Zetta returned to her home and was greeted with the melancholy of Andra and Imah. Not usually the son showed a grim face especially after the arrival of Aleya.

"Uncle?" Zetta looked at Imah while asking who the uncle Andra meant.

"Here, Miss." I'll hand over Rion's business card to Zetta.

Zetta knocked quietly on Aleya's room door.

"Aleya, it's me! Please open the door!" exciting Zetta.

"God! He could be sick like this. Aleya, brother please open the door!"

"Sister!" Aleya immediately rushed to hug Zetta and cried.

"Sister, what should I do?" aleya said as she sobbed.

"Just get all your burdens out first. Brother will be here to hear you." Zetta rubbed Aleya's back slowly.

Zetta codes Imah to take Andra to her room. Andra also according.

"We'll talk in the room, please" Zetta said.

They sit on the edge of the bed. Aleya was already calm enough after crying.

"Did you meet him?" ask Zetta.

Aleya's eyes were empty. Zetta knew what Aleya was feeling. Aleya told Zetta everything.

Zetta gently stroked Aleya's long hair.

"It must be heavy for you. But you have to..."

Boy rubbed his face rough. The shadow of what happened this afternoon with Aleya made her feel uneasy. The shadow of Aleya's grief and her stupidity that would make Aleya hate her.

Rion walked quickly to Boy's office. His hands clenched strongly indicating he was in an angry fashion. He could have guessed that what made Aleya cry was Boy.

Rion won't let Boy continue to hurt Aleya. And today Rion will reiterate if Aleya is his.

As the saying goes, the beloved shoots come. Without having to meet Boy in his room, Rion apparently met Boy in an alley of Avicenna hospital.

Without saying stale, Rion immediately raised his fist towards Boy and made him fall down.

"Suckers! I didn't think you were this asshole, Boy!" rion was full of anger.

Boy who does not know what the problem is Rion only holds his face that feels pain after getting one punch from Rion. He got up and looked at Rion.

"What's your problem?" ask Boy.

"You can still ask?! You hurt her four years ago and you hurt her again now! What do you want, huh?" Rion pulls Boy's collar.

"You gotta remember, Boy. Aleya is mine! And you never see her again!"

Some people saw a commotion between Boy and Rion.

"You may call it yours, but his heart will always be tethered to me! He was even willing to give it all up to me!" said Boy did not want to lose.

"Fuck, you!" Rion again floated a raw bogem towards Boy.

"Doctor Rion! Doctor Boy!" the voice of someone stopped Rion's actions.

"What's this about? Aren't you ashamed to be a spectacle of people here?" ask the middle-aged man who is Maliq.

Dion came along because he was contacted by Choky.

"Why are you? Rion, don't make a fuss here!" exclaiming Dion.

"So don't just ask this brother's best friend!" Rion took his hand off Boy's collar and then passed away.

"Boy, are you okay?" dion asked, holding Boy's bruised face.

"I'm fine" replied Boy briefly.

"Please treat your wound immediately, boy. Please forgive Rion. Uncle's gonna talk to him." Maliq is speaking.

Boy nodded then left with Dion. Choky immediately dispersed the crowd of people who saw the scene of the shootout earlier.

Maliq soon follows Rion who walks quickly out of the hospital.

"Rion! Wait, Rion!" exclaim Maliq.

Rion stopped his steps.

"What's wrong? If you came just to scold me, I don't need that!"

Maliq sighed harshly seeing the anger of his son.

"What's wrong with you, son? You're not usually like this. Boy is your best friend. If you have a problem you can talk to your mom or dad." Maliq tried his hardest to talk to Rion.

Rion ruffled his hair. "I'm sorry, dad. I'm wrong! I'm gonna apologize to Boy. But not now. Now please leave me alone first. I beg!"

"alright. Daddy went. Don't do anything bad."

Rion smiled bitterly. "Of course not, Dad."

Maliq turned around and left Rion who was going to his car. Rion decided to leave the hospital and calmed down.

Meanwhile, Dion treats Boy's bruises. Rion's power was quite strong when he hit Boy earlier.

"What exactly happened until Rion got that angry?" search Dion.

Boy chose not to answer.

"Boy!" call Dion. He needed answers because he did not want any hostility in their friendship.

"I'm wrong, Dion. Not brother. I was the one who made trouble first."

"What is this about..."

"Yes. It's all about Aleya." Boy replied honestly. Dion knows everything, so there's nothing Boy should cover up.

"Geez!" Dion rubbed his face rough.

"You're married, Boy. You have to remember that!" continued Dion.

"I knew. I'm too late to realize how I feel." Boy regretted.

"If you're like this, then I'll do the same thing as my twin sister." Dion passed away leaving Boy without continuing to treat Boy's bruises.

"Aragh!" Boy screaming. He also regretted all his actions to Aleya and Rion. Without realizing it has hurt the hearts of many people.
