Chapters 10. The World of Day and Night bag. 7
Kaito's situation after the two brothers' shadow disappeared behind him has not changed so far. While occasionally running and stopping to shoot his arrows, he managed to keep his distance far enough. About sixteen arrows he had had been fired.
Of course right now, he had no thoughts of taking back the arrow. He just ran away leaving the corpses of goblins with arrows still stuck in their bodies.
“Forget about the arrows. I can take it back when ‘world noon’ comes. I should've managed to reduce their numbers a little and keep my distance from them”
Just thinking that he had changed things and freed from the goblin herd, something ran after him. His speed was indeed unable to keep up with Kaito at that time but the problem was his figure.

‘That big voice..Don't say they can catch up to me again.”.
As he turned to look, a long and large stick suddenly came from behind and smashed the streets around the place. Kaito managed to jump to avoid it but a big hole was created and the road was damaged by the throw. it could be said there was ‘something big’ who deliberately threw the weapon to kill Kaito.
“This weapon...spear?! But judging from its length, it was impossible for such a short goblin to be able to throw it so far. I have a bad feeling about this”
The length of the spear that nearly killed him was about three or four meters, definitely not the normal size of a spear in general. If the spear can be as long and as big as it can be ascertained the figure of the thrower has a height of twice or more than that.
Kaito became increasingly wary and tried to fire his arrows back from that distance towards the approaching goblins. After firing three shots, he kept his crossbow and started to prepare with his sword.
The sound of large footsteps drew closer and a large figure with another group of goblins following him began to be seen.
“Giant Orcs!! Why can a flock of goblins be led by a giant orc?”
His expression now showed a serious look on his face and the look in his eyes became sharper than a moment ago. It could be said that this situation was not ordinary for him. It could be seen from the horses he had mounted.
A giant orc about four or five meters tall was now right in front of him and was preparing to take back the spear he had thrown earlier.
Finally, Kaito's state of affairs underwent a change from the previous one good enough now to a level one emergency.

The giant orc let out a sound followed by various sounds from the goblin group that followed it. While running, the group of goblins intended to attack Kaito.
“Huh, your ugly voice makes this horrible place even more terrifying. Better think before starting the choir!!”
Increasingly annoyed by their voices that could still be heard by his ears, Kaito quickly ran over and slashed at the little goblins.

A thick purple liquid rained down on the place and the color of Kaito's robe that had been dark since the beginning became slightly colored but it was not a good color.
‘What a disgusting’ bittersweet words that represent Kaito's gaze when he sees the robe he wears himself.
The giant orc retracted the spear that stuck in the road and not long after it managed to pull it, it immediately attacked without warning. That sudden spinning motion made Kaito frantically jump to the side and run his back to the monster.
Now, after struggling to dodge by continuing to run forward, he now had to go back to the road he had been on to avoid the spear attack. As if to come to trouble, in front of him has gathered again groups of goblins that block.
“What use was I running from earlier if I had to go back down this road and deliberately break through those goblins?! Just make a job!! Move you out of my way now!”

Quick slash done. In an instant one after another the goblins began to fall and die. The large number of goblins began to decrease by more than half the army and all that was done by him himself. Returning to the place where he had killed the goblins earlier with arrows, occasionally as he passed by he took the time to retrieve some of his arrows from their corpses.
'It's good that I'm back. But it makes my energy wasted. Besides, that brother sister must be waiting for me. That is if they have found the answer to my words'
Inwardly, Kaito began to worry about the two brothers running in front of him.
Those goblins and giant orcs might be chasing after him right now. But there is no guarantee that the two brothers can escape safely. He wanted to quickly go catch up with them and did not want to fight any longer than this. While killing half the other goblin troops, Kaito looked at his pocket watch.
“New 07.15 huh? Time is still very long. If not fast to that safe place, it's only a matter of time until my energy is completely up”
Kaito put his pocket watch back in and took out the mirror shards carried in his pocket. The fragment is only as long as a pencil and the number is only five in his hand. Only, there was a hidden use if the sharp little thing was in his hands.

The shards of the mirror were thrown quickly and precisely into the eyes of the goblins, then he advanced back slashing at them and spun around to run again towards the front. Finally faced again with a giant orc who was ready to throw his spear again.

Preparing to dodge the impending attack from the front, a funny thought flashed through his mind.

That tickling thought made him laugh considering that he had only known them for a few hours and the meeting that took place between the three of them was also very heartless. After being satisfied thinking that ludicrous thing, he returned to reality and saw a huge opponent before him.

The huge spear was thrown at him and Kaito jumped forward to avoid it.
“I think only this creature should not be allowed to live. I will ignore the remaining goblins and focus on the giant orc”
The spear that struck and created another large hole in the path was successfully avoided and without further ado, Kaito decided to strike by thrusting his sword into the creature's feet,followed by a stab in his hand and arm,.
All of those quick and careful movements he did were several times non-stop. That giant orc certainly did not instantly die from his attack. Having fallen for trying to resist the attack, Kaito used the opportunity to jump onto his body and thrust his sword into his neck.

The giant orc was shouting and rebelling. With all his strength, the sword that stuck in his neck was pulled and then used to slash the creature's neck. The creature's head fell to the ground followed by its massive body. A long struggle for Kaito to conquer a Giant Orc.
Kaito cleared the purple-black blood belonging to the giant orc from his sword and kept his sword back, set his breath for a while and glanced behind him. It seemed that the remaining group of goblins were trying to catch up to him, but he was unwilling to serve them. He ran again and left behind the rest of the goblin army even though only about fifteen goblins remained.
Anxiety suddenly haunts. Once again he looked at his pocket watch while running.
“07.35 yes? I hope they both are okay”
He remembered his words back, though,
[You two run faster. Go back to a safe place for us to hide!!]
“I hope you can really get to that place Kino. I really believe in your thoughts. Please, don't make me despair for having to involve you in this situation”
This time without paying attention to the back, he was finally able to run without worrying about anyone chasing him and could breathe a sigh of relief. Although his mind was now filled with worry and anxiety about the safety of the two brothers, he had no choice but to believe in them.
It was not like he was pinning his life expectancy on them, just that the feeling was purely his unwillingness to involve them in trouble.
Judging from the point of view of the situation earlier, Kaito's intention to avoid them engaging in a dangerous fight had already succeeded. The two of them did not fight against that herd of goblins directly. But, if they can't find a safe place to hide, then it's only a matter of time until another creature shows up and makes new trouble.

As he passed by the road and arrived at a location, he saw the dead body of a goblin. The puncture wound on his chest seemed to have been about an hour or so. Seeing that, Kaito smiled very happily. It could be said that it was the best smile he had ever made so far.

Kaito began to pass through a not-so-narrow alley and finally arrived at a road divided in two by a water channel that separated him. He ran over a bridge and arrived at a building with three floors.
Kaito opened the door and went inside. After closing the door, he found some objects on the floor. He also saw two tables with three chairs there.
Kaito climbed the stairs and arrived at the front of the room with the door closed. It was the only room that had a door there. He held the door and opened it. When the door is opened, a warm and touching welcome welcomes it like saying ‘welcome’.
What a welcome ‘hangat’ from a sudden attack right when he opened the door. Surprise ‘bless’ from a pair of sword and dagger dagger that was quickly avoided by him. Then, he held the hand of ‘si surprise maker’, turned both hands back and locked his movements. The two weapons fell down followed by a begging sound.

“.....” Kaito let go of both their hands with an expressionless flat face, “Thank you for the warm welcome, Kino, Ryou. I almost made each one of your hands come off his hinge”
“Iikhs…. You told us to protect ourselves!! It is not our fault that we are being vigilant in this terrible place!” Ryou approaches Kaito's face with an annoyed face while pointing his face with his index finger to file a protest

Kaito came in and closed the door. Inside the room were a few things. Three intact beds, an old wooden cabinet, a pair of tables and wooden chairs were also windows with glass and curtains.
They put their weapons next to the wooden table. But Kaito's sword remained in his fastener. Kaito sat on the left-most bed, facing off against the two brothers who were sitting on the middle bed. From here, they started talking seriously.
“First I want to say even you guys are beyond my expectations. I feel you guys are amazing to know the place I mean” Kaito praised them with a smile
“It turns out, right my guess that Kaito-san is still saving something that was not said to us”
“……”
The smile on Kaito's face instantly disappeared hearing Kino say that line.
“So, if you can get to this place it means you know something I haven't told you yet, right?”
“We already know. I'm not sure everything is right but if I'm wrong, please Kaito-san should correct it and tell us the truth. Can Kaito-san promise me and Ryou?”
“I don't want to deal with your bullshit, Kaito. I've had enough of all this. Your choice on us is only one and I'm sure you know it”
“Good. This time I really won't hide anything on you guys”
Kino starts telling her theory, the reason why they got to this place and why she can be aware of all Kaito's words.

Slightly retreating backwards, as the two brothers had just finished killing a goblin that was attacking them, Kino shouted that he knew where they should go. They ran as fast as they could and walked down a large road there.
Ryou who was running slightly in front of his brother started to slow down his speed and let the older brother lead the way in front of him.
“You go faster Kino. I'll be behind you to make sure that we're still safe”
“Thank you”
Kino runs in front of Ryou and starts to turn into an alley. From here they walked after making sure there was no one but them.
“Oi, Movies. This road is no stranger to me”
“Our actions are correct Ryou. There is no mistaking this place that Kaito-san” is referring to
“You sure?”
“Remember when I said that Kaito-san was like hiding something from us? This is one of them. I don't know why but I'm pretty sure of this”
“I don't understand, explain to me what the answer to his stupid riddle”
While walking, Kino tells Ryou that this is Kaito's plan. The weapons and medicines they had were part of the preparation Kaito meant. Why in ‘world malam’ who have nothing when they enter it, they actually have a complete weapon ordered Kaito in the morning?
“That's because the three of us ‘touch’ them all the time in’ world noon’ earlier” Kino confirms the answer
“Touch?”
“Did Ryou remember what Kaito-san said when he picked you up? Kaito-san clearly asked if you touched this belt when we left you at the weapon shop. Kaito-san has never ordered this belt before, Ryou. I'm sure Ryou still remembers all the weapons ordered by Kaito-san when we got there this afternoon”
Hearing Kino's words, Ryou began to think that what her brother said was true. He remembered all those weapons because when he arrived, he held and tried them one by one. And as for his belt, when he was left alone, the shopkeeper offered them to him and let him try. Ryou was shocked by all those reasonable thoughts.
“You. The table we were hiding in was still there because I had a chance to hold it. And the door in the store was also because Kaito opened that door when we visited”

Even more to his surprise, all of them were in the same position as they ate at the tavern.
“Kino, don't say it's the table where we ate in the morning and evening. Hard to believe”
“True. All of that is still in its place. Now understand what I mean, Ryou?”

They went around and found some plates, glasses and cutlery also on the floor. The amount was the same as what they used to eat today. Ryou's sweaty face held back the shock. Starting up the stairs, they reached the front of the room where they were staying.
“I remember Kaito didn't lock this room after he broke the mirror inside and told us both to come with him to eat. Don't say it was also intentionally done?”
“Most likely it is true. From the theory I'm telling you this would make sense why Kaito-san didn't do it. Because if this door is locked before descending by it, most likely when entering ‘world night’ this door will remain in a locked” state

“I'll tell you. To be honest I felt angry at him for not telling all the situations and conditions in this horrible place to us. But, considering he was so generous as to give us important information and even being willing to protect us and prepare preparations like this moved me a little

Kino can't say anything. It seemed, the thing Ryou wanted to do came from his personal irritation towards Kaito. Kino had already rounded his heart.
‘I'll really stop this kid if he tries to slap real Kaito-san in the face’
