THE MYSTERY of Alas Hamlet

THE MYSTERY of Alas Hamlet
#5

Today it is time for the proker (Work Program). Tania plans to socialize to the citizens about the importance of saving and small entrepreneurship, especially for mothers.

While Sekar and Aisyah will go to the village hall to create and tidy up the financial database there. Then Ebot will teach the manufacture of clay piggy banks that are still many they meet there. Tiwy provides counseling on making food with simple ingredients substitutes for meat, fish, and others.

They split up to do their own proker. However, if any of them have completed the project first, it will help others who have not finished.

Incidentally, Tania was at the meeting hall of the citizens who were in the middle of the village with Tiwy. Tania did her proker for a few hours. He was happy to see the enthusiasm of the citizens and all the citizens were also so happy with the arrival of Tania and her friends. The attitude of the citizens who are so open, always friendly and very good, makes them feel the warmth like in their own family environment.

Finished proker, Tania and Tiwy approached Ebot who was making a piggy bank from clay with small children near the river. The river here looks clear and clean. Unlike the river in the city that is not clear and polluted with waste. In fact, it often causes flooding.

“Bot, how? Not finished?” ask Tania to Ebot.

“In a moment, Tan,” replied Ebot who is still teaching children with sweat on his forehead due to exposure to sunlight.

Tania and Tiwy also help her because they see Ebot's hassles. All the kids looked very enthusiastic. Sometimes they joke and laugh along with this activity.

Tania swept a glance around the river and her gaze was fixed on a small child who was across the river. The child just kept silent and continued to stare at him expressionlessly.

Curious, Tania stepped closer to the edge of the river. Why is that kid alone in there and not joining the other kids here? batin Tania while walking to the river bank.

“Dek! Here, Dek! Come with Brother make a piggy bank from clay same other cement!” take Tania with a little yelling at the little boy across the river. But strangely enough, the little boy turned around and ran into the forest.

“Eh, Deck! Adek!” tania yelled out to the boy, but the boy was disappearing from her sight. “Kok even run anyway?” mumbling slowly.

“Heh! Who the hell are you talking to?” asked Ebot who approached Tania while patting her on the shoulder, making Tania squeak keget, then turned her head.

“It, Bot. There was a kid who worried about us from there. I ajakin instead he ran to the forest,” replied Tania as is. “Lo has not reached all the children in this village huh?“ tania asked with a suspicious expression.

“Lu don't have to start, Tan!” Ebot pulls Tania away from the river. “Gue don't see any kids there! I even saw you talking alone like a madman, you know! You look at it! The kids got scared, I thought I was driving crazy here!” ebot's nagging whispered a little while glancing at the crowd of children.

“Bot, you didn't see the kid? He was standing there worrying about us. But why did he run when I joined the other kids, huh? Is he scared times huh, Bot?” said Tania who was still muddled by what she saw.

The plot!

“Aduh, aww!” Ebot suddenly touched Tania's forehead because he felt grimness.

“Lu ngeyel! There were no kids or anyone! All the kids are here, and I have all the data! After all, the children in this village are not much keleus, Tan!” Ebot spoke while biting his teeth as he grew. “Lu saw the devil times!” he nodded with annoyance.

The deg!

Tania's heart rippled instantly. The hell I saw was a demon? his inner.

Tania still doesn't believe Ebot's story. He turned his head and looked across the river where the boy had run into the forest, then disappeared somewhere.

Creesek! Creesek!

Now Tania heard a noise from the bushes. The leaves there also seemed to be twitching like someone was touching it. Curiosity also made him step forward while squinting his eyes, wondering what was there. If it was a beast, he would have to invite the children to leave immediately from there.

“Tan, Tania! Lu why else?” ebot asked half-screaming, then Tiwy followed him as well.

“What's the matter?” tiwy asked Ebot who was also curious.

“Tauk tuh,” replied Ebot while raising both shoulders.

The more he looked in that direction, Tania increasingly saw clearly that there was indeed someone hiding behind the bushes. Like a shadow, but not a child. The shadow became more visible because the shadow moved out from behind the bushes. And this time, Tania felt both her legs tighten. Her body felt so light, cold sweat came out as Tania began to see the figure so clearly.

Instantly, Tania shouted while closing her eyes and fell to her feet where she stood.

“Jeez, Tania!” tiwy chuckled in panic.

Tiwy and Ebot directly approached Tania who was shouting hysterically while being manic.

The children looked at Tania in confusion and some of them ran away from there.

“Why you, Tan? See what?” ask Ebot.

“It! That, Bot!” Point Tania towards the bushes while turning her face not wanting to see anymore. “We have to get out of here! Ayok apet!” take Tania while standing up with Tiwy's help.

Ebot looked in the direction Tania pointed at, as soon as Ebot shouted. “Gosh! Run on! Ayok cepet run!” ebot screams while herding Tania and Tiwy.

Some children who previously felt confused, they then realized and immediately ran away leaving the piggy bank they were making. They ran to the nearest house.

“Yeah, what is this?” asked a middle-aged woman who was drying rice in front of her house. He was astonished to see people running in fear.

“There's a demon!” shouted a small child who went straight into the mother's house. He was, apparently, the son of that mother.

“Lho, you know. What's up, Mas, Ma'am?” ask the mother.

“So we saw a demon on the river deck, Mom! Iiih, really cool oath!” ebot replied with a stupefied breath while hugging his own arm and shuddered in horror.

“Oah! Yes already, I get you a drink first, yes,” said the mother chimed in Ebot's words. “The children go home first, tomorrow again,“ he continued gently to the children who came running together looking very scared.

The three of them were then welcome to sit on the porch of the house. The mother went inside to make him a drink and soon came out with a tray. “Please, drink first! Here it is already common with such things.”

They just nodded in understanding, then without being told again, they immediately grabbed a drink on the table and immediately drank it to the toilet.

“Eh, did you guys see what the hell?” tiwy asked while whispering.

Tania and Ebot were staring at Tiwy who still looked confused. So, he just ran away without knowing the reason?

Holy hooch!

“Emang earlier you did not see across the river, Yang?” ebot asked with a serious look at Tiwy.

Tiwy just shook her head slowly with a face that was still confused. “So right now I want to see, uh you've already caught my hand first. Yes, I did run,” Tiwy replied to Ebot. “Emang was you guys at see what the hell? So curious deh.”

“Mending don't have to look! Will not be able to sleep throughout the mallem,” timpal Tania.

Tiwy pursed her lips feeling disappointed. Tania was sure, if Tiwy saw, she would definitely be more panicked and hysterical than her and the others.

The mother said that such things are common in this village. Such figures only appeared, not daring to approach. They just want to show their whereabouts. And those figures are indeed the curious spirits of the Alas Hamlet.

Their tragic death makes their spirits unsettled and often haunts people around. Though, there is an ustaz here, but it doesn't seem to carry much influence.

Hopefully the curious spirits do not endanger the people around!

“Most importantly, you do not get into Dusun Alas. That's enough.” The mother seriously reminded them.
