7. Buying a Car

"Why indeed? I'll just say his name, not tell him about ... "

"Shut up!!!" cut off Selvi before Rieke could finish his sentence. "Never talk about him again in front of Zaki or in front of everyone!"

Rieke. Then Selvi went after Zaki.

"You're never too late to promise me. Why was it so late? What's going on?" selvi asked as soon as the car started running.

"So Dira suddenly fainted. I helped him and accompanied him first."

Selvi did not like to hear Zaki's answer. He is not willing to give Zaki attention to other women besides himself.

"Spoiled base! She must be pretending to get your attention!" gerutu Selvi showed his dislike.

"I feel guilty because I asked her to a meeting when she had not had time to eat. And that I did so that I could accompany my daughter's master to choose a dress," said Zaki who realized that Selvi was getting jealous. "I'm not alone Honey, there's Dira's assistant too so you don't think no" Zaki said at length.

Selvi was silent even though she still felt a little annoyed.

His afternoon...

Dira has just finished his work but he does not want to go home yet. He still had to search for the location he would use to open the restaurant. Dira was waiting for his order taxi to arrive. Dira does not feel good if you have to ask the driver who used to pick him up to take him because this is not the business of the company.

"It looks like I have to buy a car" murmured Dira. Then he took the phone from his bag. Dira contacts the only person who comes to his head, Zaki. Actually Dira can go alone, just show the car he likes and then pay for it, done. But Dira did not want to do so because for this reason he could spend more time with Zaki.

"Hello," said the voice across the phone.

"Am I bothering you?"

"No, what's wrong Dira?"

"Look, I want to buy a car. Do you have a recommendation showroom or maybe a car seller you trust?" ask Dira.

"Oh, of course. I'll take you to my family's car dealer. When do you have time?"

"I need a car as soon as possible, will you be able to do it tonight? About eight?" ask Selvi carefully.

"Of course, I happen to be at no event. Send me your home address, I'll pick you up." Zaki is really a good person, even he took the initiative to pick up Dira without being asked.

"Isn't it a problem? Is your boyfriend not angry?" Though indeed the main purpose of Dira is to make Selvi angry.

"Just calm. I told you, my beloved is a very understanding person."

"All right, I'll see you tonight. Thank you in advance" Dira said, then hung up.

"No problem" Zaki replied.

Just as Dira hung up the phone, the taxi of her order came. Dira rushed away.

Arriving home, Dira only cleans up for a while and gets ready because Zaki will come to pick her up.

"You're going to Dira again?" narti asked, seeing Dira already looks beautiful even though she only wears casual clothes.

"Yes Mom, I'll go with my friend for a while" replied Dira.

"There are guests for Non Dira" said the maid who works at Dira's house.

"Take Bi in" replied Dira. The maid nodded.

A few minutes later, Zaki came in. "Hi ... Wait a minute, I'll grab the bag first" Dira said, then went to the room to pick up the bag.

"Good night Auntie," Zaki said to Narti who sat down and kept watching her.

Narti smiled. She thought this man was Dira's lover and that made her happy. "Please sit down" said Narti.

"Thank you Auntie." Zaki sat opposite Narti.

"Have you been friends with Dira for a long time?"

"Just Aunty. We are business partners" Zaki replied as he was.

Then Zaki said goodbye to Narti and they both left. While in the car, Zaki unceasingly steals a glance at Dira. He seemed fascinated to see a very different Dira when compared to when he was at work. Had he not had Selvi, Zaki would have fallen in love with her.

"You look different." Those words came out also from Zaki's lips after a while he held her back.

Dira smiles. "What do you mean?"

"You look graceful and dignified in the office, but this time you look like a teenager." Zaki could not hide his admiration.

"Don't seduce me Zaki, remember you already have a lover and will get engaged," Dira replied casually.

Zaki laughed at Dira's reply. "You really are a person who is fun with Dira. By the way, do you have a boyfriend? From the first time we met, I was the only one who kept talking about lovers."

"No. I don't have a lover and I don't intend to be in a relationship with anyone right now."

"Wow, you are beautiful. I would've dated you if I hadn't had a boyfriend."

"Yes, but I don't necessarily want to date you," Dira replied without hesitation and Zaki laughed.

After a while, the two of them arrive at a car showroom.

"Welcome home." Zaki and Dira are greeted by the showroom owner. Zaki's family is quite a distinguished person in this city, so they always get the best service.

"Hi Felix, my friend is looking for a car. Offer him what you have" Zaki said.

"It's with pleasure" Felix replied. "What kind of car do you want?" The man named Felix wanted to take Dira for a look.

Not yet had time to step, Dira pointed to a black Ferrari not far from where he stood. "I want that one!"

"You don't want to see the others first?" ask Felix.

"No. I've had a red one before, and now I want a black one."

"But ... "

"But what is Felix? Just give!" said Zaki.

"But someone has seen it and wants to buy it. And that black Ferrari is the only one in town. That guy could be angry."

"But he hasn't paid it yet, has he?"

"Not yet, but ... " Felix looks doubtful.

"Yes, just give it to my friend." Zaki.

"I want that car. Point. We'll take care of the payment now!"

"Wow, I like your friend Zaki. He didn't even ask for the price, unlike previous buyers" Felix said. Then the man had his assistant prepare the papers that Dira had to sign.

"Did Zaki seduce you? He's got a lover, don't be tempted by his seduction."

"I won't fall for anyone's seduction" Dira replied flatly.

"He's a director of Felix, don't talk to him about anything" Zaki said.

"Wow again ... You are young but you are already a director. That's incredible!"

Zaki and Dira will go home after they finish taking care of everything. They will drive each other's cars and return to their homes.

"I think I'm going home now. Thank you Felix, thank you Zaki. See you soon." Then Dira walked towards his new car.

"You better get ready because maybe Selvi will be angry after this" Felix told Zaki and Dira could still hear him.

"Why? He already knew that Dira was my business partner."

"It's not about that, but about the car. He was the one who came and wanted to buy it. But he was still waiting for his father to give him money."

"What's? Why didn't you say that from earlier?!"
