Chapter 41: The Meeting of Thomas ...

Thomas went up to one of the hotel rooms. Today he has an appointment with his boss Miguelo at the hotel. A lobby officer gave her a hotel room key. The front office clerk told Thomas that someone left him a message if the man came to give him the key to the hotel room 502.

Thomas took the key and headed for the room in question. His memory remembers what happened in the lobby. But Thomas tried to shake it off. He was curious about a woman named Mary. From the introduction and the results of her search for the woman, Maria is not a woman in general. In her shadow, Maria was a supple person but not someone who was approachable. Just.the event in the lobby disperse all prejudices about this woman. Is this because of jealousy in her?, her inner self. Ah, he doesn't know.his mind is focused on Miguelo. What does this man want with Maria ? Why would this man want to know all the information about this woman ?. The elevator door suddenly opened just as his delusion was about to soar away.

Thomas stepped foot into room 502. The room is on the left side of the elevator exit. He saw a number 502 on one of the doors. He opened with a card as the key to the room.

Deep dark. Thomas inserted the card into a gap near the wall. Make all the lights in the room light up. There was no one in that room. The room looks neat. Like a new room.

Beep.beep...

notification sound of incoming messages on the phone. The man reached into his pants pocket. A message came in from an anonymous number.

Enjoy room. I'll see you tonight at the hotel's pub. If there's anything you want to order, call room service and I'll pay all the bills.

Miguel.

Thomas put his backpack on a table in the corner of the room. The room is quite spacious and neatly arranged like a five-star hotel. The architecture is classical continental.

He threw himself on the bed. I don't know why his wish bounced back to Maria. Like a series of episodes, he continued the thoughts that appeared in his mind while in the elevator.

Could it be that he was wrong in his analysis of Maria ? Who was the man with her in the lobby ? Could it be.. This woman is not as good as her profile ?Or the...

Aha ..or maybe the man who was with him was one of the targets of his operation as a police officer ? Unfortunately Thomas could not see the man's face clearly. But.maybe if he met again, he sure can recognize it from the physical and stature of his face. Ah...why does he feel the burning heat in his chest ? is this jealousy ?Could it be that he fell in love with his target, Maria ?

Thomas closed his eyes. He was thinking...Miguel. What's the need for the man to tell her to find out Maria ? Should he tell all the profiles of the woman to this man ? What would he do about the information he would give the man ? Could it be that it would harm Mary ?

Tsk...Thomas felt his head throb. He is planning a meeting with Miguelo. Could it be that Miguelo was a petty man or even a dangerous bastard ? Should he buy the information he will give and find out in advance what this man will do to the information about Mary that he will give later ?

Thomas was really worried. Until without realizing it he fell asleep until noon arrived.

The pub atmosphere at the hotel at night is not too crowded. But the twang of techno music and temerawang lights create a frenzied atmosphere. The clock still shows at 8 p.m. Thomas looked for the seat he had booked.

He brought a brown envelope into the pub. A pub waiter drove him to a table. There he saw a man with a beard that looks newly shaved.Klimis and neat. Her hair looked dark brown. Body athletic. Thomas looked surprised by the face of the man in front of him. that face .. the face of the man who had passed the lobby with Maria this morning. He did not seem too sure about his vision in the pub with minimal flickering lighting. But the limp stature of the jawbone and beard, which left only small and short feathers, looked exactly like the man he saw outside the lobby walking with Maria. Thomas looked surprised, but he was quite good at covering up his shock from the man before him. Plus minimal lighting really helps him to do that.

In Thomas's unclear view, Miguelo seems to look much younger than the photos Thomas got from search results in cyberspace. So far Thomas has never met him except only by email or mobile phone either SMS or direct call on Miguelo. This was the first time the man had met her. He smiled at Thomas in front of him.

"Sit down." she replied, gesturing with one of her hands.

Thomas followed his words.

"This is.as you asked.." Thomas said without further ado. He handed her a brown envelope containing all the information about Mary. But Thomas did not tell the man he had been chatting directly to the woman. He was determined to throw everything. Worried that this man in front of her would bring disaster to Maria. Somehow Thomas realized he had fallen in love with the girl.

"Good...Have you met him in person ?" ask the man to her.

"Not Boss.." replied Thomas briefly.

" Move faster and find out more about that woman that you didn't get through your world of may.and tell me right away" Miguelo told him. Thomas grew curious and suspicious of Miguelo. If it was true that this man he had seen outside the hotel lobby with Maria, could it have preceded Thomas to find out firsthand this prey ? Holy hooch! did I work wrong for someone ? Could it be that this man would commit a crime or criminal act on this girl he was after ? The girl he had not known for long and he had felt in love with her..Or is the man he saw with Maria a different man than this man ? Maybe his vision was wrong!. I must find out soon this!, Thomas said.
