Chapter 5

Nick is rushed to the hospital, and the engagement party is postponed a few hours later. Russell refuses to cancel and decides to postpone it after taking Nick to the hospital.

Nick was immediately put in the treatment room. Doctor handled.

Russell and Ruth are outside, waiting for word from the doctor.

"Surely he did," Ruth said furiously. Russell looked at his sister's face.

"Who do you mean?" russell looked very seriously.

The doctor came out and said Nick could be seen. The poison from his stomach had already been successfully removed.

Russell just looked at him without speaking.

"Wait until the show is over" Russell told Hans.

From behind the curtain, Nova listened to the conversation of the two of them.

"So they know if the drink is poisonous. Thank goodness I cleaned those fingerprints. I held it using a tissue. If not, I'll be stuck here. And Russell will accuse me of being the culprit" Nova whispered in her heart.

Suddenly, he accidentally dropped the Vase near him.
