Chapters. 44. Accident Victim.
Everyone immediately ran to the car, while Yara rushed to take her sisters to a more comfortable place while checking if there were any injuries on their bodies.
"You guys are okay, right?"
Fahraz and Yumi nodded their heads compactly. "We're fine, Ma'am. Just a little scuff." Fahraz showed me the wound on his right elbow.
Yara heaved a sigh of relief when she saw that her two sisters were doing well, she then turned to look at the car that had been in an accident. It looks like there are already many people who are crowding in that place and trying to get the victim out.
"You wait here for a second, I'd like to see the state of the victim for a moment."
Yumi immediately shook her head. "Don't Ma'am, Yumi's scared."
Yara smiled as she rubbed Yumi's hand that was slightly scratched to the ground. "We can't be afraid, honey. You're a doctor, and it's a doctor's job to save someone's life."
Yumi was silent when she heard her brother's words, while Fahraz nodded his head and helped Yara to reassure him.
After getting approval from Yumi, Yara immediately ran towards the crowd of citizens. It appears they have not managed to remove the victim who was pinned under the steering wheel of the car.
"Sorry, pardon. I'm a doctor, let me pass by to help the victim."
Yara shouted out loudly for the people who crowded the place to give way. It was seen that a man immediately told the citizens to disperse and let him approach the victim.
"Get the rest of you aside, let this doctor save the victim!"
A few others helped Yara to get closer, so she could check on the current state of the victim.
"Quick, we have to get him out of this car" Yara said, pressing the wound on the man's head so that his blood doesn't keep coming out.
Everyone tried hard to get it out, until finally the man was successfully removed.
Yara immediately checked the vital signs present on the male's body. Starting from the pulse, blood pressure, body temperature, as well as the respiratory tract.
"Master, Mister. Can you hear me?"
Yara patted the cheek of the man when she saw his movements. He then climbed onto the man's body when suddenly his breathing was interrupted.
The crowd grew more and more, making the police who had just reached the place rush to disperse them. Then some approached Yara and tried to figure out what was going on.
"Sorry, who are you?" ask one of the police.
"I'm a doctor, sir. Let me help the victim."
The policeman nodded his head, and immediately arranged for the troops to secure the road because the ambulance had just arrived.
Yara continued to pump the man's chest back to beat, because she felt that his pulse was very weak.
"Can you hear me, Sir?"
Little by little the man began to open his eyes making Yara rush down from above his body.
"Master, can you hear me?"
Yara asked again to confirm the victim's consciousness, then the man nodded weakly making her feel relieved.
"I can hear you. So shut up and don't keep calling me,"
"Huh?"
Yara gasped at the man's words, and she grew even more surprised as the man turned to her with a sharp look.
The medics immediately took the man into an ambulance and rushed away from the place. Some residents who were still there immediately applauded Yara who had acted like a hero.
Yara just smiled to respond to what people were doing. The police also thanked him for helping the victim.
"How's he doing, Ma'am?" ask Fahraz. She was curious and eager to see, but it was impossible to leave Yumi alone.
"Thank God he's fine, Dek. May there be no deep wounds."
Fahraz immediately guaranteed the words of his brother. They then go to find a public bathroom, because Yara has to clean her body affected by blood.
A little while later, Yara and her two sisters had already returned home. Riani shrieked in shock when she saw Yara's appearance, she immediately panicked because the woman's clothes were exposed to a lot of blood.
"Calm, Ma. This is not my blood" said Yara, trying to calm her.
"Not your blood how? Obviously it's on your plate, make sure it's Yumi's blood."
Yara shook her head and immediately told her what had happened, as well as telling her who the owner of the blood was on her back.
"Ma!"
Yara jumped in shock as Riani's body immediately fell onto the sofa limply. Fortunately, his mother landed perfectly on the sofa, if not sure it would hurt.
"Mama's okay, right?" yara asked worriedly.
Riani rubbed her relieved chest. Just a moment ago he was extremely scared and shocked when he saw Yara.
"Mama's okay, honey. Mama was just so shocked when she saw you."
Yara immediately apologized and felt guilty for making her mother surprised. He rushed to the room to clean up before anyone else had a heart attack.
