The letter explains that his own mother planned his father's accident which led to his death. That's because Septi's father instigated it.

A fact that makes Ryzel angry, but the next sentence makes Ryzel calm again because the police already know about it because his mother has provided evidence and a letter to the police for the mistake he made.

The information contained in the letter contains regrets and disclosures of cases that have occurred.

"Sir, I want this criminal case to continue until they both get a proper sentence in the eyes of justice" Ryzel told police waiting for him to finish reading.

The death of his mother made Ryzel very hard, he just stayed home and locked himself in the room without wanting to travel again for more than 2 weeks.
