TP - 17
In the car, Febrian and Irfan engage in a conversation. While driving, Irfan grumbled angrily, "It's definitely the snot boy who did it, sir. When we came in, he went straight into his room and locked the door."
Febrian breathed heavily. "You're driving, don't get angry."
"Emm. sorry, sir."
"We suspect it, but we have to gather evidence first" Febrian said.
Irfan did not reply, Febrian's speech had a point.
"In Farhan's body were found 4 stab wounds. Then there was a gunshot in his car. It's a premeditated murder" Febrian said.
The red light is on. Irfan stop. "Where are we going now, sir?"
Febrian leaned back. "Where else, Mrs Gumelar's house."
Irfan nodded.
The Yunita Fashion building.
Yunita looked at Febrian and Irfan alternately.
"We came here to ask for his cooperation, so please take a little time" Irfan said.
"So we went to the Gumelar residence. Security said, Mrs Gumelar is here, hopefully we're not too intrusive" Febrian said.
Yunita nodded.
Febrian showed photos of bullet holes in the back of the car and stab wounds in Farhan's body. Irfan looked at Yunita's seemingly ordinary expression.
Febrian took the photo. "Someone planned this murder carefully. We barely have any leads. As his wife, did your late husband ever tell you his grievances? Maybe the deceased had talked about something that could have threatened his safety?"
Yunita looked sad. "My husband used to tell me about the problems in his office, but he only talked about the office. He has no enemies or anything like that. My husband is a very nice and friendly man. I don't think there's anyone who wants to kill him, so I'm very surprised by what happened to him."
Irfan and Febrian looked at each other.
"It looks like you guys have a harmonious household relationship," Irfan said with a wide smile.
"Yes, our relationship got bigger when I was pregnant with our first child, unfortunately I had an accident that made me lose my baby." Yunita hid her tears.
After getting information that was not important at all, Irfan and Febrian left.
"When looking at Farhan's body, Yunita looks ordinary. Living together for 9 years is not a short time. When my father died 4 years ago, my mother was still sad to see my father's picture" Irfan said.
"While waiting for the boy's truth (Faidan), we went to the restaurant where the employees had dinner with Farhan" Febrian said.
"Good, sir."
Arriving at the restaurant, they asked the restaurant owner to show their CCTV. Febrian and Irfan looked seriously at the CCTV footage.
The footage shows Farhan and other employees enjoying dinner.
Irfan pointed at someone at the corner table who kept watching Farhan in the distance. "He looks suspicious. If he saw a woman like that, maybe he would be considered flirtatious, but the one he saw Mr. Gumelar."
"Tonight is the night of the murder. After dinner, they went home, while Farhan returned to the office" murmured Febrian who was still seriously looking at the tape.
"Only the side of the road can we see. We have to look at Gumelar's CCTV to see what happens after that" Irfan said.
"Just relax, Faidan will definitely open his mouth tomorrow" said Febrian.
Irfan seemed to think. "How is it?"
"We'll be there again tomorrow."
Faidan came home the night. Yunita smiled and kissed the man's lips. The servants looked awkward. They bowed and then left.
Yunita and Faidan had dinner together.
"If the police ask anything, answer the senormally. I've removed all the evidence" Faidan said.
Yunita nodded.
