My name is Audri Cordelia. Ordinary friends call me with Audri. I am the third of four children. I come from a simple family. I could eat in a month and my family was so grateful. I am currently sitting in High School Class XII or Class 3 High School. I really want to continue my education in college. But I was very confused as to where the tuition from. Because of course my parents, could not afford to pay for my college. Moreover, I also have a sister who just entered High School. So the production for school needs is still a lot. I from Elementary School to High School attended one of the private schools that are fairly middle. Call it I went to the Young Shoot School. The cost of SPP in Tunas Muda High School is about three hundred thousand rupiah per month. And not only that, my school graduates almost 60% continue their previous work just in college. The remaining 40% went on to college. I was thinking about continuing my work just before college.

But by the time I was in XI grade or 2nd High School that intention and thought was refuted by the biology teacher. In between teaching and learning he once said “you have to continue college. Don't continue college. You do not think about the cost issue first, because now there are scholarships for students/students who excel in both academic, sports and arts. If you can't afford the tuition fee, you'll get that scholarship provided you can enter the University.”

Those simple introductory words, which kept reminding me that I should stay in college. I was an academic student in school so I never stopped looking for information to get a scholarship. It's the stuff that brought me to my dreams.

Information from alumni of my school there is one of the famous, best and famous Universities in the city of residence that provides scholarships for academic achievement. At the University it has also given birth to many famous people such as artists, officials, children of officials or singers. That place was called the Eternal Light Collage. Alumni of my school said to get a scholarship at Cahaya Abadi College in the category of academic achievement of Indonesian, Math, and English language learning values must have an average of 85.00 in the last two years. As for sports achievements and arts, the value of Indonesian, Math, and English lessons must have an average of 75.00 in the last two years.

After that, you must also complete the scholarship application requirements document, the Cahaya Abadi Collage scholarship test, an interview of the prospective scholarship recipient, and an interview with the parents of the prospective scholarship recipient.

Then my school alumni also inform that the granting of scholarships in Cahaya Abadi College refers to the results of scholarship tests and interviews of students and parents. For students/students of class XII or grade 3 High School offers a special path to prepare students/students who want to enter the world of medical, business, art, and advanced studies in America. By taking this particular path option, students/students will be guided directly by experts in their field. That is the information conveyed by my senior brother who has graduated.

I also immediately searched for further information on google about the Eternal Light Collage discussed by my school alumni. According to the information I read the scholarship provided by Cahaya Abadi Collage includes the cost of SPP, the cost of BPP Principal, and the cost of SKS. The scholarship is awarded for the first 3 terms. To maintain the scholarship in the next term, the scholarship recipient must achieve a predetermined GPA and IP Semester.

After getting information from my school alumni and reading more from google about the scholarships in Cahaya Abadi Collage, I do not want to waste this opportunity to add value to the report. In this semester the value of reporting must be maximized, and hope to qualify for a scholarship in the Eternal Light Collage. Even though I have confidence because from the beginning of entering High School I always ranked 1st and 2nd in the IPA majors and several competitions that followed and always got the champion, he said, but it cannot guarantee to qualify for a scholarship in the Eternal Light College.

Ever since I got the information about the scholarship at the Eternal Light College, I spent more time studying in the school library and much more studying with my friends who took tutoring outside of school to prepare for the School Exam. Actually I also want to take tutoring outside of school along with other friends, but it must be very expensive and my family certainly does not have enough money for the cost.

Days change week, weeks change month. December has arrived. Our school holds the Mid-Semester Exam (UTS) Odd. I have to study hard to get good results. Preparations ahead of UTS I continued to do by practicing from the books in the school library and books I borrowed from my friends. I practice every time I go home from school and before I go to bed.

UTS time also arrived, between happy and deg-degan can follow the last UTS in SMA. As a result, I am always grateful for everything I get. I was 1st out of all IPA students.

This month I managed to paint the most beautiful smile on my parents. At that time, it coincided with the distribution of odd semester reports. All parents are invited to the school, before the report card division there is a briefing from the Principal, all parents are collected in one place, and at the end of the event is announced the best students/schools major. Thank goodness I got the title as the best student in class XII IPA. I really didn't expect this. It feels good to be called to go on stage and take a charter of appreciation with parents.

Today, I can give the best gift to my parents. And that's when I sensed that “Hard Work Won't Betray.”

After the distribution of odd semester reports, the Christmas and New Year holidays began. I helped my mom a lot because she didn't work. I don't think the holidays will be over. I'm going into an even semester and it means I'm only a few months away from graduating from High School.
