Go Home to Revenge
8. The Unexpected Reunion

"What's? Why didn't you say that from earlier?!"

Felix poked his shoulder. "You forced me to give it up."

Dira smiled back at the two men. This was something that he had not intentionally but greatly benefited him. Dira could not imagine how Selvi's reaction to seeing the car that he really wanted was his, the poor and dirty that he had always despised.

Meanwhile in her room Selvi looked so upset. He just got a report that Zaki went with a woman to a car showroom.

"Damn!!! Why is the photo he sent so unclear?!! I can't see the woman's face!!! Is she a girl named Dira?!!"

Selvi called Zaki.

"Hello," Selvi said as soon as the call was connected. "Where are you, honey?" selvi asked affectionately, hiding the resentment that filled her chest.

"I was accompanying Dira to buy a car. What's up, honey?"

Hearing Zaki mention Dira's name, Selvi couldn't hide her irritation anymore. "Is there no one else? Why should you?! I don't like you being so close to that girl!" selvi said without further ado.

"Darling why are you angry? I didn't do anything with Dira. I'm just helping her."

"I see you now you spend a lot of time with that woman?! We're getting engaged to Zaki soon, so keep your attitude! I don't want people to see you with that woman because it's going to stir up gossip!" Then Selvi hung up.

*

The ringing of the phone makes Dira distract him from the screen of his laptop. Apparently Zaki called her.

"Hello, what's up Zaki? Is there something you want to talk about?"

"No Dira, sorry to interrupt. But I'm not calling for work."

"Then about what?"

"Later tonight I'd like to invite you to dinner. My boyfriend and I misunderstood, so I intend to bring you together with him. Maybe after this he will understand that our relationship is purely a business relationship. I hope you don't mind."

"Oh ... Did ya? So Selvi's mad at you? I'm sorry, I didn't know it was gonna be like this. I feel bad for you" Dira replied full of drama. This is what he expected.

"So how? You can't tonight?"

"of course. I must have come. I'll explain everything to Selvi later. Where's place?"

"At a restaurant on Cenderawasih street. That's my boyfriend's restaurant. I'll send you the address."

"okay." Then Dira hung up on him.

"Cenderawasih Street, definitely Rieke's restaurant. Finally the three of us will reunite," muttered Dira smiling obliquely.

Dira saw the clock and now it was time for lunch. Dira will go out for lunch and buy gifts that he will give to Selvi later.

Moments later, Dira arrives at a shopping mall. Dira went straight to a famous brand handbag boutique. Dira will buy the bag as a gift for Selvi. Dira was not long in the boutique. He only bought a small bag but at a hefty price.

"We'll see if he's going to throw the bag like he used to throw a gift bag from my mother" Dira murmured. He does not want to take Selvi's heart with this bag, but Zaki is the one Dira is after. By coming bearing gifts, at least Zaki would assume if Dira's intentions were truly sincere.

After buying a bag, Dira stepped foot into the restaurant located inside the shopping center.

"You're here too?" I really didn't think I'd see Zaki here.

"Yes ... I'm buying something for my girlfriend. Biases ... You must understand what I mean."

"You want to bribe your lover to stop being angry. Right?" Dira laughs.

"Well, it doesn't seem like I need to explain anymore" Zaki replied while scratching his head.

"I also bought something for your lover. Do you think he'll like it?" Then Dira showed me the bag she had just bought. "You know better your lover's taste. If he doesn't like this I can buy him another one, but still here" said Dira with a face made as smooth as possible.

"Jeez, Dira! You don't have to bother like this."

"No problem, just think of this as my apology for getting you into a fight. So how? You think he'll like it?"

"Everything that is expensive must be liked. And I know it's an expensive bag, so she'll love it" Zaki replied and they both chuckled. "Where are you going after this?"

"I'll have lunch."

"Only?"

Dira nodded.

"We have lunch together" Zaki said without thinking.

Dira pretended to sigh. "It's not that I don't want to, but I don't want to cause any more trouble between the two of you. Later your lover can misunderstand me again."

"You are really a good person Dira, it's a big mistake if my lover misunderstands you" Zaki said with admiration.

"Well, I'll see you tonight" Dira replied and left in front of Zaki.

Her night...

Dira arrives at the designated restaurant. Riding his black Ferrari, Dira looks so elegant that it steals the attention of the people around the restaurant.

"What the hell is it? Why are people so weird? Is there an artist coming?" selvi asked as people continued to look towards the parking lot. Curious, he looked in the parking lot.

"That's the car ... "

"Darling, I have something for you." Zaki's voice made Selvi not continue his sentence. His attention was immediately drawn to the paper bag that Zaki was carrying. Selvi immediately smiled to see it, forgetting the dream car that now belongs to people. "Thank you, you know what I want" Selvi said, hugging Zaki.

"I invite you to meet Dira in the hope that you do not misunderstand again after this. He is a good person, and has absolutely no intention of ruining our relationship. You understand, don't you?" Zaki tries to convince Selvi.

Selvi nodded. "Where is he, why hasn't he come yet?" Selvi does not know if the black Ferrari driver who is now parked outside is Dira.

"Maybe in a moment," Zaki circulated his gaze looking for the figure they were waiting for. "That's it" he said pointing to a woman who had just entered the restaurant who happened to be staring at him.

"Dira ... !!!" zaki shouted while waving his hand. And somehow Selvi did not like to see Zaki waving while smiling broadly to welcome Dira.

Dira immediately approached the two of them. "Hi, I'm sorry I'm late" he said.

"No, we just came." Then Zaki turned to Selvi, "Honey, he's Dira, a business partner that I often tell you about," Zaki introduced Selvi to Dira.
