Ch 61's. Herbal Garden
Looking at the barrier in front of him. Ren Yuu smirked happily as there were probably many rare herbs inside.
There were about ten people who were in the barrier in front of Ren Yuu. They were also curious what was inside the barrier as this barrier was only one here unlike the center of the ruins which had many barriers there.
Ren Yuu knew that many precious items were at the center of the sect ruins. But, what interested Ren Yuu the most was the herb garden.
"Yuu Shawn!! Why are you just quiet?" Lan Xiuro shouted at Ren Yuu's ears which made Ren Yuu wake up from her daydream.
"Don't yell in my ear, Xiuro..." Ren Yuu was annoyed at being shouted at.
Lan Xiuro pouted and simply replied, "when a girl asks, listen to them!"
Ren Yuu snorted at Lan Xiuro's words and simply ignored him.
"Do you know what this barrier is, Yuu Shawn?" Yuan Ni asked curiously because Ren Yuu was very interested and it did not escape Yuan Ni's sight.
Ren Yuu smiled slightly and replied, "yes... This is the herb garden of this sect in the past."
"Even if I don't know if there are still herbs inside or not, I'll try to get inside."
Ren Yuu then picked up the old book and checked about the Runes inside and the way to remove them.
Lan Xiuro, Yuan Ni and Yang Sun were confused by the book that Ren Yuu had brought out and tried to read it.
The three of them shriveled because they did not understand at all the writing in the book. They steadied Ren Yuu with a strange look because they knew about a language they had never found in any history.
Of course they would not find writing as Ren Yuu knew it because it was a language 300,000 years ago.
"What are you reading?" Lan Xiuro asked out of curiosity as to what Ren Yuu had read.
Ren Yuu did not reply and focused on the old book in front of him.
Suddenly Ren Yuu's hand stopped flipping through the pages of the book. Ren Yuu looked at the writing on the book carefully then looked at the barrier again.
"It's not the same. This rune is much stronger," muttered Ren Yuu.
Ren Yuu shriveled then flipped through the courtyard again and paid no heed to Lan Xiuro who was grumbling next to him.
"Here we go..." Ren Yuu stopped and whispered softly reading the book.
After reading for three minutes, Ren Yuu paused for a while and looked at the barrier again.
"Although different, 50% of the concept of making runes is the same. It will take some time to open this barrier, "inner Ren Yuu and try to learn how to partially damage the Runes. Not to damage but to make holes in the barrier but not to damage the barrier.
In other words, Ren Yuu deliberately made such a move for others not to enter. The runes in front of him were based on recovery runes.

Ren Yuu then looked around the barrier again and looked for the weakest point of the Runes.
"Yuu Shawn!! Don't ignore me!!" Lan Xiuro was getting angrier from being ignored by Ren Yuu at all times.
Ren Yuu looked towards Lan Xiuro with a displeased look as it constantly bothered him.
"What the fuck is that look?! Is that how you treat your girlfriend?!" Lan Xiuro grew even more furious and shouted towards Ren Yuu.
Some people there certainly knew the spoiled young miss of the Lan clan and felt astonished that Lan Xiuro could put his heart to a man.
Ren Yuu was unwilling to humiliate Lan Xiuro in public and only sighed.
"Xiuro... a minute okay? I want to do something." Ren Yuu persuaded Lan Xiuro as gently as possible and as expected, Lan Xiuro immediately burst out and smiled sweetly.
Yang Sun and Yuan Ni only squinted their eyes at Lan Xiuro who was very easily calmed by Ren Yuu because it was an incredible feat.
After winning Lan Xiuro, Ren Yuu instantly moved around the barrier while touching it occasionally to know where the weak runes were.
After more than 5 minutes of checking, Ren Yuu finally found the weakest side of the Runes.
Ren Yuu directly hit the barrier using physical strength.
Bang out!!
Everyone looked at him and simply shook their heads feeling Ren Yuu would not be able to enter the barrier.
"Do you need help?" Ask Lan Xiuro.
Ren Yuu simply shook his head and touched the barrier again. Ren Yuu channeled the Extreme Yang energy into the Rune and it sucked it up forcibly.
Ren Yuu instantly pulled his arm because if it continued, all of his energy would be sucked in.
"Why is this absorbing my energy? Are there any more runes?" Inner Ren Yuu.
"Why?" Lan Xiuro asked again as he saw Ren Yuu shriveling on his face.
"No Xiuro, this barrier will reverse the attack if we attack forcefully," Ren Yuu replied.
"So, what should we do?" Yang Sun asked suddenly because Yang Sun was also interested in what was inside the barrier.
Ren Yuu did not reply and tried something and it was the opposite of Extreme Yang energy. Ren Yuu channeled the Ice Flame into the barrier. The barrier slowly had a speck of crack. Ren Yuu was startled and tried to recall something recorded in the book.
Ren smiled knowing that the rune in front of him was based on the hot element.
Then Ren Yuu looked at Lan Xiuro, Yang Sun and Yuan Ni with a smile that Ren Yuu had never shown.
The three of them understood that Ren Yuu was trying to ask for help this time around.
"Deliver the energy from your Ice Art or Ice Flame here. I'll come too. After that, when the barrier cracked, we would barge inside," Ren Yuu instantly made a plan and took a quick glance at the other cultivators who still glanced at them occasionally from afar.
"Will this work?" Ask Lan Xiuro.
"Yes, let's try," Ren Yuu directly took out the Ice Flame and channeled it into the weak point of the Runes.
The three of them also did the same and followed Ren Yuu's instructions.
The barrier began to crack little by little and long cracks widened.
Everyone saw it was instantly shocked and prepared to rush into the barrier when it shattered.
But they were very naive because Ren Yuu had already predicted a place to enter because it was almost impossible to destroy the barrier if not done by all cultivators.
When the crack had widened, Ren Yuu stopped and immediately clenched his hands as tightly as possible and used the Extreme Yang energy to have the frozen barrier instantly broken down by the opposite energy.
"Now!!" Ren Yuu said softly and punched the barrier.
Bang out!!
The barrier instantly collapsed and made a hole. Ren Yuu wasted no time and caught Lan Xiuro and directly jumped inside.
Yang Sun and Yuan Ni also directly jumped inside without wasting any time.
Everyone was shocked because it only bulldozed a bit of a barrier.
"Let's go in!!" Shouted one of the cultivators and instantly darted to get inside.
When he was about to enter, the Ren Yuu who was inside grinned.
Ren Yuu swung a punch towards the hole.
Bang out!!
The cultivator bounced back from receiving Ren Yuu's punch.
Lan Xiuro, Yang Sun and Yuan Ni were speechless because Ren Yuu did that.
Ren Yuu did not stop and channeled his Extreme Yang energy into the barrier. The barrier recovered very quickly as it devoured Ren Yuu's energy.
"Damn it!! I'll kill you!!" Shouted the cultivator for having just received a punch right on his face.
"Try it if you can," Ren Yuu chuckled and the barrier closed again completely.
Ren Yuu turned around and looked back then said softly with a smile, "as I thought. It's a herb garden."
