83. What an astonishing reality

Zayn is now in the Xavier family's main house. He tells Daddy Nathan and Mommy Grace that they can help him to convince both of Clara's parents.

Zayn told me everything about the night of the party at the hotel at that time and about him being able to end up with Clara until Clara was declared pregnant by the doctor at the hospital.

Daddy Nathan and Mommy Grace are relieved and grateful that Raymond can't be trapped by Clara.

"You're great Zayn, you're reliable. If there were no you, Raymond would be stuck in their game" Daddy Nathan praised Zayn for being upset and sad.

"Om, Zayn again sad, why even say great? Zayn wanted to marry Clara quickly, but his parents didn't approve of us. What should Zayn do Om, Auntie?" Zayn took out his outpouring of heart at Daddy Nathan and Mommy Grace as usual.

"Just calm down Zayn, no one will want to marry a woman who is pregnant. Even my daughter-in-law is not pregnant. You're great, just overnight you can immediately get offspring" said Daddy Nathan, chuckling.

"But if Clara's parents don't approve of us, will the child be born without a father?" Zayn grew angry with his thoughts.

"Well, if they let the child be born, then what?" now Mommy Grace is saying her concerns.

"Aunty and nakutin" Zayn grew afraid that their child would not be allowed to be born into this world.

"It's not Zayn's son-in-law, but you know for yourself, right how the two parents Clara if it's willing? Then what about your Mami Papi, do they know?" Mommy Grace asked Zayn.

"Mommy and Papi haven't Zayn told Tan. Zayn's plan was to tell her when he was going to propose to Clara, but.... If this is the case how could Zayn tell them?" Zayn is frustrated.

"Sorry sir, Madam, there are guests who want to meet," suddenly a maid came and stopped their conversation.

"Who?" Daddy Nathan asked because he did not want to carelessly accept guests in time to gather with his family.

"They said they were Clara and her parents" the maid answered a question from Daddy Nathan.

Daddy Nathan, Mommy Grace and Zayn look at each other. They did not expect that Clara and her parents could come to the Xavier family's main house.

Daddy Nathan and Mommy Grace meet Clara and her parents who are now in the living room.

"Well, there are guests from far away" Mommy Grace welcomed Clara and her parents with a joke.

Both of Clara's parents just kept quiet not to mention the joke of Mommy Grace. Daddy Nathan and Mommy Grace feel something is wrong with them. Unlike usual they will ignore Daddy Nathan and Mommy Grace.

"What do you need at night to come here without notice?" Daddy Nathan began their conversation with a stern question.

"We hold Raymond accountable. She had already impregnated Clara, our only daughter," Papa Clara answered a question from Daddy Nathan who was her neighbor before they moved into the Xavier family's main house.

Daddy Nathan did not give an answer, he only smiled disdainfully at those in front of him.

"This is the result of her examination" Mama Clara gave Clara's examination sheet from the hospital before they came to the Xavier family's main house.

Mommy Grace who received the examination results opened it and read it.

"Then what does this have to do with our son Raymond?" it was Mommy Grace's turn to ask.

"Are you sure Clara was Raymond's son? It could have been another boy and you wanted to frame our son," Daddy Nathan seemed unwilling to let Papa Clara win arguing with him just like that.

"You're saying that my son is a cheap woman who sleeps with just any man?" Papa Clara was provoked by his emotions.

"We don't want to know. We're going to take this to the law if Raymond doesn't want to take responsibility for marrying Clara" Mama Clara posed her threat.

"Please if you have solid evidence and witnesses" said Daddy Nathan sternly and stared intently at Papa Clara.

"Why look for witnesses if Clara herself who became a victim can be a witness for Raymond's actions to her," Mama Clara replied firmly, not inferior to Daddy Nathan.

"Clara, is it really Raymond who impregnated you?" Mommy Grace asked Clara, hoping Clara would answer her honestly.

Clara nodded confidently by looking at Mommy Grace and said,

"Raymond asked me to sleep with him because he wanted to have children soon. He's frustrated his wife didn't get pregnant until now."

Zayn who was at a distance not far from them was shocked to hear the reply from Clara. Zayn did not think of the lie that Clara had made about the child she was carrying.

With heartache and emotion Zayn came out of hiding and approached them.

"It's smart of you to lie Clara. I hope that the child in your womb will not be like you later if it is an adult. I hope he will grow up to be an honest and untruthful child in his life. And one more thing, I'm ready to bear witness on Raymond's part to challenge your charges. And prepare you to lose and be ashamed for the rest of your life," Zayn said in a fiery manner, then he left the main house of the Xavier family with a feeling of anger and emotion.

"Alright, we have witnesses, and for proof we will get them soon, because it's so easy for me" Daddy Nathan chuckled.

Clara is shocked, she doesn't think that Zayn is in the house. Zayn's car was parked in the garage because Zayn planned to stay at the house after calling Raymond to come there to talk about Clara's problems.

Clara stared at Zayn's back from where she was. He felt that there was a part of him missing, and his heart ached to hear the words of Zayn who no longer called him Dear like before they met in the main house of the Xavier family.

After a few minutes of debating, Raymond and Caramel met Zayn at the Xavier family's main house. Zayn forces Raymond to meet him at the main house so Raymond and Caramel cancel their promise to meet Chef Jenny. But instead of Zayn who they both met, now they are faced with the Clara family.

"What's this about? Why so many? Where's Zayn?" Raymond asked them while in the living room.

They all turned their heads towards Raymond, and like getting a breath of fresh air, Papa Clara smiled and said,

"Raymond you must marry Clara, she's pregnant with your child."

Raymond's eyes were wide open, and Caramel suddenly felt dizzy hearing the words of Papa Clara, but he held it all his might with the help of Raymond's hand on his waist.

"Clara said you asked her to sleep with you because your wife was useless, she didn't get pregnant until now to the point of frustrating you" Mama Clara said.

And suddenly Caramel's body was not powered so fell unconscious in Raymond's arms. Fortunately, Raymond's hand was still coiled around his waist so that it could support Caramel's body so as not to fall when fainted.

"Darling!"
