Lily's alarm sound woke her with her eyes closed she felt the nightstand beside her bed, pressed the off button on the alarm and sat with her legs swinging on the side of the bed. He tried to regulate his breathing and control his vision by rubbing his eyes.

"Thank God" he said, smiling

He then stepped into the bathroom and washed his face and the morning ritual he always did before carrying out the morning prayer hour as usual.

"Good morning, son" said Mother from the kitchen

"Mom's Mom, are you cooking breakfast again?" Lily approached her mother to take ali dishes that were carried with her favorite red fried rice.

They had breakfast in silence in the little house.

Lily is a fashion designer who this year has completed S2 design education and began pioneering his business by buying shophouse 5 years ago but is still in installments until now,  but the last 2.5 years just run his business, where the place is quite far from the house where he and his mother live.

She checked her mother's pulse, still ticking despite her weakness . she then called the ambulance. That's all I'm thinking now that I have to get to the hospital.

After a few minutes of ambulance came, immediately Lily lifted the bag containing the mother's clothes and tailed from behind then sat directly holding back her mother's hands that began to cool.

The sirens of the ambulance were ignored by him, all he had in mind was how his mother was healed. His mother is his source of power, his mother is his world. His mother was the only support system he had, because he grew up without knowing who his father was, the other family never cared for them. What Lily knows is that she has a mother who is also a father to her.

A wonder woman she has, a hardworking mother yet a soft heart.

"Mother, be strong. endure for Lily's sake....

we will arrive at the hospital soon" he said softly with a clear circle that was like spilled from the beautiful eye fertilizers.

"Lord, she's all I have, please don't take her, I want to make her happy before you call her God" Lily said, he was a child who was not afraid of anything except this moment, he was very afraid of losing....

Without realizing the ambulance had stopped in front of Still Hope Hospital, the nurses deftly lifted the body of the middle-aged lung woman and Lily followed suit.

"Dok, please do your best for my mother" she pleaded with the doctor before the room closed.

After a while, the doctor left the room.

"Mom Lily, come with me in the room, we have to prepare for your mother's surgery, she has a cerebral hemorrhage and has to be operated on" the doctor came out of the ICU following Lily from behind to the room.

"What happened doc?" Lily asked when they were sitting down.

"Sign a guardian's statement for the operation and take care of your mother's administration immediately" the doctor said

"well doctor..." He said, actually he was very heavy to agree given how much the remaining savings because it was used up for his mother's medical expenses so far but to he could borrow money in the future, later, now all I can think about is how her mother got her surgery.

"Doctor.... Please do your best" Lily pleaded as if life and life belonged to the doctor.

"Okay, Miss Lily, we and the team will do their best.Pray the magic of God is real" the doctor then went to the operating room that has been provided by his team.

"Lord, don't take mother from me" those were the words Lily had spoken all the way to administration.

Rena who also heard the news of the death of Rutmi's mother felt deep sorrow like her best friend, but she had to be strong for the sake of Lily no one would take care of her best friend's mother's death if she was also weak.

"Hello, Ma... I'm at Still Hope Hospital, Rutmi's mother died, please tell the papa to take care of all the administration, Lily Fainted" Rena said on the phone she told her Mama about the death of her former maid's mother.
