Chapters 33. The Three Billy Goats Gruff

- Graaaa!!!

- Beeeeeek...Mbeeeek!!

Some trees begin to fall and eventually a figure in another story appears.

“That voice...goat?”

Code Name: Mad Hatter begins to press on the belly of the little boy who is still being stepped on by him.

“Kaagh!!”

Code Name: Gretel is getting louder.

Now, the sound of the goats and the sound of the running trolls drew closer. It is characterized by audible shocks and vibrations on the ground.

Tenn felt that there was nothing more to do.

“Hatter, kill them and grab the card. We leave their bodies and leave here.”

“Roger, Alice.”

Before the tremor got any closer to them, Tenn broke Hansel's collarbone smoothly.

From the little girl's mouth, blood came out and her body stopped moving. She die.

“Han..sel...” a soft sound with tears coming out of the mouth Code Name: Gretel. But apparently it didn't take long for him to catch up.

Code Name: Mad Hatter picks up the candy cane that was near the little boy's body. He lifted her up and pointed the pointed tip of her taper towards the girl's face.

“See you later.”

- Whooosh

-Craaat!!

One powerful stab pierced through the little boy's neck and of course he died. The young man immediately released the candy cane that was still stuck on the girl's neck and looked for the card he had.

“Meet. Alice, I managed to find him!”

“I've got it too. Now, we're going from si–”

When they had just gotten their cards, the guest finally arrived.

- Babeeek.

The figure of the goat was finally seen. The rocks that were around the place trembled and when they saw the animal approaching, something was not right.

“Alice...goat..”.

Tenn instantly pulled the hand of Code Name: Mad Hatter and ran.

“If you still want to live, don't stop running!”

The two ran and of course, the four-legged creature chased after them. There's a reason they ran.

When the three goats came closer, it turned out that their body sizes were different. One of them has a body size of 2 meters, the other has a size of about twice the size of the first goat and the third goat has a size four times the size of the first goat.

In other words, they have three sizes and the most unpleasant part is, the troll that is the last as if chasing the three goats has the same size as the third goat.

As Code Name: Mad Hatter looked back, there was a hint of a happy smile in sight. That was because he saw firsthand the bodies of the two dead children were trampled to shreds.

Not so shown how the condition of their bodies after being stepped on, but clearly the young man was so happy that he showed a sparkling face with a very happy smile.

“Magazing.” muttered.

Apparently the voice was heard by Tenn who immediately replied spontaneously, “Yes, right. It's breathtaking. Even more amazing if we can avoid those four-legged creatures with trolls behind them.”

Tenn did not see the scene that Code Name: Mad Hatter saw. All of his focus was forward.

The goats also turned in pursuit of the two. Followed by trolls chasing goats, this looks like a game of chase.

Tenn shouted to his system.

“System, explain to me what “The Three Billy Goats Gruff” fairy tale looks like. Why is the goat chasing us?”

[The Three Billy Goats Gruff tells the story of three goats of different sizes who were about to cross a bridge with a strong river current underneath to go home]

[On the other side of the bridge, there are trolls who want to eat them. The smallest goat crosses first, but is confronted by a troll guard bridge. The smallest goat convinced the troll to devour a second goat whose body was larger than it]

[Troll agreed and let the smallest goat pass. Then the second goat was about to cross the bridge but was confronted by a troll. The second goat also convinced the troll to devour the third goat which was the largest goat]

[Troll agreed and let the second goat pass. When the third goat was about to pass, he was confronted by a troll who threatened to eat him. The third goat challenges the troll to fight]

[When the troll was about to attack the third goat, the goat jumped over the body of the troll and pushed it down to the side of the bridge until it was carried away by the current]

[The story ends]

Broadly speaking, the characters that appeared in the story and the creatures that were chasing them were both exactly the same. Three goats of different sizes and a big troll.

But, the main problem is the setting.

“Why are they chasing each other like this?!” shout Tenn.

[The Wonder Admin only includes fairy tale characters in level 1 games, but does not include story plot in the game arena setting]

[In other words, they are just story characters that are part of the game and not characters that are in a story setting]

[The original story of “The Three Billy Goats Gruff” has nothing to do with the four creatures that pursue Code Name: Alice and Code Name: Mad Hatter]

All this further makes Tenn feel annoyed and want to condemn the system and the game.

After almost 10 minutes of running and going into a deeper area, the two hid inside a cave that was accidentally found near a shady tree area with the size of a giant tree.

Tenn decided to hide there while continuing to attract the yandere youth who was still busy smiling to himself.

When they woke up, the four giant creatures had already passed through the area where they were hiding. But not everything is smooth, because the results of their tracks leave a lot of fallen trees and large traces on the ground.

“At least we are safe now.” muttered Tenn slowly.

Tenn may be safe from the strange creatures of Wonder's fad, but he still hasn't survived the yandere that was subconsciously helped by him.
