Shang Yue is a pretty good Vampire, he is an expert in magic arts and there are rumors that he can even use blood-control magic. His strength was at level 230 and as a Vampire who lived for 300 years his magic power was immense.

Level 250 Chen Sie was an extremely powerful Hunter Support, one could say he was the best and the most influential person.
