Episode 54: The Stalker

Lydia POV

I don't know the impulse from where I followed Akio out of the hotel, maybe because of curiosity that I can't contain, making my heart and mind out of sync.

My mind ruled to go back to the room and rest, but my heart said something else, just keep telling me to follow Akio out. Oh no. I have to focus on learning to prepare for the match, and tomorrow additional classes start early in the morning, like school hours, and I can't control myself. It's really something out of my control.

" Where is Lid going?", I heard Banu's voice, he was a participant from Bandung, his room was in front of my room, precisely next to Alma's room. I just knew him this afternoon.

Akio POV

Tired of being in a hotel room alone waiting for Alma not to get up from her nap, I chose to get some fresh air and get out of the hotel.

I sat on the shore, precisely on a pile of rocks that were used as embankments, while staring at the sunset on the western horizon.

As I was about to return to the room there was a girl who greeted me, she who met us in the lobby this afternoon, she introduced herself, her name was Lydia. The dinner started at 7, so I still have an hour and a half to be with Alma, of course I will not waste our precious time.

I held Alma's arm as she was about to enter the bathroom, and I hugged Alma's body from behind. Alma looked at me and looked at my face. With a pleading gaze I guided Alma to the bed, of course she complied, I am her husband, and it is her duty to serve me.

We walked out of the room together, heading to the restaurant on the second floor. I saw a young man coming out of the room next to Alma's, which was in front of Lydia's room. But at dinner with Lydia, the brave girl approached us, and sitting next to Alma, I predicted that we would meet again. And will meet more often in the future. Because all of us who had dinner together here were a team.

I moved to another chair because I was uncomfortable with Lydia's eyes, she kept staring at me and watching me.

There's an incoming call on my phone, and it's from Steven. I turned off the call, and I read the message Steven sent. He was already around the hotel. Steven still wants to go back to the planet of Mesier and ask us to meet for the last time. I also sent a message to Alma to get her back to the room first, because I had to meet Steven who was waiting for me outside.

I saw Alma saying goodbye to Lydia to return to her room. Shortly after, I finished dinner and left the hotel to meet Steven.
