19. The doll of Anabelle

Raymond immediately threw out the woman's body when he realized from his shock. He stared intently hatefully at the woman.

The woman fell on the floor and looked at Caramel like an enemy. Caramel was surprised, but because of today's events that seemed to train him to be strong, he did not waver in the slightest to get a deathly gaze from the woman.

"Ray, help me." said the woman, wailing as she extended her right hand, hoping to have her hand welcomed by Raymond and helped him.

Raymond ignored her and wrapped his arms around Caramel's waist and led her to walk to the sofa to sit in front of Mommy and Daddy.

The woman was angry. All this time he was close to Raymond, but he never got the attention of Raymond. And because the last time it happened it made him have to stay away from Raymond.

"Mom's... Dad... why is b*tch here?" asked Raymond, annoyed.

Raymond forgot he was with Caramel and he let go of Caramel's hand while sitting on the chair. While Caramel still stands not knowing what to do in this situation. Honestly, he felt inferior when he was in the middle of Raymond's family.

Caramel was about to sit down but she was afraid that a voice would say who told you to sit down? how dare you sit in that chair.

Daddy and Mommy Raymond only saw Raymond's quarrel with Arabelle because Arabelle was the son of Daddy Nathan's best friend who was in Paris. The family moved to Paris to take care of their company there.

Flashbacks

Arabelle met Raymond because Raymond attended college there. Arabelle had a heart for Raymond ever since they met at a meal with their family. And from that moment on, Arabelle always approached and looked for Raymond's attention.

Until one day, Arabelle traps Raymond by putting sleeping pills on his drink so that when Raymond wakes up, he will get Arabelle to sleep with him.

The plan is carefully prepared by Arabelle and assisted by her close friend Leon who helps her to trap Raymond. Leon thwarts Arabelle's plans because he loves her and he doesn't want her to sleep with another man.

Leon tells Raymond about Arabelle's plan to him. Raymond was very angry and emotional, but he thought this was the best way to kick him away from his life.

Raymond pretends to fall into Arabelle's trap, and the moment Arabelle wants to take off her shirt, Raymond wakes up from pretending to be asleep. He is angry at Arabelle and threatens Arabelle to keep her away from her life. Raymond did not think that now Arabelle dared to re-interrupt his life when he was about to marry Caramel.

"Mom's... Dad... kick him out or I won't set foot in this house again" Raymond threatened his parents.

"Ray, calm down. We'll talk about this after the meal" said Daddy Nathan.

Raymond can't blame Caramel for agreeing to Mommy's request. Raymond knew that Caramel would never resist the will of others, especially those who were older than him.

Finally Raymond walked towards the Dining Room holding Caramel's waist. Arabelle was sitting in Raymond's arm, so Raymond threw Arabelle's hand which made her even more upset.

Arabelle puts her hand on Mommy Grace and tries to steal her heart in order to help her get Raymond. Because as cold as Raymond was, he loved his Mommy so much that he wouldn't go against her Mommy's orders.

Caramel doesn't talk much. He was only silent as he felt alienated and low before them. The beautiful and rich Arabelle adds to Caramel's self-awareness if she's not worth Raymond's family.

Arabelle busies herself by seeking the attention of Mommy Grace and Daddy Nathan. He looks so familiar with them. Caramel only sighed many times and many times also he cursed himself who was in this house.

Raymond knew Caramel was uncomfortable. He served Caramel starting from the food and sometimes when Caramel was silent, Raymond was the one who fed him.

It did not go unnoticed by Mommy Grace, Daddy Nathan and Arabelle. Mommy and Daddy Raymond smiled as they looked at each other, but Arabelle was so angry, she clutched her spoon and fork when she saw Raymond caring so much for the village girl that Arabelle hated so much from now on.

After the meal was over, Raymond left, but Daddy Nathan told Raymond and Caramel to follow him to his study.

Inside Daddy Nathan's office, Caramel was scared, she felt like she was going to court. Raymond held Caramel's hand because he understood she was terrified.

"What's the matter with Dad, until Daddy tells us to come here?" Raymond opened his voice first.

"So Daddy heard there was a problem of commotion after Daddy came home. Is it really Caramel?" father Nathan asked, staring at Caramel.

"If she lives outside this house, Mommy and Daddy can't control her Ray. You want him to bother you all the time? It was like a prison for him. And for when we don't know" Daddy answered lightly.

"Ck, anyway Ray won't be here before he leaves here" Raymond said, holding Caramel and standing up from his seat.
