4.15: "I think I'm better"

Alicia waited in her room, she regretted leaving Yui and Shiki both in the living room. Alicia hears what Shiki asks Yui after they "debate" and the conclusion of it all is that Shiki invites Yui to have sex.

Hearing that, Alicia wanted to cry and left from there. Alicia is sure Yui will accept it, she loves Shiki and her love is great because they have been together for a long time.

Compared to Alicia who had only met for a few days, not even a month. Yui's love compared to her love for Shiki is certainly lost because it is a love that has been years since childhood.

"Alicia, you're there apparently" Yui said.

"Yui..." Alicia got up from sitting on the bed, looked at Yui in annoyance and said; ".you've done it. You win, you get Shiki."

"I think I'm better" Shiki replied, she looked at Silva and bowed to him. "Sorry, chairman Silva... I looked pathetic before."

"I'm childish. I'm stupid. I really suck at love." Shiki apologized, and it was quite a shock to Silva.

The black-haired man replied. "Stupid. What are you apologizing for? You're 20 years old, your mentality about this is still green. I understand that and you still have a long way to go to become a real grown man."

Shiki nodded in understanding. Leonard blinked, he felt Silva was a good father figure to Shiki. Leonard himself knew Shiki was being cared for by clan head Haruna, which was why he was so powerful. In the Adventurers Guild, Shiki discovered things that could make her develop as a human.

Leonard smiled, the more he understood Shiki's character and the more it made it easier for him to defeat her.

"Hehehe!" Leonard excited.

"Why are you suddenly grinning so...?" Hibari saw it astonished.

"I'm here to discuss that with Sir Leonard" Silva told Shiki. "We discussed the potential of working together to fight NARAKU in the future."

Shiki blinked hearing that. "That sounds good."

"Of course, we don't know when NARAKU will come again. Cooperation between factions would be very profitable. After what happened to Guildtown and the previous Berserk Knight incident, we realize that NARAKU is impossible to defeat by its own power." Leonard said that and Shiki sat down near Silva.

"I want to take Sanctum, but..." Leonard was rather doubtful, the Sanctum was closed and they had no idea what the purpose of the religious organization was.

"I plan to go to Sanctum after this and meet with Reina" Shiki said. "Valhalla Tower... Reina's back there, and maybe good things will happen."

"After the defeat of Kira and Mira, NARAKU only had 5 generals. Their names are known except for one person. Plus, the King of the Imps, Baros was his name... He's talking about "Dark Lord Balor"..." Silva said, and his face looked worried.

"The name of the Ruler of the Gorge, Demon King, he is the ruler of the Abyss Monster! If an omnipotent being seems to be our enemy, then this battle against NARAKU could just as well destroy the human world!"

Shiki and Leonard quietly heard that. Their opponent, their main enemy is not humans, but one of the two "mighty beings" in the legends of Eden and the Abyss.

Dark Lord Balor the Ruler of the Ravine and Great Mother Vivian the Sovereign of Paradise. It is said that they both live like two opposite sides of a coin. Good and evil. Yin and Yang. The feud between the two of them all along, during a time that humans could not count made them create the human world.

The human world becomes a "wall" to stop their endless feud. However if Dark Lord Balor made a move, then the human world would fall victim in this feud of two almighty beings.

"Damn it, thinking about something like this gives me goosebumps" Leonard scratched his head. "What we need to do next will determine the fate of this world."

"If the Parliament were to accept Princess Alicia as "temporary king", we could decide things quickly." Hibari was as worried as Leonard.

Silva agreed with both. "You're right, there's still a long way to go to save our world. We have to do it one by one, step by step."

"Yes." Yeah." Leonard agrees. "Let's do that."

Shiki and Silva walked out of the room. Silva talk. "I'm going back to Guildtown tonight."

"uh? Isn't it too soon, right, at a time like this, you need to become the leader for the Adventurer Guild to return." Shiki understands. "You're an outstanding chairman, chief... I think that's all your expertise."

"Fuck shit." Silva's pissed.

Shiki discussed something with Silva. "Have Anna's husband and children been told about this?"

Shiki kept quiet, "Anna is a Fairy" much to her surprise. Both of Shiki's magic eyes are called "fairy eyes" and that's what gives her great power to fight.

Two years ago, Anna came to the Guild and registered as a receptionist. Familiar with Shiki, who ends up falling in love with her and they both have a close relationship, but dare not dive deeper.

Shiki wondered if everything was connected? The eyes of both Shiki fairies existed at least since 10 years ago, and Anna was a fairy. Is it possible that Anna gave this fairy eye to Shiki?

To be honest, Shiki had never met Anna. But the feeling of nostalgia, comfort and pleasure always came with her when she was alone with Anna.

Shiki knows Anna is dead, but she still wants to know more about her. Anna's death was a huge blow and Shiki understood everything more and more.

Shiki has dinner with Yui and Alicia. After the chairman left this afternoon, Shiki discussed with them and finished dinner. Then the Duma came to tell Alicia something.

"Count Erick gave the green light, Princess Alicia! He will help with all his might to make you the temporary King of this country!"

"God!" Alicia was happy to hear that. "I wonder what Count Erick would do about this...?"

"I'll still be in the capital, Shiki." Alicia tells Shiki she's not coming to Valhalla. "Now that my reason is clear, I will fight for the sake of being King even if only temporarily."

"Huh, that means I'll be alone with aniki? That's nice~" Yui holds Shiki's left hand. Alicia raised both shoulders. "I don't have a problem. You won't get an answer from Shiki until we defeat NARAKU."

"You guys are so familiar, aren't you? I'm relieved." said Shiki smiling.

Yui and Alicia are best friends. But Shiki knew that the two were not like that to Reina. Alicia is clear, and Yui has reason not to be friends with Reina because of her jealousy with Shiki.

Shiki wanted the three of them to be familiar after this. But it will be a difficult job and it takes Reina's cooperation also in order to strengthen the relationship of the three heroes.

"Btw, Shiki." Duma talk. "This is the information I can give you about the Sanctum and the Valhalla Tower."

The pink-haired man gave a report from Leonard.

"I know you came well to Valhalla, but don't underestimate them. Sanctum may be different from Guilds and the Military, but there are things that make them not to be underestimated."

"What do you mean?" ask Shiki curiously.

"I don't know" replied the Duma. "But don't underestimate them."

Shiki is irritated to hear that, but the Duma is right, the mysterious organization that has an incomprehensible purpose, Sanctum cannot be underestimated and Shiki must be as vigilant as he can be.

"Report, Mama." A blue-haired woman dressed in all-white Sanctum reported to a woman wearing the same outfit.

Simultaneously "Mama" spoke that, a long black-haired beautiful woman unraveled sitting on a throne. The woman's soft eyes were visible, the familiar face that Shiki would come to let her know all about this woman.
