Chapter 24 - Little Kenzo

The chat that day did not produce any results at all because it ended with Kenzo's braking. Rells and Davis are furious when they hear the man refuses to marry Ree.

At the moment Kenzo lay weakly helpless, he could not fight the two alone let alone in an emotional state. The son and father are like a man of fidelity.

"If you stay stubborn like this, I'd better listen to Daddy's suggestion." lamented Ree who was compressing Kenzo's wound at the time.

"Slow down!!" yelled Kenzo because Ree was deliberately pressing on his wound.

"Ck, come back to your country and our business is done!" Ree threw the wet towel in any direction. Without turning his head again he left Kenzo who was currently left to rest in the guest room.

Kenzo gasped in shock as the door closed so tightly, "I told you, I want a child but I don't want a marriage." he murmured.

Kenzo is selfish. He always demanded that everyone understand him without understanding anyone else. The handsome man grimaced, his entire body crumbling even to get up was very difficult, "Arrrghhh shit, did I just give up? And forget the boy's wish."

Again and again Kenzo returns selfish, he wants to leave after the mess he has made. While the man was busy thinking, his phone suddenly rang. He tried to reach into his pants pocket despite a little difficulty and Kafi's contact appeared on his phone screen.

"Yes, Dad?" saith.

"Where are you, why didn't you tell me? How's my son-in-law gonna be okay?"

"Good."

"Good, I'll catch up with you soon."

"What's Dad here for?"

"Of course to do the proposal."

"No need! I knew I would never get married!"

"Then what do you want now? You want to be a coward who dares to act but doesn't dare to take responsibility, do you?"

"I just want my offspring, Dad just shut up because I'm gonna be home soon and bring a grandchild for you." Kenzo wanted to end his call but Kafi yelled angrily across the street.

"It's enough Ken, don't act crazy like that!! Don't you have any shame, huh? I'm so sick of your behavior that always acts arbitrarily. And now? You've implicated someone else's child in your selfishness Ken! Be aware and stop being a woman hater. Not all women are like your mother Ken. You hate them but unknowingly you need them too, without the womb your desire to have a child would never have existed!!"

"I didn't expect it to turn out that the son I had always been proud of turned into a cowardly and jerkless man!!" Kafi disconnects the phone. Let Kenzo reflect on all his mistakes.

If only Jeje-Kenzo's biological mother hadn't left so many wounds for her son, maybe none of this would have happened. Kenzo won't grow to be this hard.

The flashback

"I've done my job, now let me go" said Jeje, who gave birth to Kenzo just one day ago.

Kafi could only look at her beloved woman with nanar, she condemned her folly of agreeing to Jeje's request to separate after giving birth to her child.

"I beg you to give me one more chance." Kafi asked.

"Cih, you think everything's gonna be easy? No Kafi! I'm tired of this sad drama. You take care of that kid and another one.." Jeje paused his speech then whispered right in front of Kafi's ear, "Happy miserable!"

Kafi did not expect, the woman he loved so much would just give up just like that just because of economic problems. The woman he had adored left him when the condition deteriorated like this.

Five months ago in a pregnant state of Jeje, Kafi became one of the mass firings that took place in her office. Their lives that were originally fine became ruined in an instant. His wife always complained and complained. On the other hand Kafi also did not give up she started looking for job vacancies but it was very difficult. Caffeine is rejected in some companies for a variety of reasons.

Not wanting his wife to act rashly Kafi finally agreed to Jeje's request but on the condition that she should give birth to their child safely.

And the day came when a baby Walter was born, a very handsome baby boy. But dear thousand dear baby boy never get affection from his mother.

Kenzo grew up under his father's care, until he was 7 years old and became a smart and obedient child. Kenzo asks every day, where is Mom? And Kafi could only answer that Kenzo's mother was at work but in a distant place.

And surprisingly again Kenzo was not allowed to know the face of his own mother. Until one when Kenzo accidentally found the wedding photos of his father who was then neatly stored in the warehouse. Kenzo believes the woman in the photo is the mother. Since then little Kenzo always remembers Jeje's face.

And it turns out that destiny is on her side. When Kenzo started going to school, one of his new friends came with his mother. He's a boy just like Kenzo but the boy's style looks very classy unlike his.

Kenzo was flabbergasted as his two little eyes stared at the mother he had longed for. But strangely the man came with his new friend earlier. Kenzo screamed with excitement and ran over. His little hands were coiled around the woman's slender waist.

"Mother.." called her happy even to tears, "Finally Mom came home. Kenzo misses mom very much."

A second later Kenzo felt his body being flung away by such a violent impulse and how shocked Kenzo was to see the unsettling gaze of someone he thought was his mother.

"Based on brat, what do you mean call me mother huh? I'm not your mother. You don't know yourself!!" hardik that woman who is none other than Jeje, her birth mother.

With Kenzo trembling back to his feet, "Kenzo is not wrong, Mother is Kenzo's mother. Ah well maybe you don't recognize my face, I'm Kenzo the son of Kafi's father, she's Mom's husband." said Kenzo, who knows nothing.

Jeje's face turned pale, how could this child recognize him? This must be because Kafi broke the agreement.

"Sean, wait for Mommy here, son. Mommy's gonna take care of your new friend here, she's rude to Mommy." Jeje gave a little understanding to his stepson, Kenzo's new friend.

"OKe Mommy. Just punish him!" said the boy named Sean.

Kenzo is pulled roughly toward the quiet part of the school, where Jeje again slams Kenzo's small body until the boy is sick because there is a pointed stone on his knee.

"You're Kafi's son?" ask Jeje without further ado.

"I-yes Mother, I'm mother's son." Kenzo replied withstanding the pain.

"Who said I'm your mother huh?"

"I saw Mom's wedding photo with Dad. Dad said that Mom was going to work. And now I'm home, right?"

"Your father lied! The truth is that I left you just one day after giving birth to you. I left you because your father was poor!! And to me you're nothing more than a son of a bitch!!" jeje said with emotion.

"You know that kid named Sean? He is my proud son! Even though she wasn't born from my womb but because the child had my life assured, I loved Sean very much. But I also hate you so much!"

Kenzo cried a hiccup, his little brain forced to digest the harsh speech that came out of his own mother's mouth.

"So stop calling me Mother, because your mother is dead! You poor kid, I don't want to have a kid like you!" ceaselessly Jeje rebuked his own flesh and blood.

Since then Kenzo has become a vengeful, vengeful man against his own birth mother. Kenzo's views on women are the same, just like his mother! He was sure that everything would be easy with just a pile of paper called money. Therefore Kenzo always studied hard to prove that he was not a poor child pesky carrier.

With all the struggles and support of his father, Kenzo found success. Kenzo is one of the billionaires in London. With its income is the largest Orange plantation in Florida. Although his wealth was not on par with the Scouth family he was currently facing. At least Kenzo has managed to refute all the insults that came out of his mother's mouth.
