Arya was lectured a lot by Herman. Without them knowing Sarah heard all the chatter. Sarah immediately ran to see Alfan to make sure the situation of the firstborn. Alfan's bedroom door opened as it was being cleaned and tidied up by some servants. Alfan finished his bath and waited in front of the room that was being cleaned. His feet were covered with bandages. Seeing the chaotic condition of the child made Sarah fall unconscious. Plus he already knew everything that his two sons had experienced.

"Madam" bi Nah immediately shouted to Sarah. Alfan was drunk and went straight to Sarah. Dinka and Melvin who were making out in the room heard the cry of bi Nah.

"Did you faint again vin" Dinka immediately opened the room door. Melvin glared at Sarah who had fallen unconscious. "Mother" called Melvin as she ran over to Sarah. Hearing the noise on the upper floor made Arya and Herman out of the study. Melvin takes Sarah from Alfan's hands.

"Mother wakes up" Melvin holds her mother and takes her into the room. His tears have washed down his cheeks. "What's wrong with mom?" ask Arya. Sontak Melvin immediately pushed his father's body.

"It's all because of dad!" snapped Melvin. His eyes were red with anger. Alfan held Melvin's body. "Quiet vin quiet" Alfan held tightly onto Melvin's two hands. And tried to block Melvin from his father.

"Pak Mimin quickly called the doctor" Arya said in a loud voice. "You take Melvin out" Herman asked Alfan. Melvin was forced out of her parents' room by her brother. All the servants gathered downstairs worried about their employers. A few bodyguards also gathered.

"If anything happens, you have to take responsibility!" melvin shouted, who was very emotional. Dinka is terrified to see Melvin's reaction beyond limits. He remembered when he was tortured by Melvin. Exactly the same expression of Melvin's face as it is today. Especially her depressed state.

"Meet me later after Dinka calms down" advises Alfan. Melvin looked down while sitting leaning against the wall. The doctor who was called came and examined Sarah. "His condition really dropped he had to be taken to the hospital right now" the words of the doctor instantly were like lightning in the middle of a hole for Arya especially Melvin.

So that the unwanted things do not happen Alfan directly holds Melvin's body back. "So beware I want to go into the mother's room" said Melvin.

Melvin nodded and walked towards his room. Seeing the twins standing in front of the room door made Melvin misgivings. "Dinka won't be accompanied by you at all?" ask Melvin. "Sorry our master was told to wait in front of the room" replied Alini.

"All right, you can go" Melvin said. He knocked on his bedroom door. "Honey you open the door dong, I'm sorry" Melvin waited a few minutes but there was no answer from Dinka. "Dear you're okay, right?" ask Melvin again. He banged on the door of the room and broke into it. "Dinka" Melvin ran to see his wife fainted.

"Honey waking up" Melvin patted Dinka's face. The twins entered the room after hearing Melvin's voice.

"Alini quickly call Mirna's doctor" Melvin ordered. "Okay sir" replied Alini.

Melvin's keeping his wife at home. The others are at the hospital. Melvin feels guilty for his wife. Because he was filled with anger so did not remember the wife who was depressed. Moreover, Dinka saw it directly. "Dear I'm sorry, I shouldn't be mad in front of you" Melvin murmured. His eyes glazed over as he looked at his wife. His hands held tightly to Dinka's hands.

"This young lady I brought vitamins for you" Alini put a tray on the table in the room. Seeing no response from the employer Alini went out and closed the door.

Alfan looked at Melvin's room. "Is Dinka still unconscious?" ask Alfan. "Not yet sir" replied Alini. Alfan knocks on the door and asks Melvin for permission. "Can you get in vin?" ask Alfan.

Melvin approached his brother at the door. His hand rubbed the tears that had soaked his handsome face. "What about the mother?" ask Melvin. Alfan smiled to make Melvin calm down. "Mother must be immediately taken to Singapore tonight as well as the situation is critical, but you are calm aja strong mother really can get through this all" Alfan patted Melvin's shoulder.

"I'm also going to Singapore, you take care of your wife and Reta here" advises Alfan. He walked towards the room to get ready. For a moment Melvin looked at Dinka who was lying on the bed. He followed the roommate. "So I want to go to the hospital" Melvin said.

"You better take care of your wife first, she needs you vin more. For our mothers to pray" said Alfan. Melvin pulled the collar of the older brother's shirt and said "but I want to see mommy why you can't get me to see her".
