3.4 "Fight to Defend Guildtown"

Reina's massive attack destroyed all of the Monsters without a remnant. Shiki smiled excitedly, Dion and Vira nearby looked very surprised and asked about it.

"That's the strongest magic I've seen in a long time. Divine Light belongs to the Stardust family, so it is the power of the strongest noble weapon." Vira commented while looking at Shiki.

"Your comments are the same as mine when I first saw the attack" Shiki said with a smile.

Shiki looked towards where Kira and Mira were. After all the Monsters they summoned were depleted without a remnant, what would they do?

"Damnec!" Yui came with Alicia.

"Yui, Alicia." Shiki called them.

They discussed Reina's attack earlier, and the wind of victory instantly turned on them now. However they realize they must move quickly, before Mira performs the "calling" of the Monster again on the same scale.

Shiki also divides the team with Dion and Yui, while Vira will guard the back line and Alicia...

"You didn't attack first, Alicia?" shiki asked the orange-haired girl.

Alicia was silent, she felt like she could not attack first now for some reason as well. "I'm going to finish this with Kira and Mira, but I need to prepare my mentality and strategy first."

"Huh, cliche reason." Yui doesn't believe it.

Alicia was upset to hear that. "You..."

"Either, but certainly most likely this Mira is a Valkyrie. One of the hallmarks of Valkyrie is that it has "a unique, special and very powerful magic"..." Vira explained to them.

"so." Alicia was silent, and unsurprisingly Mira was indeed a Valkyrie.

"But Monster summoning magic should be impossible for humans to do, even if you're a Valkyrie." Vira said that again. "But the fact that magic can summon monsters alone makes it a dangerous opponent."

"Your decision is right to prepare mentally and strategize against it" said Vira again, smiling.

Alicia nodded, she now had to prepare herself. Alicia has some way to stop Vira, but now Vira is very strong, and Alicia must think carefully to run her strategy.

The sound of an explosion suddenly sounded from the direction of the city, the origin of the explosion was in the east of the city and 7 giant snakes appeared that made everyone surprised.

The 7 snakes suddenly appeared, Vira and Alicia were startled. "Giant switch is in town?! How can?!" Vira doesn't believe it.

"Are they Monsters too?!" ask Alicia to panic.

Chairman Silva was also surprised. "Giant switch..."

Previously, moments after Reina's attack that scorched all the Monsters were not at all. Dr. The goblins were in disbelief, gaping like a very shocked person to an unexpected plot twist;

"You..mustahil!! It's unexpected! Absolutely insane! How can...?!!" Dr. Goblin panicked not playing see the power earlier, he is now in a city that is already deserted because the residents have been displaced out.

"The "Holy Lady of Salvation" of the Sanctum... That's what the priests call her; reina Stardust." The goblin looked towards the bell tower in annoyance.

"Well as long as Master says we can't touch him, then we will. I wonder what Master's plan is to his daughter, but that woman, being targeted by Master, makes me even more curious!" said Dr. Goblin grinned; "I'll look for her..hmm?"

7 Adventurers saw Dr. Goblins. They were shocked to see a short ugly-faced man fly over and ask; "Who are you?!"

"You're not a citizen of this town, are you?!"

"Especially your face is very strange...!"

"Khkehkeh!" The goblins laughed at that; "This strange face of course I'm not human!"

Dr. The goblins descended down in front of the 7 adventurers, and introduced themselves to them. "I'm Dr. Goblins! That's not my real name and I used to be human!"

Dr. The goblin took out three vials of purple liquid from behind him. "Yet you fit in... I brought some experimental herbs that I have been developing for the past 20 years! I've made about a hundred, but only 10 of them are successful!"

"And the seven of you will try it now! I wonder what percentage makes you a Monster...!"

Dr. Goblin wants to make the 7 Adventurers as experimental material. The seven of them panicked of course, and wanted to run away to tell chairman Silva; "We have to tell chairman Silva!"

"He's dangerous! He must be a member of NARAKU!"

"Silva...?" Goblin blinks, grinning. "So, he's still alive it turns out!"

"Blood Rope Curse!" Dr. The Goblin captured the 7 Adventurers with her magic, a thick rope of reddish-colored magical energy.

"Now, I will force you to drink it...! Let's see which one of you is the strongest and the Monster!" The goblin said that.

7 The Giant Piton Snake appeared in the city. Alicia and Vira can't believe seeing the sudden appearance. "They took out a Monster in the middle of the city!!"

Silva is upset and this makes things even more difficult. "Fortunate the evacuation was done quickly, but a python this big! One city would be destroyed if they moved too much!"

"Warren! Theo's! Handle this! The Adventurers will help! Stop the snakes!" Silva ordered two of his strongest men.

"It's impossible, but don't make this city ruined!"

""okay!"" Warren and Theo understood.

The Adventurers tried to stop all the snakes, but the thick skin of the snake was a big obstacle. No weapons like swords, axes and spears could penetrate the thick skin of the snake.

The one snake attacked towards them, Warren, the middle-aged man jumped up and punched the big snake's chin fiercely; "HEAVY SMASH!"

A BOGH! "German-san!" All the Adventurers cheered, Warren dropped the snake, but that doesn't mean he was defeated.

"Retreat! Don't be rash to attack! The thickness of this huge snake skin was thicker than the walls!" Warren told them; "If you want to attack, take the opportunity when his head approaches!"

"We understand!" The Adventurers understand.

"The mages, divide into three people in one team! One team takes care of two snakes! You're only 13 people, but your magic is needed!" Silva commanded the guild mages; "Incar their heads and the bottom of the heads!"

"OK!" The mages understood, they were all also under the direct supervision of Vira.

They shot one snake with their elemental magic. There were three snakes that were attacked directly with magic by the three mage teams, and the other three snakes started moving again.

(Although with the mages, their magic cannot be compared to Vira of course! It took a long time!) silva thought in panic.

One snake came after the mages, but someone ran and jumped towards the snake. "High Seizing!" CRATZ! Theo cut off one snake on the head until it bled out of there.

"Theo!" Everyone is happy.

"Heh, he's slashing with Shiki's fighting style! You really idolized him, Theo!" Warren grinning. And Theo went down near Warren; "We can beat these snakes quickly, there are still 4 more!"

"But... They even bleed! Didn't Shiki tell you that the monsters would disappear if they died?" warren asked in shock as well.

"There is only one answer, senpai." said Theo; "They are real snakes, not monsters. I think it's obvious because their shape is a python!"

One snake also moved crazily towards the Guild office, and Warren realized that; "Damn it!" Warren chased after the snake and Silva used his magic to stop the huge snake coming towards the Guild office.

"Creation!" One snake was hit by something until it stopped.

Warren jumped up and grinned to thank Silva. "Mantau, chairman Silva...!" Shouted Warren; "Meteorite SMASH!"

"Woh!!!" All the Adventurers cheered, the strength of the 4 Adventurers Pillars was indeed different.

"It seems Warren and Theo have overcome 3 snakes, that means the remaining four for us" said Vira, he and Alicia are still above the city gate.

"Is it okay to help me, Princess? Were you mentally prepared before you confronted your two traitorous aides, right?" vira asked Alicia.

"My mentality is ready, my body is ready, my magical energy is ready, everything is ready. I'll help you out first before I face Mira and Kira..." Alicia took out her magic wand.

"I see, I think our combination would be good. We are the two strongest mages in the kingdom, aren't we?" ask Vira smile.

In the Guild office, Silva and the Adventurers saw four snakes awake. Theo and Warren are ready to face again, but almost 50% of the city has been destroyed since the snakes appeared out of nowhere.

"I will stop their movement with Creation; Warren, Theo and the mages, eliminate three snakes instantly and the other will be stopped by Vira and Princess Alicia!" Silva told them.

"okay!" They understand.

"Khkehkeh!" Dr. The goblin laughed, he floated above; "You and your magic are indeed a shitty duo from a long time ago, Silvaria...!"

"Huh?" They were shocked to hear the sound, and Silva looked at the Goblin; "Who are you?"

"Oh..You don't know my voice? Well, we worked together when we were young! But with my form and my different voice, it makes you not know me!" Dr. Goblins descend and Adventurers stand by;

"Let's save our reunion later! I will introduce myself and my purpose here...!" Dr. Goblin introduced herself; "My name is Dr. Goblin, one of the 7 Evil Generals of NARAKU! My goal is a woman named Anna...!"

"Give him over, then this stupid battle will be over!" The Goblin tells him to go after Anna, and leaves all the Adventurers shocked, including Guild Leader Silva; "WHAT?"

Anna in a small village near Guildtown, all the townspeople had safely fled and made the village very crowded now.

Anna, along with all the receptionists, even the ones on Gina and Honjou holidays are here now, helping the townspeople and calming them down.

A very unexpected attack; monsters come, creatures that exist only in urban stories and mysterious organizations that they first heard, "NARAKU" is the mastermind behind this attack.

(My name... I just heard their names. Who are they really? And what is their purpose?) anna thinks she is wondering, and she worries about Shiki; (Shiki-kun... You're dealing with them and this is certainly what you've been looking for all this time.fight with a strong opponent.).

"Anna-san! What are you worried about?!' Gina appeared from behind and asked Anna;

"uh? Gina?" Anna's shocked.

"Don't look so worried, you know. You can make the townspeople worry too! Our job as receptionists is to make all citizens not panic and believe in all the Adventurers in the Guild!" Gina told Anna with a smile.

Candy agrees, she comes with Paula and Honjou. "That's right! Trust Chairman Silva and Shiki-san! They are strong!"

Anna agreed. "true."

Anna did trust them, knowing what chairman Silva and Shiki were like. But his feeling was not good, he looked at the city and this unpleasant feeling made his worries not go away.

Dr. Goblin reveals that she is after a woman named Anna. A very familiar name for Adventurers, one of their six receptionists and women favored by the strongest figures in the Adventurers Guild.

"Give him to me, and I'll stop this battle!" Dr. Goblin tell them.

The Adventurers whispered about it, they did not understand why an ordinary woman like Anna was being targeted, and some even asked, did they have to give up Anna for all this madness to end?

Guild Leader, Silva was there for the Goblins. "Is this a direct order from your superiors or your own personal desires?"

Goblin answered directly. "Of course the orders from my superiors, "MASTER" are asking! I was ordered to kill him, but I think it would be best if I take him before the Master and kill him with my own hands!"

Silva was speechless to hear that, and frowned upon hearing the name "Master" who was the leader of the group********* their current enemy, NARAKU.

"Of course we won't give Anna, she's part of us. Plus... If you touch him, Shiki the Strongest Adventurer will chase you to the end of the Abyss." Silva threatened that to Dr. Goblin; shiki will chase after her if she dares to touch Anna.

"Khkehkeh!" Goblin chuckled at that; "Shiki... A name I haven't heard in a long time, huh!"

"But it's good!" The goblins are excited. "That's exactly what I want! I'll look forward to reuniting with him!"

While Dr. Goblin focused on Shiki, Silva nodded his head at Vira, who understood and replied with a nod.

"Kehkehkeh! I knew there would be a huge amount of magic attacks from above the sky, I just escaped to the evacuation after this and brought the woman named Anna...!"

Vira and Alicia created dozens of fireballs from above the sky of Guildtown. The fireball was so dense with fire, and once it rained down on all the snakes, they would all instantly be charred unnoticed.

Even so the damage received in the city would be great because the fire would definitely burn many parts of the city.

Well, as long as it managed to defeat all of these giant pythons, then it would be worth it. There will always be sacrifices for success, as they say.

""Rain Fireballs!""

All the fireballs were lowered from above, showering all the remaining pythons, including those defeated by Warren and Theo.

"Don't think you can hit..fuck it!" Dr. The goblin was shocked when he wanted to escape, he was struck by something clear and he knew who caused the thing that was blocking him.

Silva; "Creation Barrier." 

"Silva!" Shouted Dr. Goblins, but no fireballs rained on him; "Huh?"

And even CRATZ! Dr. The goblin's neck was cut off by Theo using High Sharpening and then his body glowed and was about to explode;

"Damn, Theo! Watch out!" Shouted Silva, and then DHUAR!

A sizable explosion was seen from the city near the office of the Adventurers Guild. "!!?" Vira and Alicia looked on in shock, not believing the huge explosion earlier. They were sure not from the fireballs they rained on, but from the person Chairman Silva faced earlier.

"The Guild Chief was hit by an explosion! It's so bad!" Alicia panicked.

"Yes, even though the chairman has very useful magic, he is a person who sometimes likes to worry." Vira answered, and he looked calm. "I'll go to the chairman's place, I leave the front line to you."

Vira smiled tell me that, and Alicia nodded in understanding. "okay."

In the place of the two of them, Kira saw Mira, the blue-haired dongker woman preparing to use her ace card. Mira had fallen earlier, but she had prepared her flagship card as the ultimate attack to attack Guildtown.

"Mira! You idiot!" Kira is worried, she knows what consequences it will have on Mira after this.

"Idiota..." Kira is upset to hear that, Mira is really ready to die for Duke Robert Stardust.

"Ankoku Mirror." Mira used her magic again, and made her whole body hit by excruciating pain.

"GOH! THE GAGH! AGH!" But Mira kept holding him back and tried her hardest; "Thunder Warg! Lava Golems! The minotaurus!"

The monster mentioned by Mira came out from the mirror in the middle of which released purplish energy; first, the wolf Monster shrouded in lightning; "Thunder Warg" from the fourth strata Abyss.

One Golem was shrouded in hot incandescent lava that melted whatever he was passing through; the "Lava Golem" of the fourth strata Abyss.

"DOLLY!!!" the voice of the Monster's cry sounded as soon as a bull's head and its human-like body were muscular with a tail coming out. Carrying an axe and ferocious-faced intimidating; "Minotaurus" from the fifth strata Abyss.

The three dangerous Monsters coming out, will destroy Guildtown, that was their goal that Mira planted on them.

Kira catches Mira who falls and sees Mira who blushes at her even though her body is filled with pain all over her body.

"My body.." said Mira.

"I know, it's not the first time we've done this." Kira is upset to say that, and holds both of Mira's shoulders;

"I'm not gonna let you suffer. As long as I'm alive, you can't die, sister."
