KNIGHTS OF MANAH VALLEY

KNIGHTS OF MANAH VALLEY
Hallway (6)

Meanwhile at the Sacred Soul College...

This morning Ki Tunggul ordered the college students to clean the yard and its surroundings together, because no one else cleaned up after the Manah Valley completed its sentence.

There were no jokes or shouts from the disciples as when mocking the Valley of Manah when punished Ki Tunggul. Only the sound of a broomstick rubbing against dry leaves becomes a filler of silence.

“Please give my student a minute!” said Ki Tunggul break the silence, followed by the students stop all his activities and set their eyes to Ki Tunggul.

“Ya teacher, what's up!” sahut Wanapati who is near Ki Tunggul.

“After the completion of this activity, you enter the learning hall. There's something I want to say!”

“We understand teacher!”

Shortly after, all the students had completed their tasks. Then they returned to the learning hall to receive a briefing from Ki Tunggul.

“I'll give you the heirloom of my late father!” exclaimed Ki Tunggul after his students returned to the learning hall.

“Meanour teacher?” Wanapati was confused by turning to two friends, Jayadipa and Nata who were not far from her seat.

“In the meantime, the match between young warriors in the kingdom will take place soon!” said Ki Tunggul who surprised his students. “So I will give you my father's legacy to provide you with that match!”

“If there are heirlooms that match you, you deserve to represent this college to that match!”

“Wanapati, Jayadipa, Nata, please you guys slide that closet!” said Ki Tunggul while pointing his finger at a closet in the back corner of the learning hall.

“Good teacher!”

A moment after the cupboard shifted, it looked like a locked door to go to the basement. The door was not too wide, just one meter away.

“What is this teacher!” Wanapati was surprised after seeing the door.

“Try you open that door by sliding the door lever to the right!” the Ki Tunggul command was directly carried out by Wanapati.

The door was open, looking a few steps leading to a dark-looking lower hallway.

“Nata, can you take the torch to the kitchen for a while,” Ki Tunggul orders to Nata.

“Good teacher!" Immediately Nata headed for the kitchen to pick up the two torches that had been lit.

They entered the door, descended the stairs with torches. Ki Tunggul entered first, then put a torch on the wall of the basement room made of teak wood board.

After they all entered the room, Ki Tunggul picked up some worn-looking boxes that were stored on an old closet. Opening one by one the old boxes, there were about fifteen boxes of various sizes, and placed on an elongated table.

“Wanapati, Jayadipa, Nata, you guys go ahead first. Choose one of the heirlooms that if there is interest with you!” ki Tunggul orders on the first three disciples.

Wanapati approached the heirlooms one by one, stepping slowly for a contact with him. The young man was shocked when he reached the fifth box. An axe trembled like there was an attraction between the two of them.

“Teacher, this axe vibrates!” wanapati said in shock.

“That's the sign of being a match for you, it's the Sky Splitting Axe, take it!” the Ki Tunggul Command.

Instantly the axe stopped shaking as Wanapati took with her right hand. While smiling, he looked at the axe carefully, the axe with one thin and sharp eye. The length of the axe handle is approximately two sticks with a cloud-shaped carving.

“Now you're Jayadipa, go ahead!” the Ki Tunggul Command.

Jayadipa stepped slowly in front of the heirlooms, until the last box, not a single heirloom shook. With his head bowed the young man went back to the back to gather with his friend.

“Sweetie, no one's dating you Jayadipa!” said Elders Anggada.

“Maybe there will be heirlooms in other places that will mate with you!” suhut Ki Tunggul's.

Until all students come forward, there is no heirloom that matches the students of the college.

Now it was Ni Luh's last turn to come forward to take the heirloom that should there be an interest in the girl.

The first box, there was no contact with Ni Luh. So on until the eighth box. Only at the ninth box did a sword shake as Ni Luh stood in front of the box.

“Take it, Ni Luh! It was the Flower Sword of Ilyang!” exclaim Ki Tunggul directly asserted by Ni Luh.

Ni Luh picked up the sword, slowly with both hands and it stopped shaking in the girl's grasp.

A sword that is not too long, but has two sharp sides, and will be sharper when flowed by the power in the sword user.

Ki Tunggul asked his students to go to the training arena after the heirloom was completed. Wanapati and Ni Luh felt more excited about the inheritance from their late teacher.

Wanapati and Ni Luh trained to use their axes and swords. Ni Luh first asked to be trained, while the other disciples sat cross-legged on the edge of the training arena.

“Wanapati you practice on that wood, if you can break it into small pieces!” ki Tunggul orders Wanapati by pointing to a piece of wood that is plugged into the ground.

“Good teacher,” replied Wanapati as she stepped towards one of the corners of the arena that contained hard wood.

Ki Tunggul is now trying to train Ni Luh.

“Ni Luh, I'll teach you the Troll Flower Dance!” said Ki Tunggul put up the horses.

The Flower Dance of Ilalang, might be very suitable for a girl like Ni Luh. This stance rests on the agility of playing the sword, and if coating the sword with the inner power of the user, then the resulting slash will be very dangerous.

There are no special techniques for this style, just variations of gentle movements and maximizing inner power. This move was only for close and medium range combat, as the effect of his slash only reached ten steps.

Ni Luh practiced following the movements that Ki Tunggul taught. While Wanapati practiced using standing wood planted on one corner of the training arena. Not too big, but very hard, to measure how sharp his Sky-Splitting Ax was.

A few moments passed, the wood was destroyed. Wanapati drained the power in his axe and slashed the hardwood into small pieces.

While Ni Luh managed to corner Ki Tunggul when they were fighting against power. With a circular motion to the right while sticking the sword forward, Ni Luh pointed right at the neck of Ki Tunggul who had previously fallen.

All of the disciples clapped their hands, seeing that their abilities were both developing very quickly. Although it has just been taught, but it has made Ki Tunggul overwhelmed and difficult against his own students.

“Congratulations, the two of you have grown quickly,” praise Ki Tunggul on his two students.

“Thank you teacher,” replied Wanapati and Ni Luh who were standing in front of her teacher.

“But you have to train it every day, because we do not know the strength of the opponent you will face in the match later!” ki Tunggul warned his two students.
