The Given 59

The next day, Kenzo and Given return to Kenzo's mansion. And now it's Given's turn to take care of Kenzo in the mansion to make Given have to stay in Kenzo's mansion.

"Do I need to go to the company to check your work?" ask Given who's in Kenzo's room.

"no need. I have a lot of employees and now your focus is only me" replied Kenzo who had been holding Given's hand while stretching his body whose arm was still sore.

"You're really spoiled, Mr. Santiago," said Given, who had just seen Kenzo's spoiled side.

"It's noon, I'll take your lunch" Given said.

"Take my cellphone. I'll call the butler" said Kenzo.

"I took it" said Given.

"Be quiet and sit here" ordered Kenzo who did not want to be denied with his cool face as usual.

"All right, sir," said Given by obeying the Boss' orders.

Given took Kenzo's phone from the nightstand and gave it to the man next to him.

Kenzo called his servant and ordered to bring lunch to his room.

Afterwards, Kenzo put the phone next to him and closed his eyes again.

The effects of the drug make Kenzo always sleepy even though he has been sleeping many times since coming from the hospital.

"Ken, don't sleep. You have to eat first" Given said.

"Hmm, I can't bear the weight of my eyes" replied Kenzo softly.

Shortly after, lunch came. The waiters arranged the food at the table in Kenzo's room.

After that, the waiter came out and Given got Kenzo's food.

"Ken, sit. I'll bribe you, Big Boy," Given said.

Kenzo blinked his eyes and then sat down on the back of the bed.

"You really are like a toddler" Given said.

"It's the medicine that makes me really sleepy and my eyes feel heavy to open" said Kenzo.

"Then chew so fast that you can sleep again" said Given, who looked like a mother looking after her child.

"Hmm, thank you," said Kenzo.

A few minutes later, Kenzo finished eating and went back to sleep.

Given then put the empty plate on the table and took his own food.

"Hey, eat next to me" said Kenzo, calling Given, who will be eating on the couch.

"Oh God ... You're really spoiled, Ken. Unbelieveable," said Given.

Kenzo just smiled and went back to sleep after Given sat next to him again.

Kenzo's hand even coiled around the belly of Given sitting next to him.

"When I was sick, it wasn't this pampered" muttered Given who then took a television remote and turned it on.

"Kenzo did not answer anything and seemed to have traveled to his dreamland which was either beautiful or bad.

Two days passed, Given was still in Kenzo's mansion. Kenzo's condition has improved considerably and can use his hands again, but the man seemed accustomed and too comfortable with Given's presence beside him to make his efficacious attitude even more uncontrollable.

"Ken, do I always have to be by your side? Did you also tell me to sleep when you slept? Ck," said Given, where Kenzo's hand was wrapped around his stomach when the man wanted to sleep.

Kenzo always blames the effects of the drug just for wanting to always be near Given.

"I'm only sick for a little while so help this weak man for a while" muttered Kenzo who was getting more and more random day after illness.

"Raise my salary" said Given, who made Kenzo laugh softly and kissed the top of her head.
