Date One Month Mort
About an hour away is the date of one month Mort. Letticia stayed up late to witness this. Well, he stayed up just because of this, even though it had no benefit.
"Just get some sleep" Amara suggested. Letticia still does not want to sleep. Amara decides to accompany her, as Amara herself happens to be unable to sleep.
"Mort's moon is a special month, right?" ask Amara.
"You could say so. There are some strange and important events in this month" Letticia replied.
Letticia looked out the window. The night sky was dark with the Moon and the stars. Letticia can see the constellation Scorpion which is shaped like a scorpion.
From childhood, Letticia loved the night sky. He often daydreamed in the window of his room, just to look up at the sky. Letticia once tried to count the number of stars, but never counted them. He also studied various extraterrestrial facts and the names of constellations.
"Beautiful.." muttered Amara as heard by Letticia.
Ashley approached them. He was lazy to sleep and chose to stay up tonight. Besides, they're in the afternoon tomorrow. So the next morning I can sleep.
"Not sleeping?" ask Letticia to see Ashley.
"Son," Ashley replied briefly.
Letticia, Amara, and Ashley waited for the clock to tick 12 times. When the clock ticks 12 times, it means that it is 12 pm and the change of days and months will occur.

"What's up, George?" ask grandma Mei worried.
George groaned in pain. He felt an incredible pain in his body. George experiences this every year on the one-month date Mort. He never knew the cause.
Grandma Mei knows that George experiences this every year. So he just took a compress and compressed George. Grandma Mei tied her compress to George's head so as not to fall as George moved in pain.
"What did you actually do like this?" ask grandma Mei worried.
"I don't know either. But I'm gonna find the cause of all this."

Georgia stood up and looked out the window. Usually, he could not walk and could not look out the window directly, except with George's help. Georgia really likes Mort's moon. As a child, he made up stories about the Sun and Moon that meet and play once a year every Mort month. The two of them were lovers who could only meet once a year. The Sun is a man and he loves the Moon. Therefore, the Sun gives light to the Moon.

The clock starts ringing. Letticia and her two best friends immediately looked out the window. The sun is out. The Sun and Moon are now side by side in the sky. The atmosphere was bright as day.
"Wow this is my first Mort month" Letticia said. Yes, he only came to this kingdom a while ago. Letticia had heard of the moon Mort, but had never felt it.
"I always wait for Mort's month every year. I like it" Ashley said.
"Me too" added Amara.
