The Mystery of Blood Lake

Finished meditating to stabilize the energy, Diamond opened her eyes, gently staring at the handsome face of the man who had given her heavenly beauty. Her lentic fingers gently rubbed both cheeks following the firm facial groove of the lover of the heart, feeling the gentle touch of the creature that had grasped his soul.

Ucup's eyes opened staring at the soft cold glare and thin lips carved a smile from the girl who is now his lover.

"Congratulations, Brother Lian, your cultivation realm is increasing so high that it surpasses several levels. Even so, your fighting ability is still at the lowest level. You are like a wagon fitted with a jet engine, your cultivation level is very lame" said Ucup regretfully.

Diamond chuckled softly at him, and said, "Do I care about any of that? Not once!"

"For now, you don't need it yet." Ucup gently stroking pretty face Diamond.

“Adik Lian, it looks like we have to clean ourselves,” added Ucup then hugged him and brought him into the house.

Finished cleaning up, the two looked so different from before. Diamonds wearing white hanfu look so graceful like a goddess of heaven and Ucup also looks more mature and authoritative than before.

“Kak, why so much dust here?” asked Diamond in astonishment, when they had just cleaned the house before leaving it.

Ucup scrunched his face watching around the dusty house. He was as beautiful as Diamond, then said, “It seems like our meditation took quite a long time. I'll ask Feng Ying.”

Just as Ucup opened the door, there was the sound of birds squealing from the sky. Feng Ying and the three monsters swooped down towards the two.

“Brother Feng, how long have I left home?” ask Ucup.

“Lord Ucup and Miss have been out of the house for three months,” replied Feng Ying who got the nod of the three small monsters.

Ucup and Diamond glanced at each other with both eyebrows raised.

“Befit the whole house back dusty,” said Ucup, “lalu, what do you want to say, Brother Feng?”

Ucup guessed it from the look in Feng Ying's eyes.

“A few days ago, we saw the whereabouts of three young men who crossed the Blood Lake behind the mountain. They look like they're confused ...” Feng Ying turned her gaze towards the highest mountain.

“Are they still behind that mountain?” asked Ucup while pointing towards the mountain that was noticed by Feng Ying.

“Yes, they've been there all along. However, the Blood Lake was a place filled with a mystical and extremely gripping aura. Servant herself did not dare to approach him,” said Feng Ying.

Ucup smirked coldly then pulled Diamond's hand and directly climbed Feng Ying's back.

“Our alerts to there!” pinta Ucup's.

“Ba .. good, Lord Ucup.” Feng Ying flicked her two wings speeding flying into the horizon.

“Nature here is still well preserved without any signs of the former destruction of nature,” said Ucup whose gaze continues to sweep the green area below.

Feng Ying made no comment on Ucup's words. He just kept flying around the magnificent mountain area. While Diamond was so enjoying the view by leaning his back on Ucup's chest.

“Brother Feng, why are you so agitated?” Ucup caught the anxiety recorded from the look in the eyes of the eagle.

“Blood Lake is a silent witness to the many mysterious tragedies in it. There was never a scream of pain or a voice of death for all who died, there was only silence that enveloped him.” Feng Ying looked so riled up to say it.

Ucup became increasingly interested in knowing further the mysteries in the Blood Lake.

“From the name alone has intrigued me, and now you say it as if the lake is the gate of death for anyone who inhabits it,” Ucup replied.

“I don't see any weirdness in it,” said Ucup who instantly activated his natural eye scan to the bottom of the lake.

“Lord Ucup, I sensed the presence of some people not far around the lake,” Prince Xiao Li Dan said.

“Looks like those youths,” replied Ucup then asked Feng Ying to fly in the direction indicated by Prince Xiao Li Dan.

Once at the location of the whereabouts of the youths, Ucup widened his eyes to see it. He even had to squint to make sure the three young men.

“Hah, in this nature there is bule!” exclaim Ucup after confirming it.

The unfamiliar diamond heard him immediately turned to ask for an explanation. Ucup smiled softly and said, “In my world especially in my country, the majority of Austronesians will call people who have blond hair, blue eyes, and reddish white skin with the name ‘people bule’, and more, whereas from our history it comes from the same pair of humans, and the three young men look like Nordics.”

Diamond directly massaged his forehead after hearing Ucup's explanation which made his head turn seven-round but this is not about mathematics.

“Lord Ucup, in the front direction there are dozens of people running towards the three youths,” said Prince Xiao Li Dan again reported.

Ucup immediately focused his gaze in the direction that Prince Xiao Li Dan pointed to. Unlike before who was shocked to see the existence of a bule in the cultivator realm, this time he looked at it with astonishment at the anxious and suspenseful look engraved from the dozens of people running around while grasping a long bamboo stem.

“What really happened?” murmured Ucup full of questions.

“It looks like there is something they will do. Do we have to get down?” asked Feng Ying.

“We are very different from them, we better follow and monitor from above,” reply Ucup take into account.

A dozen people dominated by men in their 30s approached the three young men at a rapid pace like soldiers. They also revolved around the Blood Lake by sticking bamboo stems and knocking them into the water.

“What do they do?” Ucup is getting curious.

“Feng Ying, fly lower and be invisible to them!” coined.

“Good, Lord Ucup,” said Feng Ying immediately swooped down and hid himself among the trees.

“Hong, Lan, and Huang, you guys come down quietly and watch them up close!” Ucup gave the order again.

The three nodded then descended creeping through the tree trunk with a disguise. After that, Ucup refocused his gaze to pay attention to the Caucasians who looked like they were doing a ritual.

Shortly thereafter, dozens of bodies emerged that poked out from the bottom of the lake with the condition of a bloated body. The first catch of the corpses that poked was that they drowned to the bottom of the lake. 

Ucup was surprised to see it, but his surprise was not at the many corpses that poked after dozens of people stuck out bamboo stems, but himself who had the eyes of the universe but was unable to see the existence of corpses stranded at the bottom of the lake.

The bule pulled the bamboo trunk and jumped into the water to pull the bodies out of the lake. Ucup who noticed it so haru with the action of the Caucasians who shoulder to shoulder continued to swim to the middle of the lake. 

But unfortunately, the area of the lake was too difficult for them to reach. Only a quarter of them were able to swim until finally in desperation, they decided to return to the mainland. 

Traumatic feelings enveloped those who were confused to be able to pull the corpses that were still floating in the middle of the lake.

“It looks like something is awkward,” thought Ucup.

“Kak, why don't they make a boat out of the bamboo they use to get to the middle of the lake?” ask the astonished Diamond to see it.

"That's what I think" Ucup replied.
