CHAPTER 26. Chris's Decision

SYDNEY

***Chris and Emma's room***

In the morning when Chris went to the kitchen to cook breakfast for Emma, the young girl was also busy preparing a work suit for Chris.

While shopping at Queen Victoria Bulding, Emma also buys clothes for Chris and toys for Owen.

While on their bed, Owen was still sleeping soundly. Neither Emma nor Chris woke Owen. They want Owen to rest longer.

Twenty minutes later, Chris went back into the bedroom and took a bath in the bedroom.

"Thank you honey" said Chris, looking at the work-wear suit Emma had prepared for her.

"Together Chris" replied Emma.

Emma helped put a tie in Chris' shirt collar. "Perfects! So handsome!" praise Emma.

"Let's have breakfast together" Chris took and clasped Emma's hand tightly.

After breakfast, Emma drives Chris to her car. The newlyweds hugged each other tightly and kissed affectionately before Chris got into the car.

Emma heads to her bedroom to wake Owen up.

"Wake Owen! It's morning!" call Emma while holding chubby Owen's cheek.

Owen yawned and opened his eyes slowly. A wide smile decorated the corner of Owen's lips as he looked at Emma's close up face.

"Good morning Emma!" said Owen.

"Owen's Good Morning!" reply Emma.

Owen looked around. "Daddy in the dining room?" ask Owen.

"Daddy Chris to the office. There's an important meeting" Emma replied.

Emma saw clearly a glimpse of Owen's disappointed face. Emma knows that the father-son bond between Owen and Chris is so strong that Owen wants to enjoy Sunday with Chris.

"Let's take a quick shower and have breakfast. Owen came with me to the airport to pick up my brother. Wanna?" ask Emma.

"You!" replied Owen with enthusiasm.

Owen jumped down from the bed and ran small towards his room. Owen's babysitter had already prepared her change of clothes and also Owen's toiletries in the bathroom.

Emma asked Mr. Panca to inform Owen's nanny of their planned departure today.

Emma is getting ready to go to Kingsford-Smith Airport to pick up Dylan.

***Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel***

Dylan and Emma were at the hotel restaurant to enjoy afternoon tea together, while Owen swam in the hotel pool. Owen's nanny and bodyguard stood guard there.

Emma initially invites Dylan to stay at Chris' house, but Dylan refuses because Dylan has to meet a business partner tomorrow morning.

Chris' house is a long way to the meeting place. Dylan stayed at the Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel because it was close to the meeting place tomorrow morning.

Dylan was delighted to see Emma's cheerful face. Dylan knew his beloved sister was passing the days in Sydney happily.

After all Owen was not an unruly child and was so obedient to Emma that Dylan was convinced Emma would stay longer in Sydney.

Dylan glanced at a glance at the high-collar shirt Emma was wearing today. As a normal man, Dylan could guess what Emma was hiding from being seen by others.

"Now, papa will have a grandson," said Dylan.

"Emmas. Where is Chris?" ask Dylan.

"In company. This morning there was an internal meeting" Emma replied as she tasted the macaron on her plate.

"Internal meeting? Could it be…?" inner Dylan.

Emma put down the fork from her hand and stared intensely at Dylan who was seen thinking about something seriously.

"What's wrong with Dylan?" ask Emma.

Emma suggests that Dylan is thinking seriously about something Chris is related to.

"Chris didn't say anything?" ask Dylan to make sure.

"No!" emma replied while shaking her head.

"I got word William made Chris' work project in Bali void!" said Dylan.

"What's? You crazy Will!" emma said with anger.

Emma strongly believes William is hostile towards Chris because of his decision to marry Chris, but Emma does not expect William to use dirty ways in business.

"Some of Chris' company projects here are also targeted by William. I'm sure Chris had an internal meeting because of that.

"Can Dylan help Chris?" ask Emma.

"of course! Chris was also involved in difficulties due to the Watson Family. Papa has also agreed to help if Chris asks," replied Dylan.

"Thank you, Brother Dylan. I'll let you know after asking Chris everything later" Emma said.

"Sir Dylan is the best!" said Emma.

Emma and Owen have dinner with Dylan at the hotel restaurant before returning home to Chris' mansion. Chris is overtime at the Christian Company until nine p.m.

***Chris & Emma bedroom***

Chris closed the door slowly, then walked towards the bed. Chris gave a small smile seeing Emma had fallen asleep while hugging Owen.

Chris picked up a nightgown from the wardrobe before going inside the bathroom to clean himself.

Twenty minutes later, Chris came out of the bathroom refreshed. Fatigue caused by a day of work in the office to be reduced.

Chris carried Owen and put him in the sleeping part of Owen last night. Chris lay in the middle.

When Chris wants to hug Emma's body, Emma has hugged Chris first like a koala hugging her mother.

Chris laughed a little. "Not sleeping, honey?" ask Chris.

Emma raised her head so she looked directly at Chris.

"Just woke up" Emma replied honestly.

Chris kissed Emma on the forehead, then stroked the young girl's hair.

"You talking?" ask Chris.

"Yes" replied Emma.

Chris held Emma down from the bed easily and led her to the sofa, which was in the room.

Chris does not want Owen to wake up because of the sound of his conversation with Emma. Emma agrees with Chris.

After all, Emma likes to be carried by Chris so that they put both hands on Chris' neck.

Chris sat on the sofa with Emma on his lap. "What's the matter, baby?" ask Chris.

Since becoming a husband and wife, Chris has always paid close attention to Emma's small habits.

Just like Rocky said before, Emma would only wake up alone from her slumber if she was hungry.

Chris knew that Emma and Owen had been with Dylan all day, that Emma would never starve so the only reason she could wake up must be something that was troubling the young girl's mind.

"Sir Dylan said your cooperation project in Bali was cancel because of Will" Emma replied.

"It turns out this problem. Brother Dylan must have known about the problems in the company as well," said Chris.

"It's okay, Emma. I can handle it" said Chris.

"Sir Dylan and Papa can help you if there's a problem. Don't forget, you're a member of the Watson Family now" Emma said.

"Of course I remember. My wife young miss Watson is beautiful, smart, and charming" joked Chris.

Chris knew Emma was worried about her condition so joked to make the atmosphere relax.

"Emma! I accept Papa and Brother Dylan's good intentions, but I want to handle it myself. You believe in my abilities, right?" ask Chris.

"I believe one hundred percent" Emma replied.

They hugged each other for a long time. Chris likes the smell of Emma's body, while Emma likes the masculine aroma and warmth of Chris' body.

"Dome!" call Chris.

"Yes" replied Emma.

The two of them stretched their arms so they could look at each other.

"I decided to move the company to Bali after solving all the chaos that exists today" said Chris.

"really?" ask Emma.

Chris smiled slightly at Emma's pair of sparkling clear eyes.

"Yes. I want to be by your side at all times. I know you'd rather live in Bali" replied Chris.

"I also want to be with you at all times" Emma said.
