Varel immediately entered the main house while running to and fro to find his wife.
“Sayanggg” shouted Varel loudly.
In a hurry Varel ran towards the top floor because he thought his wife was in the main room. However, when he had just arrived it turned out that his wife was nowhere to be so worried.
“Sayanggg”. Again, Varel's screams filled the house that made Mr. San immediately approach him.
“There can I help you with, Young Master?” ask Mr. San politely.
Varel sighed before speaking as he was a little tired of running earlier. “Where is my wife, sir?”
“Young Mona is in the backyard with Tiny Mr. Al and Tiny Mr. El” said Mr. San told Varel to immediately run back to the backyard where his wife was.

Varel looked at Vania who was enjoying the scenery while occasionally watching her two children who were asleep on the train making Varel smile while hugging Vania from behind made the wife surprised.
“Hey, take a shower” said Vania annoyed because she knew Varel must have not even changed clothes.
Varel approached his wife and crouched down in front of her sitting in the back yard.
“What's up? Why are you upset?” varel asked quietly which made Vania sigh heavily.
“You just got home from work, Rail. You haven't even changed into a”
Of course that surprised Varel. “Hey, Darling.”
“And didn't you say you were coming home for dinner?”
“No, I came home quickly because you didn't reply to my message. Honey, come on, what's wrong with you?” rengek Varel hugged his wife tightly.
“Mandilah” said Vania let go of her embrace.
Varel could only obey his wife with a heavy sigh.

Until night falls, Vania is still reluctant to talk to her husband making Varel really do not know what else to do because his wife is really creepy when angry.

“Is your sister-in-law jealous?” lucky asked casually which made Vania instantly shake her head.
“For what jealousy with a stupid husband like Brother Varel? Cih, Sister Vania is indeed very sorry to have to end up with an emotional man like.”

Days change and do not feel right now exactly one month of the age of baby twins. Vania remembers the gift she gave her husband and she immediately checks the match date which turns out to be ten days away. He and Varel have not discussed their departure abroad, causing him to panic.
“What's up, Mom?” ask Lista who saw the look on her confused Mommy face.
Vania smiled faintly. “Ah, it's okay. Can you please get Mommy's phone in the bag?”
Soon Lista stood up and took Vania's phone and gave it to Mommy.
“Thank you, Cici.”
Vania starts calling Dr. Ryan. In fact, Vania did not keep any other male contact but since she had to ask about the baby with Ryan's doctor, so she took the doctor's number from her message history.
“Halo, good morning, doctor Ryan” said Vania smiled.
Dr. Ryan opened his voice. “Good morning, Young Miss. How's the baby doing? Is there anything you want to ask?”
Dr. Ryan does know that if Vania calls him, it means that she will discuss the development of her two children. If it wasn't that? Want to discuss what else? He could have been killed by Young Master.
“Dok, are Al and El able to board the plane?” ask Vania carefully
Dr. Ryan immediately checked the calendar on his desk. “Ah, today is exactly one month. If you may know, want to travel when, Young Miss?”
“Maybe next few days. It looks like it will take one to two full days to Spain” Vania said.
“Actually, it can be considered stable with the age of one month and the weight has reached 4kg. Does Young Miss have free time tomorrow morning? If there is, can you please invite both babies to control because we will check before they are invited to travel especially takes up to two days.”
