Vania just kept quiet without wanting to respond because she knew her husband hadn't finished talking.

"Sorry, Honey..". There was a short pause before Varel continued his words.

"A few days ago, Lista was lying in the hospital for my stupidity.. Because of her stupid Daddy who never paid attention to her, our daughter has to suffer. I'm sorry, it was my fault, Lista hurt her.."

There was a look of surprise that was seen because Vania really only understood what her husband meant. As if understanding, Varel resumed his words.

"Our son hurt himself.."

Vania finally realized, when she remembered that she accidentally saw her son's finger as if there was a bite mark that was quite severe.

"Oh my God.."

Vania felt that she was really not a good mother, as she left, Lista became what she is now. He felt guilty for what happened to his daughter.

"I'm sorry about your stupid husband"

"No, it's my fault for leaving you"

Vania's cries were heard again as she imagined how her daughter would have to suffer over the past four months.

Seeing his wife crying, Varel immediately clasped Vania's hand.

"I promise not to make my wife and children suffer again."

"Are you asleep?" asked Vania when she had just finished breastfeeding baby El.

"Come here. I want to hug you". Varel spread his arms making his wife immediately embrace him.

"I'm sorry, for not having a great party for you. And I didn't even prepare a gift. Happy birthday, my husband. May this year be a year that brings joy to you and our family". Vania stared at the bead of her husband's eagle eye.

Varel smiled faintly because among the others, only Vania had not said happy birthday to him. "Hey, your gift is even more amazing. Just look at my two seedlings sleeping there."

Vania reflexively hits her husband's arm when calling their baby a seedling.

"They have a beautiful name."

"Ah, I mean Al and El. They are very amazing gifts" said Varel chuckling softly at the sight of his wife's angry face.

Two days later, Ryan's doctor had just finished his mother and baby check-up until he told her that Vania could go home today.

Doctor Hendra who heard it came straight up. "Hey, what about my account?"

"What did you do?" varel asked, frowning.

"Support" replied Hendra's doctor casually who made Vania smile faintly at him.

Immediately, Hendra's doctor walked up to Vania who was folding her twin clothes. "Sister-in-law, like---"

"Don't go near my wife, you stink" Varel cut as Hendra's doctor just wanted to talk to Vania.

"I just want to ask for a bonus to Brother-in-law"

"And I won't allow it."

"Stupid. I'm not asking you"

"It's my right to forbid my wife to give money to anyone."

Vania misses this debate, her husband debates with the likes of doctors Hendra, Vandi, Sebastian, and Daniel.

"Honey, just give it to Dr. Hendra. Who knew he was saving up to marry Elin."

"Yes, bena---- what did he say?" murmured doctor Hendra.

Then, "Hey, I don't want to marry anyone."

"Sister-in-law, I forgot that now I have to check on the patient. Be careful on the road"

Vania laughs at Hendra's doctor who seems to avoid the topic of Elin.

Ah, he missed his best friend.

Currently, Varel's car is down the road that looks very crowded with a bright afternoon sky makes the view this afternoon look very beautiful. Varel drove his car at an average speed as he was now taking his small family back to their home.

"Mommy, what's wrong with baby Al?" ask Lista wonder.

Vania turned her back, staring at the sleeping baby Al in the carriage guarded by Varo and Lista in the back seat. "Your sister's fine. What's up, honey?"

"He is always silent" lamented Lista with his sad face.

"That's because you're so noisy."

"Kokoooooo!!". The cry of Lista awakens baby El who is in Vania's sling.

After confirming that baby El was back asleep, Vania opened her voice breaking the silence inside the car.

"Have you apologized to each other?". Only answered with a weak slab of both.

Vania sighed. "Who's wrong here?"

"Listas, Mom"

"Varo, Mama"

Say both at the same time.

"Because you've admitted wrong, why not apologize to each other?"

"I am sorry."

"Coko, sorry."

Slowly, Vania's smile was etched when she saw her two children apologizing to each other.

"Not like that anymore. You woke up the bontot" said Varel who got strange looks from his two children.

"What?!"

"Bontot? What is it?"

"God. I mean Daddy, last kid"

"Ah, Koko thinks Daddy wants to make another name"

"By the name of Bontot? Hey, his name is E.L.V.A.N.O, ELVANO AIRLANGGA FERNANDEZ. "

"Bontot is good too"

"Koko, do you want me to name you bontot?"

"Can't because I'm the oldest kid"

Vania and Varel only laughed because they could hear back the debate between their two children which had always been their encouragement.

"It seems like karma to you because you're always pounding with Bryan" Vania chuckled softly.

"No problem. The house will be more crowded especially coupled with the sound of crying of these two babies"

"Don't forget that only El is always crying"

"Ah, I forgot that Al has been cold since birth."

Varel's car began to enter the yard and soon his car stopped right in front of the main door. Varel immediately went out and opened the door for his wife and headed to the back seat to bring baby Al in.

"Let Koko take the baby train in, Dad"

"Thank you, Son"

Just now Varel opened the door for his family, all of a sudden

"Happy birthday to you. happy birthday to you.. happy birthday"

Again. Varel's getting another surprise.
