CHAPTER 113 | Meet the mysterious old man

Finally some of the remaining Lato water troops turned around and returned to the sea to go to the territory of the Lato kingdom.

Baihu was relieved to drive out the Lato and free the South Sea Coast kingdom from the Lato occupation.

The entire army of the Western Desert kingdom and the South Sea Coast residents cheered with delight at their victory. They return to their home towns and begin a celebration of victory.

Baihu along with Wang Mei and Zhou An drove the King and Queen of the South Sea Coastal kingdom back to the royal capital. On the way to the capital they easily defeated the guards in every city up to the royal capital.

“Your Majesty, thank you for the help of the Western Desert kingdom against the Lato people so that the South Sea Coast kingdom can be recaptured and the people are happy.” said the South Sea Coastal King while saluting Baihu.

“Your Majesty the King, it is my duty to help your kingdom. Princess Zhou An is our friend, so there is no need to be too hesitant.” said Shen Long

The faces of the King and Queen were delighted to hear that. They glanced towards their daughter Zhou An whose face was lowered. Both of their parents understood the meaning of that face and they were happy in their hearts.

“Your Majesty, I have a request of you. I hope you are willing to grant it,” said the South Sea Coast Queen.

“Tell Her Majesty the Queen, I will try to fulfill it as much as I can,” Baihu said.

The two old men Zhou An looked at each other then looked towards Baihu while together paying their respects back.

“Your Majesty, please take care of our daughter with you. We will be very happy to see him by your side who can definitely protect him,” the Queen said with a smile.

“Mother!” Princess Zhou An shouted in surprise at her mother's request. His face became more red. His heart became racing waiting for an answer from Baihu.

Baihu's eyes twitched because of it. Wang Mei's eyes also twitched. Baihu felt like she did not know what to answer at the moment. This is the same as being proposed by both the King and the Queen impliedly.

Baihu's face turned red. “Your Majesty the Queen, Princess Zhou An is our friend. We will definitely protect him.” Baihu said while bowing his face.

“Hahaha... I feel calm if so.” The king laughed happily at Baihu's words. Although Baihu did not imply accepting the proposal, but she did not reject it either. So the King and Queen did not dare to press him further. Baihu was their helper, it would be impolite to force her to follow their personal will.

After holding a small banquet, Baihu then said goodbye to the King and Queen of the South Sea Coast with Wang Mei. While Zhou An still wanted to be with his parents first before returning to the capital of the Western Desert kingdom.

On the way back, Baihu rode a Sunu tiger with Wang Mei. Wang Mei's face was seen grumbling and silent all the way. Baihu felt clumsy with the situation.

“Sister Wang, which way do we go?”

Wang Mei snorted coldly. “Patriate me to my parents' house.” he said annoyed.

Wang Mei was silent not answering Baihu's question. Baihu's eyes twitched looking at Wang Mei's demeanor and felt the surrounding air turn cold. He didn't dare to talk anymore either.

Suddenly Sunu stopped while roaring. His hair stood up and felt a strong aura approaching him. Baihu also felt an extremely powerful aura approaching them.

An old-faced man was seen floating in the air staring at Baihu. His face looked at Baihu with a sharp look.

Sunu gripped with eyes staring tightly upwards. Sunu felt uneasy at the pressure of strength emitted by the old man.

“You all right?” Wang Mei felt worried for Baihu. But Baihu did not answer him, his eyes still staring at the old man floating in the air.

“Chairman, is there any need to meet me?” ask Baihu to her.

The old man did not answer Baihu's question, but his eyes still continued to cling to him with a sharp gaze. Baihu tried to calm herself down, she guessed that this old man was certainly looking for her.

“Alright, if not to meet me. I beg myself.” Baihu immediately floated past the old man without caring about him.

“Stop!”

Baihu stopped her floating body and turned her head towards the old man. “Tua spoke to me?”

“Do you know who killed my two students?”

Baihu's face was stunned hearing the elder's question. “Murids? Who are the two elder disciples?”

The old man glared when he heard Baihu's question. He's not happy about it. His gaze became increasingly irritated at Baihu.

“Xu brothers. Do you know them?” The old man mentioned the names of his two students.

“Oh, so the two old men were disciples of the elders?” Baihu answered innocently.

“Did you kill them?”

The old man narrowed his eyes after Baihu's reply which was like knowing his disciple.

“True. Both of your disciples died in battle.” Baihu said casually.

‘Business!”

The old man waved his hand towards Baihu. A streak of flying light attacked Baihu quickly. Baihu who had been vigilant immediately dodged the attack then prepared to fight back.

The light shot past Baihu's body and cut through the trees behind him until they were cut off.

“The strength of this old man is truly terrible,” Inner Baihu

“Chairman, if you don't want your students to die in battle. Better just tell him to stay home. Don't let him go to war.” Baihu's sneer.

The old man's eyes twitched hearing Baihu's words. His body gave off an ever-increasing aura and snorted furiously.

“You taught me?”

The old man immediately moved swiftly towards Baihu. Luckily Baihu had been vigilant and ready to fight back. Baihu immediately dodged the attack from the old man.

The old man's face became increasingly ugly after his two attacks were successfully avoided by Baihu. The man flipped his body and moved both of his claws towards Baihu's body. The pressure of the claw strength was accompanied by the whirring of the hot wind that stung Baihu's body.

But Baihu who had exerted maximum strength immediately blocked the claw attack with his dragon sword.

Trang! Trang!

A clashing iron-like sound rang out as the old man's claws were successfully repelled with the dragon sword by Baihu.

“Excellent claw strength.” Baihu muttered in his heart.

The old man was like he was not exhausted in the dozens of moves yet managed to touch Baihu's body, so his face became even more irritated.

Baihu then leapt back two steps as she felt the old man increasingly fiercely attacking her.
