Clarisa looked at the skyscraper in front of her. That building was Clarissa's target this time. Or rather, he plans to apply for a job that happens to be empty. The receptionist lady scanned Clarissa, and still tried to be friendly.

The receptionist then started contacting someone and began to explain, moments later the woman looked at Clarisa who was pounding waiting for good news.

Meanwhile in Axelo's room.

"I want to know why he wants to see me." Axelo muttered to himself. Then he said to his secretary, "let him in."

"Good."

Shortly thereafter, Axelo's door was knocked. Clarisa entered Axelo's private room after adjusting her heartbeat. Once inside, Clarissa had seen Axelo's busyness in his room, making Clarissa more fascinated. His desire to snatch the man from Lily grew even greater. He felt he was the one who deserved to be with Axelo.

"Please sit down first, Miss Clarissa." The voice of Axelo secretary surprised Clarissa who daydreamed will be coupled with Axelo. Clarissa's face was slightly red, then nodded and sat on the other side's sofa a bit away from Axelo's desk.

From there Clarissa continued to pay attention to Axelo who was still giving direction to her other secretaries. After the man left, Axelo approached and sat on the single sofa not far from Clarissa.

"Sorry, I'm a little busy. Why would you want to see me, Clarissa?"

"I don't mean to interrupt your time, Sister-in-law. But, actually, I applied in one of the departments here. I'm pretty sure of my abilities, but I'm worried if they pick the wrong person." Clarissa spoke as gently as possible and was careful not to let her image down in front of Axelo. It must look perfect and smart.

Axelo smiled faintly in response to Clarissa's remark, "don't worry, my people work with professionals, they'll take on competent people."

Clarissa smiled wryly, "I'm just making sure, how's Sister Lily doing?" his words diverted the conversation.

"He's fine."

"Ah, thank God, since she got married we had trouble contacting her." I'm Clarissa making it up.

Clarissa's face changed slightly, she forgot about it and cursed Luke inwardly. "Yeah, we're so grateful that Lily finally answered the call. Papa's company is not okay. That's why I'm applying for a job here. I really hope to join a big company like Axel's corp."

"From your resume, you're a talented man. I'll give you a chance to work here. Take this to the HRD section. They'll put you in a suitable place." Axelo said without missing a friendly smile.

"really? Thank you brother-in-law." Clarissa said without hesitation grabbed Axelo's hand and grasped it. Axelo gave no special response, only a slightly forced awkward smile.

After Clarissa left, Axelo contacted one of her assistants.

"Make sure you put the person I sent in a place that wasn't too flashy, but didn't lower his self-esteem. And I don't want to get too involved with him in terms of work." After his assistant secured Axelo's orders. He hung up the phone, as a businessman, he knew enough about what kind of person Clarissa was. He has met several times with people of the same kind.
