out is to go there.
The more he walked, the bigger the roots were more and more vines there were more and more densely filled with flowers. Because of the difficulty of the road that passed made him forced to cut all of it with his sword. Walked
while cutting through everything that was in his way, he managed to arrive somewhere familiar.

After he found out where he was, he realized that beside the altar there was a kind of fountain pond. Normally in ‘world day’, the fountain pool in the city is only at the downtown point. From where they first met the rest of the goblin group earlier only needed to advance a few meters to get there. But now the pool was right in front of him.

greener. Other strange sights besides flowers and fountain ponds. The grass looked green and well-groomed.

So, it can be concluded that such a beautiful place in ‘world night’ is interpreted as the most terrible place that ever existed and that he had ever met.
