Sofia who was getting weaker because her blood kept coming out was only able to hold Alfi's hand. While the car arrived shortly after Satria called his men. Sofia was taken to a nearby hospital with Alfi.

The upset Satria also beat Vall mercilessly, until Sean who was there separated them with Bima.

"Senior. stop him already K.O.." said Bima.

"Me and Mr. Sean will secure it. You go to the hospital following Sofia." said Bima.

"Yes father.we have to go there. "reply Kenan.

Then Kenan went straight to his car that his men had prepared. They both went straight to the hospital Sofia was heading to.

While Alfi, he was busy calling his colleagues who served in the hospital to be addressed so that Sofia was handled immediately.

"Sofia hold on." said Alfi who involuntarily cried.

"Alfi are you crying?" asked Sofia in a soft voice.

Sofia simply nodded in restraining the pain and her body grew weaker. Upon his arrival at the hospital, Alfi's colleagues picked him up and were on standby with his emergency bed.

Sofia's men instantly open the door and help Alfi move Sofia to the bed.

"The wound is deep enough. must be operated immediately." said fellow Alfi.

"Yes.that's why I asked for your help." replied Alfi.

"Let's take him to the operating room, and also call his family to prepare for a blood transfusion if needed.."

"They're on their way here." replied Alfi.

Upon arrival in the operating room, Alfi was asked to wait outside and he was very aware of the hospital procedures.

Soon Kenan and Satria arrived at the place. After asking the receptionist, they headed straight to the operating room. Satria left first, while Kenan took care of his administration.

"Alfi what about Sofia??" ask Satria.

They head to the blood transfusion room, and Satria is immediately drawn blood. While Kenan is confused because his father and Alfi disappeared in front of the operating room.

Kenan contacted him.

"Hello Al's.. Where's?" ask Kenan.

"I was in the blood transfusion room with your father." said Alfi.

"Is it less?" ask Kenan.

"Quite Ken, you just wait." said Alfi.

However, the panicked Kenan followed to the transfusion room and handed him his blood.

"Here you go, Sofia can be dealt with quickly also surely thanks to your help." replied Kenan.

"The two of you, I went to Sofia's operating waiting room first." said Satria.

Reina ran to see her husband and asked Sofia.

"It's being handled." said Satria limp after a blood transfusion.

"Yes the wound is deep enough and it bleeds a lot." Satria replied.

"Are you okay, you look pale and limp..?" reina asked to see Satria's limp.

"I just had a blood transfusion for Sofia, Kenan is also doing it." Satria said.

"You should rest. Look at your face so pale." said Reina.

"I couldn't calm down before I heard from Sofia." Satria replied.

"Basar.yasudah." said Reina then contacted her men to provide food and milk for her husband.

Kenan headed straight to the operation waiting room and saw his family gathering.

"Mother has arrived." said Kenan.

"Yes, and come here." said Reina, pulling Kena's hand to sit down.

"Eat this. You must be weak." said Reina.

"Have you heard about brother?" ask Kenan.

"Not yet. have eaten it. You two are so stubborn." said Reina.

"Have followed your mother, I was scolded and told to eat and drink milk .." said Satria.

Inevitably Kenan also spent what his mother had prepared. Although his body still feels weak but he still waits for news of his brother.

Kenan also remembered the invited guests he still left earlier.

Alfie sat patiently waiting for the door of the room to open with good news. He knows Sofia's injuries are serious but he believes Sofia must have survived because in the car he had given first aid. "Please Sofia hold on." Alfi's prayer in heart.

Shortly after, the door of operation opened.

"How's Rich??" alfi asked his colleague Richard.

"Miss Sofia is safe and well, so you take it easy soon Miss Sofia will be taken to the treatment room and you can visit her." said Richard.

Richard left the room. And all the waiting families felt relieved after hearing the good news. The nurse takes Sofia to the treatment room. And the family took turns to go inside.

Donald arrives after meeting his daughter. He was quite surprised this incident ended dramatically. He went straight to the hospital after the others.

"He's fine and just waiting until he's conscious." Satria replied.

"You've donated your blood?" donald asked, looking at Satria's pale face.

"Yes, my daughter needs it." Satria replied.

"Are you not resting?" ask Donald.

"Not yet." Satria replied then he fainted.

"Oh my God." said Donald who helped to repair Satria's weak body.

Finally Satria was taken to the room to rest, considering her age is not young anymore and also she had finished fighting. Reina accompanies him in his room while Kenan and Alfi look after Sofia.

Sofia Room.

"Hey, it's not your fault." said Kenan.

"I still feel guilty Ken.." replied Alfi.

"Yes how else, everything has happened which is important my brother has been better." Kenan replied.

"But he has not realized Ken I have not calmed down." said Alfi.

"You've been waiting for him to wake up. I want to rest. My body is still weak." said Kenan.

Kenan also followed his father to come to rest after knowing his brother's condition improved.

"Based on you both are strong but fallen too." said Reina saw her son and her husband resting on the bed because of his weak body condition.
