After mom called, I immediately put Alzam to bed next to me.
Because I was lazy to talk to yoga mas so I chose to be quiet.
He always wanted to talk to me, but I just kept quiet, because I mean I just wanted to calm down.
If I calmed down later, I would talk about this again.
While enjoying this trip, I took the headset in my pocket and opened YouTube.
I chose one of these heart touching study channels.
The title is:
"Study and Hadith are good households without infidelity"
Studies and hadith are very important in shaping behavior and values in married life. In Islam, the husband and wife relationship should be based on faith, mutual respect, mutual love, and mutual concern.
To keep the household from infidelity, there are several things that can be done:

Applying Islamic values in everyday life, such as maintaining morals, doing good to others, respecting the rights of husband and wife, and maintaining trust.
Avoiding environments that can trigger infidelity, such as avoiding promiscuity, communicating with the opposite sex openly, or being in situations that can cause temptation.
Understand and apply hadiths related to married life, such as hadiths about the importance of loving and caring for each other, or hadiths about maintaining trust in relationships.
By doing the things above, it is expected to form a good and healthy married life without infidelity, and can improve the overall faith and quality of family life.
In addition, there are several other things that can be done to maintain the integrity of the household from infidelity, including:

By doing these things, it is expected that the husband and wife can build a good and healthy married life without infidelity, and get blessings and blessings from Allah SWT.
Hadith and its proposition:
There are several hadiths and propositions related to the integrity of the household and keep it from infidelity, including:
Hadith from the Prophet Muhammad narrated by Abu Hurairah ra., "Verily Allah pays attention to the household which is endowed by him, then his husband gives rewards to the wife and wife gives rewards to the husband." (CHR. Ahmed)
This Hadith teaches that Allah SWT pays attention and rewards to husbands and wives who love, respect, and reward their respective spouses.
Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad narrated by Anas bin Malik ra., "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, then do not interfere with the woman's law and do not interfere with her. And do not approach each other except in a lawful state." (CHR. Bukhari and Muslim)
This Hadith teaches about the importance of maintaining boundaries in the relationship between husband and wife, namely maintaining the aurat and not doing relationships outside marriage.
Surah Ar-Rum verse 21 means, "And among the signs of His power is that He created for you wives of your own kind, that you may feel peace and tranquility, and made among you love and mercy. Verily in this are signs for those who think." (QS. Al-Rum: 21)
This verse explains that Allah SWT created a husband and wife in order to complement each other and feel calm in the relationship of husband and wife, and there is a sense of affection and mercy between the two.
From the above hadith and postulate, it can be concluded that the integrity of the household and guarding from infidelity is a very important part of Islamic teachings. Husbands and wives should love, respect, and care for their partners, as well as maintain boundaries in the relationship to stay in accordance with the teachings of Islam.
Infidelity or adultery in Islam is considered a very bad deed and strongly condemned. The dalils and hadiths that describe the bad of infidelity include:
Allah SWT said in the Quran, Surat Al-Isra verse 32, "And do not approach adultery; indeed it is a heinous deed and a bad path."
In Bukhari and Muslim narrations, the Prophet said, "Do not have a man alone with a woman unless he is her mahram. The only thing that can unite the two in one place is marriage."
In the same hadith, the Prophet said, "Whoever commits adultery, he will not commit adultery except with a piece of fire which he will burn on the Day of Resurrection."
In another hadith, the Prophet said, "There is no greater sin after infidelity than adultery."
Infidelity is also considered a violation of the rights of a husband or wife known as "ghulul". In the hadith narrated by Abu Dawud, the Prophet said, "Whoever steals from his wife, Allah will place contempt on her in the world and in the Hereafter."
From the above postulates and hadiths, it is clear how bad infidelity in Islam is. Infidelity is not only a violation of the law of Allah SWT, but also a violation of the rights of husband or wife. Therefore, every Muslim is required to maintain self-respect and avoid acts prohibited by religion.
Because I think this study calms my heart and mind.
And I immediately shed those unbearable tears
I can hold it at that time.
