At night they will rest. Ki Cokro and his father will stand guard in turn. But early in the morning they will start walking again.

But today it is not only Arya who is exhausted. His mother had also reached her limit, because she also had to carry Alya Arya's sister who was only 3 years old. Seeing that, Ki Cokro and his father finally decided to stop their journey to rest for a while.

There are many reasons why you should keep walking during the day. In this dense forest, too many ferocious beasts were active during the day, if it was just an ordinary ferocious beast, Arsa alone could stop it. They heard the moaning sound of a savage beast as if it was approaching to where they were resting. Arsa, Ki Cikro, and his father stood a few steps around them just in case. The beast could appear from any direction.

There was the sound of something from the bushes in front of Arsa. The voice made their view switch on the origin of the sound. Before long, a tiger showed itself from behind a bush.

Arsa took the horses. The tiger, of course, has not been conquered on its own. But, with the help of Ki Cokro and his father, Arsa believes they are able to kill the tiger in front of him.

When they were sure the tiger would immediately pounce towards Arsa. Suddenly the tiger looked down and turned and ran. Arsa wondered why the tiger was running away.

The question was answered immediately. Because suddenly from the opposite direction appeared a dark black-colored demon centipede along 5 meters. His body was as high as their father's chest. The demon directly attacked ki Cokro.

Ki Cokro who had suspected that something made the tiger run away. Already prepared with horses to guard from the surprise attack. Ki Cokro immediately drew his sword and drew it down on the bottom of the centipede's stealth head.

The sword that had been flowed with profound energy directly pierced through the demon's head. Unable to move much after his head was torn apart due to the pull of Ki Cokro's sword, the centipede demon was lying on the lifeless ground.

They all feel relieved. Arya and Arsa are stunned to see the speed of the Cokro ki in response to the dead demon attack. From the radiance of his energy, the demon was already over 100 years old. That means that there is already a condensed energy core in the demon's body.

Their relief was really only for a moment. Before long, there were about a dozen centipede stealth tails of about the same size coming out from the place where the dead demon had come out. Now they realize that they have chosen the wrong place to rest. They're near a centipede's stealth nest.

Although Arya was frightened, but Arya still dared to open her eyes, she saw Ki Cokro and his father was taking the horses. With the movement in harmony both generate heat from their hands. Before long the hands were flushed red before finally appeared a burning fireball above both the palm of the Cokro ki and his father.

Ki Cokro and his father threw the fireball at the demon who first approached to attack. The fire quickly burned his entire body. By repeating the same movement, Ki Cokro and his father continued to fire the fireballs again on all the stealth centipedes that kept popping up.

Arya and Arsa realize that their father is one of the controllers of the element, the fire element. Not only that, their father looks very expert, even seems to be more expert than Ki Cokro who is a martial arts coach in their village.

Previously Arya had also been able to guess that Ki Cokro was also an element controller as he knew from some books he read. Ki Cokro used his firebending to burn the books he read just the day before they left the village.

Suddenly their father screams for Arsa to take her family away. The shout spread Arya and Arsa's admiration towards their father. They immediately ran away.

As Arya ran, she had a glance back. Arya saw the appearance of an enormous centipede demon. Needless to say, the newly-emerged demon must be over 300 years old.

The four of them hid about 50 meters from Ki Cokro and his father. From behind the tree, they all saw the efforts of the Cokro ki and their father against the Mother of the Demon Centipede.

The explosion was so powerful that it made the stealth head shatter into pieces. The stealth mother who is estimated to be more than 300 years old is also no match for the two.

The cooperation between Ki Cokro and their father, makes Arya and Arsa doubt the background of the two people. No, actually they started to doubt their own family background. If their father was this good, why did he choose to be a farmer?.

Ki Cokro and his father, did not take away the energy cores of all those dead demons. Instead of taking the energy core, they now ran to Arya's hideout and her family.

"We need to get out of here, as soon as possible!" Shouted Ki Cokro at them.

Hearing that everything started running again. Arya does not know why they ran away after her father and ki Cokro managed to defeat the herd of demons.

If his father and Ki Cokro could defeat that old demon, they should not have to fear anything else in this forest.

However, seeing the expression of the two at that time, Naluri Arya said that she really had to run as fast as she could. Something more terrible must be targeting them.

They ran for almost two hours. Arya's breathing was extremely congested and her heart seemed as if it was going to explode in a moment. But he still forced himself to continue running with the others.

Not far ahead, they saw that someone was standing. All of them slowed their running pace and stopped a few meters in front of the person.

Ki Cokro and his father immediately stood in front of them. With breath still tight and heart beating fast, Arya tilted her head to look at the face of the person standing in front of them from behind the body of her father who stood back to them. That person smiled grinning as he looked at Arya, making Arya instantly turn her face away from being afraid of that person's gaze.
