Twenty minutes later, Alana bids to go home to work because she has arrived at Chris' new home to get Emma's signature in the Pattinson Company's shareholding papers.

Of course Jack came home to take Alana to the office, while Liam also said goodbye to the hospital.

Emma stood up from the sofa and took the hair dryer from the drawer, then sat down again beside Owen after attaching the hair dryer cord to the outlet.

Emma smiled slightly and gave the hair dryer to Owen. Emma prepares to leave as soon as Owen is done.

Owen took a quick glance at Emma who was storing the documents on the table into a medium-sized handbag.

That document was handed over by Alana for Emma to sign. Although Owen was a child, Owen knew Alana's profession as a lawyer and certainly the document was very important.

Owen figured Emma's destination must be related to the document.

***William's workspace at Pattinson Company***

William sat leaning back on the work chair while folding both his hands in front of his chest. His mind drifted to the events at the shareholders' internal meeting since this morning.

Internal meetings that lasted for three more hours made William's head feel almost exploded.

Most shareholders hold him accountable for the company's stock plummeting as videos of his affair with Lily spread.

As one of Chris's guesses, Pattinson Company shareholders asked William to resign from the CEO position so as to vote for the most votes.

The thing that upset William the most was that the new shareholders of 15% also had the right to vote.

William already knew Chris managed to buy shares of Pattinson Company while he was at the police station.

"Emma? Emma Watson?" ask William to make sure his hearing is not wrong.

"Please Emma in now! Hurry along!" william.

"Okay, Mr. William!" Gibson.

Gibson ran away from the study, while William tidied up his tie and suit, and sat perfectly in the chair.

The sound of high heels that were getting closer made William's mood more cheerful. William suspects Emma's arrival this time must be a blessing for him.

The big smile on William's face diminished slightly when he saw Emma holding hands with Owen, but Owen took the initiative to sit on the long sofa and Emma sat opposite William.

Rocky was standing at a safe distance behind Emma's chair.

William looked at Emma's appearance intently. Sunglasses and clothing branded to Emma's status and style make the young girl's appearance more charming and beautiful.

Emma's expression flat on the face heard William's praise. The young girl opened her sunglasses.

"I heard there was an internal meeting that lasted a long time today."

"You're lucky Om Hans defended you. You should be more devoted to him!" said Emma.

Alana has informed the results of the internal Pattinson Company voting meeting so Emma knows everything.

"Emma! Come back to my side! I know you care about me!" william said enthusiastically.

William stood up from his chair and wanted to approach Emma. More precisely hugging Emma's body tightly. However, William's wish is not granted because Rocky has advanced to prevent him.

"Please sit down, Mr. William!" rocky said firmly.

William ignores Rocky's words and gives a hopeful look to Emma.

"Sit down!" said Emma.

William sat down again in his work chair with a feeling of reluctance.

"Emma! You came because you care about my situation. In your heart there is still me. Divorce with Chris! I don't care about your status!" william said enthusiastically.

Emma shook her head several times and furrowed her brows as she stared intently at William.

"Your hallucinations are no longer helpful! You need to see a doctor!" said Emma.

Owen gave a spontaneous chuckle after hearing Emma's words, while William's face flushed red from enduring the embarrassment.

"Why? I'm better than Chris! She's not as good as you think, Emma! He framed me so that he could buy Pattinson Company shares at a bargain price and become a shareholder! It was all his plan to drop me from the CEO post! He's sneaky! He doesn't love you!" shouting William.

One hard slap landed on William's face. William held his face and looked at Emma with a look of disbelief.

"Chris is the best real husband in the world! I am happy to marry him! You are a cunning and evil man!" furious Emma.

"Dome!"

"Don't call my name again and don't ever show up in front of me again!" threatening Emma.

Emma opened the bag to quickly retrieve the document, then opened it right on one of the pages.

"Will! I'm the shareholder of Pattinson Company, not Chris!" emma said as she showed me the contents of the document.

William's face turned pale. At the moment he realized Emma was the one who voted, not Chris, as he initially thought. All of his accusations to Chris are solely to make himself look better in front of Emma.

"Conscious, Will! You're nothing compared to Chris! I never liked you! Never!" emma said firmly.

Emma leaves William's study with Owen and Rocky after speaking her heart and mind.
