The Given 11

After dinner, the Santiago family did not go home.

The two families were seen gathering in the backyard and sitting on a sofa in the middle of which there was a bonfire to warm the night.

"You're going back to London tomorrow?" ask Er.

"Given's only because we're here" Thor replied.

"Daddy hasn't told me this yet" said Given.

"Mommy and the twins still want to vacation here, honey. You don't mind, do you? Later Daddy will pick up our driver from London to pick you up here" replied Thor.

"It just so happens that Kenzo is going to London tomorrow. You can go together" said Er.

"Yes, that's a good idea and Given didn't wait for the driver too long" Cal said.

"I think it's true, honey. It'll be more efficient if you go to London with Kenzo" Lesca said.

"Do you mind, Ken?" ask Thor.

"Of course not" replied Kenzo who remained flat despite the smile on the corner of his lips.

Given looked towards Kenzo who was obviously not fond of their parents' idea.

"How, Honey?" ask Lesca to Given.

"Okay, Mom," replied Given smiling.

After much chatting, the Santiago family finally left. Gaby wants to stay with Mighty.

Cal allows that and they'll pick up Gaby after breakfast tomorrow.

Upon arrival at the mansion, the Santiago family went straight in together.

"Ken, you really don't mind going with Given, do you?" ask Cal before Kenzo walks into his room.

"Hmm," Kenzo answered briefly.

"Don't be cynical about her, Ken. That's not good. She's a nice girl and shouldn't be acting like that to her. You look very unfriendly, you know" Cal continued.

"I think my attitude is normal" replied Kenzo.

"Does it still fortify you and the woman, Ken?" ask Cal.

"It has nothing to do with it. He was just a stranger to me and everyone must have behaved in the same way as the person he just met" replied Kenzo.

"At least you can be friendly with her" Cal said.

"I can't pretend, Mom. I'm going to be who I am and I'm not an extrovert" Kenzo said.

"Ken .." said Er who tried to be an intermediary.

"I'm going to sleep" replied Kenzo.

"Hmm, good night" said Cal.

Kenzo turned around to his room. Er grabbed Cal by the shoulder and led him into the room.

"When will he change? There's no way she's gonna be single her whole life, is she?" cal said when he went into his room.

"That's it, the soul mate's not going anywhere. We can only find the way" said Er.

"What do you mean?" ask Cal.

"Me and Thor made this plan. Tjor exaggerated his vacation here so Given and Kenzo could be a little closer on the way to London" Er replied.

"Oh my ... So you guys set them up?" ask Cal.

"Why? You don't agree?" ask Er.

"Why don't you say this to me and Lesca. We can help" Cal replied.

Er laughed softly hearing that.

"For a while we will carry out my and Thor's plans first. If you can't, then you start acting" Er said.

"So you guys went to the study for a while because you talked about this?" ask Cal.

"Yes" Er replied nodding.

"You're very fast-moving as it turns out. Good job, Baby," Cal replied with a chuckle and a kiss on Er's lips.
