Zivana walked closer to Noah's bed with a doll in his hand and hugged Noah

"How are you doing, Noah??"ask Zivana

"I'm good after Beautiful sister came here." replied Noah reciprocated Zivana's embrace

"So, don't bring a stuffed coffin for Noah" said Zivana, handing over her doll after her arms came off

"Thank you brother" said Noah, taking it and hugging it

"Have you taken the medicine yet??"ask Zivana

"Noah has not eaten nor has he taken medicine" Kinara said

"Eat first yuk yuk brother bribin continue to take medicine" said Zivana

"Don't want a brother. The food is not good." refused Noah

"What do you want Noah to eat??"ask Zivana

"You eat fried rice" replied Noah

"Noah is still sick so can't eat fried rice" Zivana said

"But,." said Noah

"So, I'm not going home because Noah doesn't want to eat" said Zivana pura sulking

"Don't brother. Yes, Noah wanted to eat but a bribe yes." said Noah tightly holding Zivana's hand

Zivana feeds Noah painstakingly after which gives him medicine

"Sister, why hasn't my sister visited me in the hospital?? I miss my sister." said Noah

"I'm sorry, Brother Noah. Brother was busy yesterday so had no time to visit you" said Zivana

"I'll forgive my brother but accompany Noah here and don't come home" Noah pleaded

"Emm big brother has to go home Noah but I promise you tomorrow morning brother must be here again. Because the sister's school is off so tomorrow the brother will accompany Noah all day." said Zivana

"Sister's promise." said Noah

"Yes, I promise you." said Zivana while shuffling Noah's hair

"You haven't eaten yet, have you??"ask Kinara to Zivana and Seryl

"Not Aunty." answered them in unison

"Rom, buy us all food. We will eat together here" Kinara said

"Okay Madam" said Rommy walking out of the room and immediately bought food at the Cafe opposite the hospital

Ivanders is still in office because there are important meetings with the board of directors. Because this meeting could not be postponed finally Ivanders told Rommy to go to the hospital to accompany Noah because Kinara was also having a headache since last night because of lack of sleep since Noah was in the hospital. After three hours of meeting was just finished then he returned to his room and sat in his great chair. He looked up thinking about Noah's request a few days ago

The flashback

Ivanders had just returned from work and went straight to the hospital. After entering the room he saw Noah asleep and then he approached and gently stroked Noah's hair. Noah wakes up feeling his hair being rubbed off by someone

"Daddy disturb your sleep??"ask Ivanders

"No Dad." replied Noah smiling

"Dad, may I have something for Daddy!!"continued Noah

"I want my beautiful sister to be my mommy. That's my only request, Dad, after that I promise I won't ask for anything else. So, I beg Daddy to grant my request" Noah said

"Noah, didn't your beautiful sister refuse to be your mommy" Ivanders said

"Peach sister Beautiful Dad. I beg you." said Noah

"We'll talk about this again after you've recovered. We're talking to your beautiful sister, hopefully she won't turn her down" Ivanders said

"Beautiful sister won't refuse if Daddy is being nice to her. Don't be rude and be nice to my sister Beautiful Dad, don't be like in the guest room at that time" Noah said

Ivanders is shocked to hear Noah's words and thinks that Zivana is complaining to Noah to make him look evil in front of his son

"Did your beautiful sister tell you that??"ask Ivanders

"No. I heard it myself that night when I was going to call my sister Beautiful for dinner I heard Dad yell at her. That's what makes me even more angry with Daddy" Noah said

"So, if later we meet Beautiful brother Dad must apologize to him." continued Noah

"But Dad wasn't wrong Noah why apologize?? Dad won't apologize to her" Ivanders said

"It would be great for the head of the bar girl if I apologized to her" Ivanders murmured inwardly

"Dad was wrong for yelling at a woman. We must treat a woman well" Noah said

"Who taught you to talk like that??"ask Ivanders

"Grandpas. I once yelled at Grandma and Grandpa advised me that we as men should not talk rudely to women. We have to be gentle with her because the woman's heart is soft if we say harsh words then she will be hurt" Noah said

"Daddy's son is a big boy now" said Ivanders hugging Noah. He was so proud of Noah for being so mature

"Of course I've grown up Dad can tell which is good and which is bad. Unlike Daddy who can't judge Aunt Hana well."sindir Noah

"Yes about Aunt Hana Dad apologizing Noah. Dad was so sorry to have him take care of you. But Dad has taught him a lesson for daring to hurt my beloved son" Ivanders said

"Dad, I'd like to meet my beautiful sister right now. I miss him." said Noah

"Tomorrow, Noah, this afternoon, he must have just come home from work and he must be tired" said Ivanders

"Hmm well." said Noah listlessly

"Dad's coming home in a minute. Noah rest let's get well soon" said Ivanders

"Yes Dad" said Noah back to sleep because he was still sleepy earlier but woke up because of Ivanders

Ivanders walked out of the room to see Kinara sitting outside massaging her temple and Ivanders sitting next to her

"Mom why??"ask Ivanders

"Mom was just a little dizzy" replied Kinara

"Let's go home rest at Mom's mansion. I'll have Rommy come in to take Mom's place to look after Noah" Ivanders said

"No Ivan. Mom just stay here. Mom couldn't bear to leave Noah here." Kinara said

"Judah if that is the case but Mom should be checked by a doctor. I don't want Mom to be as sick as Noah" Ivanders said

"All right." said Kinara resignedly because his head was very dizzy

Ivanders led Kinara into the doctor's room to check on her condition. The hospital was owned by the Dimitri family, so Ivanders could go straight into the doctor's room without caring about the long queue that wanted to do the examination as well. The doctor immediately examined Kinara and the doctor said the headache Kinara felt was only a factor of fatigue and lack of sleep. After that, the doctor gave her the medicine and Ivanders delivered Kinara back to Noah's room. After that he went to the hospital and went back to the mansion. But before going to the mansion he wanted to go to Zivana's workshop. But, in the middle of the trip he accidentally saw Zivana joking on a motorcycle with a man in the cafe parking lot. Ivanders saw it from inside the car. After Zivana and the man left, Ivanders also drove to the mansion
