The demon society works in a very hierarchical relationship, according to the theory that
it was first proposed by Lord Gadora, the great sorcerer of the Eastern Empire.
This hierarchy was very strict in nature, applied equally to the Primal Demons and
higher level members of every kind of demon. The lower one
referring to the higher without respect was as unthinkable as
world end.
“But maybe White will be more famous in the East, where did you grow up? I
observed it using Lord’s Ambition there a few days ago.”.
The statement removed the fog from the leader's mind. He remembered
the events of a few years ago, just before Blanc, the Original White
terrifying, formed in this world. They called the event Bloody
Shore, and if it turns out the path is wrong, it will mark the birth of Guy Crimson
second, it upsets the balance of the demon lords and destroys the planet
with chaos. The Empire used its power to bury
the events of the day, ensure the public does not know about them.
The leader turned pale. Now he knows. The devil casually called out
they are the Red and the White must be at least as strong as the Bloody
Shores.
That, that, that's not.. maybe...! Just there... There is no way for us to win! That
silly to. How did all this happen ?!
The leader shouted internally.
jerks. Demon hunters are professionals, not thrill seekers. They don't
risk losing a job unless the money is appropriate. If it concerns
protecting their own family, that was one thing, but no one wanted to
dying in a foreign country like this. But now after that leader
understanding how desperate he was, he abandoned all his resistance by
futilely.
“Please, save me!” He let go of all the shame and respect, pleading
Diablo. “At least, take my life... Help me, please.!”
Diablo appreciated it by displaying a gentle smile. “Oh, what's wrong? You
passed my exams. Why don't we have fun? Don't you want to know
am I bluffing or not? You should see it for yourself.”
The leader was desperate. There is no doubt about Diablo. He is fully aware
now that this was the highest danger to him and the whole world.
Bluffing? Don't silly.
“Please, forgive me! I just came here to make money. I swear it
I will never challenge you again! I would never do anything
to disturb you. If you order myself to slit the king's throat
while he is still unconscious, I will do it for you now!
Please! Anything for My Life!”
The request took a sad tone. Turns out it was worth it.
“Hmm. In this case, you can go. Go to the journalists' barrier, and
bring everyone scattered here with you. ”
The leader immediately obeyed. Without hesitation, he shook his fellow hunters,
get up, order them to take the fallen knight for him. Sang
king, he personally shrugged past his shoulder before fleeing to the
obstructions. No journalist rebuked him. They're too busy watching
this strange turn of events, holding his breath in anticipation.
The area in front of the tent was much cleaner now, as Saare flashed a smile
challenge on Diablo. “Hmm... Impressive. I find it hard to believe that you
just a disaster-level Arch Demon.”
“Oh? You didn't escape from me?”
“Kabur? What a funny comment. I'm Saare. I directly serve the Holy Emperor
Lubelius as part of his Imperial Guards, a member of the Three Battlesages
and the Ten Great Saints who stood against your demon lord. But who
you?”
"As I stated before, I am called Diablo. That's my name, that's my name,
as given to me by the great and powerful lord Rimuru. ”
“...So you still won't reveal yourself?”
Saare tries to keep himself friendly and calm, even when humiliating
it made him reach his boiling point inside. All Diablo talks
about those who failed to 'overcome' his terror was a direct insult
to him — but he still thinks rationally. He is not the kind of person who allows
useless anger clouded his self-control, but in his mind, Diablo
acting too insulting to him.
Those demon hunters from the East were a joke, boasting about how much
they are professional but forced to beg for their lives at the end of the story. Saare
let them continue to act, as Glenda suggested
using them as sacrificial pawns, but this performance was far below
his hopes.
Internally, he sneered at the demon in front of him. I shouldn't have expected
more than citizens. We are tasked with guarding the Holy Emperor and the god Luminus
by oneself. We are much better prepared to fight than before!
Even so, he remained vigilant than usual. Grigori wants to fight too, though,
he recalled, but it seemed like the prey chose me instead. In this case...
Diablo was an unknown name, not mentioned in the ancient text that he was
be familiar. It meant that this was not a great demon, no one was threatening him. The Red, Si
White — all pretensions of it. What to fear? If this was the Primal Demon
which is still unnamed, all bets are off, but...
He could tell that his opponent was not an ordinary Arch Demon, but to Saare,
this doesn't seem too much to worry about. It's a kind of trust that's just
owned by a really stupid person. He knew very little about the devil.
In his eyes, if this one would not reveal his true nature, he just needed to
tear the disguise by force. Saare, however, has a powerful
enough to fight the demon lord alone. Valentine may have run away
at the end of their battle, but he was very far from killing her. Arch Demon
it is not a cause for danger at all.
That explains why Diablo's attitude makes Saare very upset.
diablo's subsequent statement made Battlesage doubt his ears.
“...Reveal myself? Ah yeah. I have little interest in strength, I forget
enumerate it. Indeed, as you said, I am not the Arch Demon.
Actually, I have completed my evolution to Demon Peer. Somewhat similar, though,
I thought you'd see it,” Add it casually, “but try to
considering the difference.”
As much as it doesn't matter to Diablo — isn't as much as its name. That's a problem
trivial to him, but a big crisis for Saare.
He can't believe it. He doesn't want to believe it. What is done
The demon in front of him just said? A Demon Peer? It was pure legend, though,
unofficially classified as a disaster-level threat, and its power is far away
beyond anything in the demon family. Even higher level spirits cannot
hoping to catch the scent of such power. It takes some
elemental Lord class beings to deal with it.
Only a few thick books have examples that plague this world, but
it proves that they do exist. Just look at the strongest demon lord
ever walked the earth... Oh.
Now it makes sense for Saare. The devil who has lived for thousands of years and
being the presence of a demon god class, as Diablo mentioned, could evolve
becoming a Demon Peer through some sort of trigger. Of course evolution will
increasing his strength to such a dizzying level. Counts
the Red Magicule had ballooned several times that of an ordinary Arch Demon,
and he also has extra experience over the years. Really, there is no
limits to his power.
The demon hunter leader, vigilantly observing this event, had fallen
fainted when he heard the words Demon Peer. He was defeated — not by
fear, but with relief. If he really fought against that demon...
That's too much to consider. But with the joy that he
feel, avoid that fate, completely render him unconscious.
No one can blame the man. Even Saare is taken by the desire to
run away. For the most frightening part? Some fool outside
sana was crazy enough to give the name of a rare Arch Demon.
What on behalf of Luminus might Rimuru think?!
Saare could feel cold sweat coming out from every pore in his body. His instincts
ringing the alarm bells, a relaxed attitude just a moment ago now
hardly any memories passed. He knows how impossible this is.
If Diablo gave his name without such hesitation, it meant that it did exist
someone out there gave it to him. Creatures named no
tertuan will never be so eager to share his name, because
it would make him fall under the control of others. It proves that
demon lord Rimuru was really behind this.
But could it be that Rimuru, the newly crowned demon lord, was even
have the energy needed to name the Demon Arch?
There was no point pondering over the question, but Saare could not not
wondered. His mind was only trying to escape reality
this point.
Then he felt something move beside him.
“For what do you refuse, Saare?! Let us together defeat the devil
look that sexy!”
Glenda almost yelled at him.
“No! Glenda, wait!”
Saare was too late to stop him. Like the wind, he stepped forward,
sneak into Diablo without a sound and thrust a black-bladed knife at him.
It instantly fell into the unguarded heart of Diablo.
“Ha! No threat at all!!”
Glenda laughs. He could say that hit home. But unfortunately, Diablo did not
I had the intention to avoid it from the beginning.
“Heh-heh-heh-heh-heh... Those are some physical abilities that are worth respecting.
Unfortunately,” he said flatly, “ physical attacks do not work on me.”
