Chapter 5: Call!!

"Don't you care what you're here for?? Don't you want to help me...!!"

Ragna replied in a flat tone, "Well, I changed my mind!! I'll help you but I'm not sure if we're both capable of conquering the Phoenix Fire Bird..."

Erinka who was still upset refused, "I don't need your help..."

"Hey, comeon!!"

"I still refuse even if you whine at me!! It's my business..."

"Cih, don't be stubborn like that dong!!" Said Ragna who observed with fellow conditions Erinka who suffered serious injuries to the right arm.

"Just go, jungle man suck!! You who have refused the woman's request don't deserve another chance!!"

"Who created such a concept? Get rid of your ego and pray that the deadlock is on our side so that we can subvert the Phoenix..."

"Because even though we work together, victory is not necessarily on our side." said Ragna with sharp eyes full of seriousness.

Erinka was silent for a moment and slowly stood up straight.

The two stood side by side staring at the slowly rising Phoenix Fire Bird, "Kwwaak...!!" The creature let out an ear-splitting voice, angry at the peace disturbed by Erinka and Ragna.

"Beware...!!!" Shouted Ragna who saw the Phoenix Fire Bird darting towards them.

"I already know!!" Shouted Erinka and the two split to the right and left sides to confuse the Phoenix.

Ragna shouted out loudly, "You just hide..."

"Huh?? Whatchu mean?? Of course I don't want to!!" Shouted Erinka who was far away.

"Curtain, you don't understand!! Hide and wait for the opportunity to come let me open the door for you...!!!" Clearly Ragna was shouting.

Erinka initially disagrees with Ragna's plan but the one who is injured has no choice but to entrust the Phoenix's conquest to the man she just met.

The haughty noble girl hid behind a rock while Ragna lured the Phoenix Fire Bird, "From the quail, damn it...!!!" He shouted by throwing a stone.

Although he did not understand Ragna's words but the Phoenix as if he considered it a threat, he also with a flick of wings shot and attacked with sharp scratches.

The Phoenix's attack was swift and brutal but the agile Ragna was able to dodge by jumping to the right side.

"I who live in the middle of the forest have a sharp instinct because it is often faced with wild animals..."

"So avoiding an attack like this is not a big deal for me!! And the fight in the cave made the movement of the Phoenix less, I greatly benefited.." muttered Ragna in a continuous heart dodging with his agile movements.

Erinka who was hiding behind a stone and observing started chanting sealing magic spells, "The sealing spell is quite complicated and takes a lot of time so while waiting for the opportunity to arrive I will start chanting sealing spells..."

The two work together to conquer the Phoenix, Ragna as bait and Erinka as the final executor who has the task of sealing.

The continuously evading Ragna began to fatigue but the Phoenix Fire Bird had not shown any signs of stopping its attack, "Damn...!!"

"If it continues like this then I will die.." thought Rikie who ventured to run towards the Phoenix and thoughtlessly hit him, "Jbbuuuak...!!!"

The Phoenix Fire Bird was thrown and its body pierced through the sharp cave stone but with the regeneration ability it began to recuperate.

"The regeneration is amazing." muttered Ragna who ran over and then launched a follow-up attack by kicking the neck, "Jbbuuak...!!"

The Phoenix was lying on the ground, Ragna shouted out loudly, "Now is the time...!!"

"I understand!!" Shouted Erinka who ran from behind, floating put his fire-clad right palm on the Phoenix's head and quickly a seal spread on the creature's body.

"AMGOTTOM..." With a flick of his wings, the Phoenix thrashed and knocked Erinka down, intending to escape.

Ragna increased the energy and darkness emerged from her two legs, "I won't let you go!!!" Dark arms emerged from the ground and bound the Phoenix.

Erinka immediately got up, "Thank you, I won't waste a chance." she jumped up and placed her right palm on the Phoenix's head again.

"HIYAA...!!" Erinka's right arm let out a blaze and also a seal appeared, "You will be mine...!!!"

"We made it!!" Ragna said happily.

"Huh. huh.... huh..." Erinka began to catch her breath after sealing the Phoenix's body, she seemed exhausted but her efforts were not over as the Phoenix was still trying to fight back.

"DHUUAARR...!!" A blast of blue flames was created around Erinka and on her back appeared blue flame wings, "Ugh...!!"

"ARRGH...!!!" Sweat drenched his face and Erinka grimaced in pain while holding her shoulder, she looked in pain.

Ragna approached him, "Damn it's not over!! The fire bird was still willing to fight...!!"

"I don't think there's any other choice..." Ragna placed both of her palms on Erinka's back and began to transfer her energy on the noble girl's body.

"What are you doing?" Asked Erinka who was in pain by looking back.

Ragna who was focused on answering solemnly, "I tried to stabilize the power of the Phoenix within your body with my strength..."

Erinka fell silent and felt tremendous pain but slowly the Phoenix's blue fire energy slowly became tame and stable, "Hah.

"We made it..."

"Hehehe..." Erinka looked back with a big smile, "Thank you for helping me conquer the Phoenix..."

"Bruukk." the noble girl fell to the ground unconscious because she was exhausted and out of energy.

"Basic!! The haughty noble girl!! This is the first time I've seen a genuine smile from her." said Ragna, who was surprised to hear a word of thanks from Erinka before she fainted.

Erinka was knocked unconscious for the second time after fighting the Phoenix but her second fight was a great relief because she was helped by Ragna and managed to conquer the Phoenix Fire Bird.

After fainting for two days the noble girl slowly opened her eyes, "Where am I??" He who was lying there tried to remember and finally understood, "Owh, so I was saved again by him, huh?"

Erinka recalled her fight 2 days ago against the Phoenix and ended up fainting.

He who had been relieved to close his eyes again but Erinka felt something strange because he felt a gust of wind that hit his skin too cold, "What a truth...!!! Why am I naked again...!!" His voice spontaneously knew that he was only sleeping wrapped in white cloth.

Ragna who was cooking in the kitchen became surprised and ran to Erinka, "Hey, you just woke up and immediately shouted unclear what is the matter?"

"Why am I naked again?"

"Well, it's because you're sweating and because you don't want to bother wiping your sweat then I take off your clothes..."

"But take it easy!! I washed your clothes and dried them..."

"You depraved man...!!" Erinka becomes upset and immediately kicks Ragna in the face

Erinka regained her senses and after a bit of a fight the two finally sat down to enjoy the food.

Although the noble girl but Erinka ate greedily, "I will not thank you even if you give me food, you lecherous man so deserve to be beaten." said Erinka who is still upset, "But this food is not good..."

The stout Ragna muttered softly, "Cih...!! Though eating is greedy and a lot of it but his attitude is still arrogant..."

Erinka who was busy eating said, "Hmm. You have good fighting skills and will be in vain if you stay in the forest..."

"What do you mean?"

"Yes, come with me to the city!!" Said Erinka who was busy eating, "I seriously want to invite you...!!"

"Hmm.. let me think about it.." answered Ragna casually.
