The Given 19

Given was finally able to enter his apartment after confirming with the apartment.

They were forced to replace the automatic door handle that was connected to the pin lock with a new handle.

"It's really troublesome," annoyed Given who was then finally able to lay his body on his soft bed.

Given then sat back down and headed to the bathroom to let go of the fatigue caused by yesterday's long trip.

Given pondered and thought about his work at the company that had been running for several years.

He is well suited to his job and the atmosphere there.

And now Kenzo, whom he considers a bully, makes his well-organized life into an ambiguous and gloomy one.

"Yes, I can't pull my word on that jerk. Huuff ... Though it's heavy, I have to leave that company." Given monologues while soaking in a bath tub filled with warm water.

"Aaaahh. I don't want to think about this. I'll go on vacation to Grand Ma Thea forest mansion tomorrow after the day after taking care of my work," muttered Given.

The next day, Kenzo came to the company for the first time. And his arrival certainly made the center of attention and a hot topic in that company.

His handsome attitude and cool attitude make him have a lot of new fans in just one day.

On his first day in office, Kenzo had directly overhauled the makeup of several company officials he considered less competent.

Kenzo had been overseeing the company for a month and assessed all the performance of its officials.

Today an important meeting was held with all the officials, shareholders and some important staff in the newly acquired company by Kenzo.

Kenzo's eyes stared intently at the person in front of him. His eyes were looking for a woman who was none other than one of the financial staff in the company.

Given wasn't there and I don't know what Kenzo is thinking right now.

Soon the meeting began with a little tense because Kenzo will slightly overhaul the staff especially at the top..

Three hours passed and Kenzo finally finished the important meeting.

He called the new deputy director and also two important staff of the company including the finance staff of which Given became one of its members.

They're being sent to Kenzo's main room right now.

"Is this your only staff member?" ask Kenzo.

"Sorry, Sir. This morning there was one person who resigned from our staff" replied one of the men who came from the finance or financial staff.

"Given Robert you mean?" ask Kenzo.

"L-yes, sir," the man replied nervously as Kenzo's sharp eyes were looking at him.

The man didn't expect Kenzo to know this before he even told him about Given.

"We were a little overwhelmed because 70 percent of our staff duties were handled by Miss Given. We couldn't find a replacement in the near future. And Miss Given stopped so suddenly that we had no one at all" continued the middle-aged man.

"Then? You can't find an employee who can replace him for a while while we're looking for the right person to replace him?" kenzo Sahut.

"Yes, Sir. He is one of our best employees and I think it will be a little difficult to find a replacement in a short time" the man replied.

"Then? What solution?" ask Kenzo.

"We can offer him a higher salary. I think he quit because of a salary that was less in line with his high work ethic. Several large companies have been trying to recruit him. Maybe one of those companies is now using the money to ensnare him" the man replied.
