Knight Of Pensylon: Rise Of The Cavalier

Knight Of Pensylon: Rise Of The Cavalier
Prologues

A long time ago, before Skurendal was created, before real time and space existed, before anything happened...

There is one person who has tremendous power, the power to create everything. That figure was Nuldrac, the Divine Dragon.

Nuldrac used ten days to create Skurendal along with its contents.

On the first day, he created a bright sun and sky to shine on the world.

On the second day, he created the land.

On the third day, he covered it with wind and air.

On the fourth day, he covered the ground with ice.

On the fifth day, a thunderstorm descended upon the icy land.

On the sixth day, embers emerge from the thunderstorm to melt the ice.

On the seventh day, the ice covering the entire landmass had melted and submerged part of the land with the ocean.

On the eighth day, he gave fertility to the soil to support natural life.

On the ninth day, he created a living creature in the form of humans, animals, and plants that will take advantage of the Skurendral realm.

On the tenth day, he created the moon and the night sky to make his creatures rest.

Realizing that he would not be able to keep an eye on the entire Skurendal himself, Nuldrac divided his powers into the Nine Dragons he was about to create.

First Suldruli, Sang Halo Dragon.

Then Mundique, the Earth Dragon.

Tormundr, The Sky Dragon.

Then Rizzolith, the Frost Dragon.

In the middle was Dusstron, the Storm Dragon.

Don't forget there's Odephin, the Inferno Dragon.

Go to Atlanes, the Ocean Dragon.

Eighth there is Calldres, the Forest Dragon.

Last Pensylon, The Shadow Dragon.

The Ninth Dragon watches and keeps the peace of all living things in Skurendal.

Until all living beings in Skurendal worship and believe the Ninth Dragon.

However, the Ninth Dragon was not perfect at all. Each of them has a bad side...

Suldruli wants to make herself number one.

Mundique is not good at suppressing emotions.

Tormundr is very high-minded.

Rizzolith cares too much about the people closest to him.

Dusstron is too curious about everything, including hidden secrets.

Odephin's a very love of destruction.

Atlanes puts himself ahead of other beings.

Only Calldres and Pensylon remain unknown on the downside. Because of that similarity, the two Dragons felt each other fall in love with each other.

But one day, Suldruli uses the couple's passivity to show the rest of Skurendal that he is number one.

He seized the power of Calldres and took his life. Take advantage of the vices of Calldres himself. Which turned out to be his strength which was very very weak compared to the other dragons.

After killing Calldres. Suldruli proudly admits that it was she who killed Calldres.

At the same time mocked other dragons who are "not as brave" himself in making himself number one.

The death of Calldres whom he loved and the tearing of Suldruli grew the vices of Pensylon.

Vindictive.

As a result of his bad nature, Pensylon attacked and almost destroyed all the creatures of Suldruli's followers.

The destruction provoked Suldruli's anger, so he did the same to all of Pensylon's followers.

Pensylon's Vindictive Nature further adds to the tension of the Dragon's relationship. Until suddenly...

Rizzolith, who no longer wanted to have an air of his own life, and Atlanes, who wanted to save himself, was forced to engage in hostilities.

It didn't take long for all the remaining Eighth Dragons to get involved, and in the end...

The Dragon War erupted.

The Eight Dragons are divided into two camps, the Suldruli Fort and the Pensylon Fort. But at the end of the war, both camps were equally destroyed in the end.

There was no winner at all in the Dragon War. In fact, the War made the whole of Skurendal very damaged and chaotic.

The end of that war was death for the Eighth Dragon. Nuldrac, the Divine Dragon was forced to make a decision.

The remaining of the Ninth Dragon that was killed would be divided into three forms.

Dragon Soul, Dragon Raga, and Dragon Power.

The souls of the Ninth Dragon will keep an eye on Skurendal forever and will not be able to kill each other because their spirits have been separated from their powers.

Where did the power of the Ninth Dragon go?

"Damn it! Why should the page tear up at the most stressful time, anyway?!"

That's all I can find from my grandfather's book. Most of the pages have been lost, not imagined what else can be told if the page is still intact, right?

BRACKET!

My dad kicked the table, right in this book I'm reading.

"This book is nothing but trash, Christopher" he said, seizing the grandfather's book from the delicate grasp of my hand.

A moment after the book was in his mastery, what he next did was to throw the book into the burning furnace right beside him.

As a result, the sheets of science written by the grandfather in the book must be satisfied that their form was turned into ash. What a wasted science...

"Yeahh!! Why did you burn that book?!" kuhku.

To be honest, even though I was a bit lazy to read books, but I did not even hesitate to read grandfather's books as much as possible.

So no wonder I was angry when the book was burned, right?

"Christopher, your grandfather has gone mad. Do you want to follow in his footsteps to go crazy?" dad said.

I remained silent as I watched him devour the carrot my mother and brother Chris had just harvested this afternoon while narrowing his gaze.

"But... I'm just curious about the outside world, Dad. I mean let's not get Pensylon out, Wheatville out we never have!" my dispute.

Krauk!

Dad chewed the carrot tight, as if forcing me to shut my fussy mouth.

"Forget your curiosity, Christopher. Remember what happened to Dus-Forget it.

The point is, curiosity can kill you. Plus, if we're going to get out of Pensylon without permission, Lord Kris will put our heads on the wall of his room. Got it?

Well, instead of you bothering to think about that thing you call the 'outer world', it would be better if you finished your meal and went to sleep afterwards." she said.

I'm upset, upset about what Dad did to my book. However, the best option for now was to listen to his words.

Because I want to be seen after all, my father was right. Getting out of Pensylon without permission is against the law.

So what I'm going to do next is finish my potato soup, drink it, and then rush to rest my body in the haystack that was given the white cloth my mother called, the mattress.

After I drank, I immediately walked towards a door that was almost broken. Yep, that's my room or rather my room and my sisters.

I have three sisters out of four. Which means I'm the oldest. But I think it would be better if I introduce them tomorrow...

Not only that, I'd love to explain the contents of this room, but... Hoeahmmm... I'm sleepy, tomorrow only.

Without a care, I walked towards the haystack and immediately dropped myself there.

"Ah, so tender.." I thought.

Shortly after I dropped my body, I closed my eyes, breathing slowly. Before I actually fell asleep, I only thought of one thing...

"Is Grandpa right, or has he gone mad?" my daydreams are in the dark.
